SCAM!!! I would never recommend to buy from this brand. I purchase a $70 phone case which had been in route for nearly two months. It was coming from Australia which I gave the benefit of the doubt as I understand from experience that shipping to America from Australia can take this long. On expected delivery day, I received a message on the tracking web page that delivery had been attempted but mailing address was incorrect. The mailing address was perfectly correct and I checked multiple times to confirm this. I did not omit my apartment number either. Not long after on the tracking page, It was marked as returned to sender. so I literally just never received my product. I know this isn’t a fault of the company’s, but when I reached out to let them know of the situation, they offered me nothing to rectify my loss.

I had a situation once before where a package had been been marked as delivered but I couldn’t locate it. I live in a building and package theft unfortunately happens here and there. In a scenario where the package had been marked as delivered to my address and I was claiming to have never received it, I would understand their hesitancy in resending the product or offering a refund as there’s no direct proof that I did not receive it. However in this situation, the tracking number had explicitly stated that it was returned to sender.

It took multiple emails of complaints on my end for them to even offer me any compensation, and it was in the form of a percentage off of my next purchase. As if I would want to give them any more of my money! not to mention, a discount would not even make up for my loss of money as I would essentially just be paying them MORE in total at the end of the day when including my losses. And for something that was completely out of my hands. Once again, I purchased a phone case that was $70. A purchase most people would find unreasonable from an indie brand discovered on Instagram. I even compromised and asked to have the product resent instead of a full refund. They wouldn’t budge. Never had an experience like this in a situation that I couldn’t have prevented. Super turned off by the way they conduct business. Won’t be ordering again

First things first they do NOT accept returns, and it is my fault that I did not notice this beforehand. I ordered an iphone case and less than 24 hours later decided that I had no longer wanted it. The order had yet to have even passed the “order placed” stage and was not being processed. I emailed customer service asking they cancel the order and refund me. That is when I was informed that once I place an order there’s nothing else I can do. And that is a HUGE red flag. Any company that has confidence in the fact that they are producing a quality product would give customers a chance to return said product if they truly wanted to, Australian company with a French name Maison de Sabre, does not. I decided to be content with my decision and to try and enjoy the case when it arrives. It has been less than six months and the case is destroyed. The lining is pealing off. The outer edges on the back appear filthy but from what I can only assume is erosion from putting my phone in and out of the back pockets of my jeans, which would have never happened if these cases were truly made of leather and not plastic. The case does not suit its purpose whether it be style or durability you are better off purchasing literally anything else. Not having a return policy and deleting reviews is a good enough reason to not purchase from here already, but in addition to this an $80 - $100 iphone case should not be this crude and crappy.

wanted to surprise my wife on her birthday with a custom case for her new phone, have placed an order on the 3rd of Jan 2022 and received email confirmation on the 8th Jan 2022 to say it will be delivered on the 19th. Have chased up with Australia Post on the 23rd and they advised they have not received any packages from Maison de Sabre and advised to follow up with them. Have been emailing MdS but their support email no longer works and unable to contact. Now i have lost more than $100 and will buy another gift for my wife. SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Poor quality! Despite everyone was complaining about the long delivery time, the quality of product was not good neither. I ordered the AirPods case and expected it's nicely made with good quality (like it was described on listing), and it turned out with poor stitches, creased leather skin; and they refused to provide refund.

I made an order on November 18. I texted to a customer service 2 weeks after the order was processed and only then I found out that they did not have the colours in question.I leave on December 10, my order includes gifts for my loved ones, so they won't get them in time.They of course offered me their apologies and compliments, but it does not help. I just needed my order coming in full and in time. At least, I needed the information about the lack of models I ordered not two weeks after I ordered them. This is just not very professional. Poor service

This company is disgusting I ordered a phone case over 8 weeks ago and have still not received it. They respond to comments on social media posts to appear as though they care about their customers when they won’t respond to emails and direct messages to actually resolve the problem. I just want a refund so I don’t have to deal with this appalling company again. Their customer service is a joke and embarrassing for Australian retail.

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paid for express shipping more than a week later, item still has not been received.
Was informed of delay in the item i purchase 1-2 days AFTER i have made the purchase, could have provided me with option to cancel but NO. Followed up on the status every other day and COMPLETE silence.
NEVER AGAIN! You need to inform your customer BEFORE they make a purchase. And if people pay for express and if the item is not going to be express shipping, you need to inform people! These are unprecedented time. The item was bought for a friend who is LEAVING the COUNTRY TOMORROW! I bought it 10 working days ago, noting 1-2 day delivery, 1-2 day express shipping. If i knew it was NEVER GOING TO MAKE IT i would not have spent more than $100 on it! NEVER AGAIN and Also will ensure none of my friends purchase from you guys esp during these times. Totally unreliable is one thing, non existent customer service is atrocious

Terrible customer support and terrible shipping.

My purchase never arrived and the customer service rep out of the gate without even trying to resolve the issue adds this sentence to her message to me: "Please note, we are not liable for failed deliveries. As your item has been monogrammed with personalisation, we're unable to refund, exchange or replace your item at any time."

Bottom line be very careful if you are overseas and purchasing items. 1) tracking provided only covered the Australia post leg of the delivery updates 2) only after reaching out to MAISON de SABRÉ, they send me the US postal service tracking which says they could not deliver due to insufficient address. Looking closer it looked like the address MAISON de SABRÉ wrote was wrong (so they are in error) since what I provided was accurate in my online purchase. 3) They refuse to respond to me and provide a refund.

Got this as a Christmas present
My case started wearing and discolouring after just 2 weeks of use!!! It looks super shoddy. I was told this is “wear and tear and prolonged use” and that it was also because of the colour case I have ( light pink)
When I complained further that this response is not good enough and said I wanted a replacement Peta offered a $30 voucher towards buying the case in a different colour- what a laughable reply.
I have not received a reply since.
Do not waste your hard earned money on a product that will look crap after 2 weeks and you are told it’s your fault for buying a light colour and “prolonged use”!!!
So unhappy and frustrated With the product and customer service
