Was informed of delay in the item i purchase 1-2 days AFTER i have made the purchase, could have provided me with option to cancel but NO. Followed up on the status every other day and COMPLETE silence.
NEVER AGAIN! You need to inform your customer BEFORE they make a purchase. And if people pay for express and if the item is not going to be express shipping, you need to inform people! These are unprecedented time. The item was bought for a friend who is LEAVING the COUNTRY TOMORROW! I bought it 10 working days ago, noting 1-2 day delivery, 1-2 day express shipping. If i knew it was NEVER GOING TO MAKE IT i would not have spent more than $100 on it! NEVER AGAIN and Also will ensure none of my friends purchase from you guys esp during these times. Totally unreliable is one thing, non existent customer service is atrocious

My purchase never arrived and the customer service rep out of the gate without even trying to resolve the issue adds this sentence to her message to me: "Please note, we are not liable for failed deliveries. As your item has been monogrammed with personalisation, we're unable to refund, exchange or replace your item at any time."
Bottom line be very careful if you are overseas and purchasing items. 1) tracking provided only covered the Australia post leg of the delivery updates 2) only after reaching out to MAISON de SABRÉ, they send me the US postal service tracking which says they could not deliver due to insufficient address. Looking closer it looked like the address MAISON de SABRÉ wrote was wrong (so they are in error) since what I provided was accurate in my online purchase. 3) They refuse to respond to me and provide a refund.

Got this as a Christmas present
My case started wearing and discolouring after just 2 weeks of use!!! It looks super shoddy. I was told this is “wear and tear and prolonged use” and that it was also because of the colour case I have ( light pink)
When I complained further that this response is not good enough and said I wanted a replacement Peta offered a $30 voucher towards buying the case in a different colour- what a laughable reply.
I have not received a reply since.
Do not waste your hard earned money on a product that will look crap after 2 weeks and you are told it’s your fault for buying a light colour and “prolonged use”!!!

I had a situation once before where a package had been been marked as delivered but I couldn’t locate it. I live in a building and package theft unfortunately happens here and there. In a scenario where the package had been marked as delivered to my address and I was claiming to have never received it, I would understand their hesitancy in resending the product or offering a refund as there’s no direct proof that I did not receive it. However in this situation, the tracking number had explicitly stated that it was returned to sender.
It took multiple emails of complaints on my end for them to even offer me any compensation, and it was in the form of a percentage off of my next purchase. As if I would want to give them any more of my money! not to mention, a discount would not even make up for my loss of money as I would essentially just be paying them MORE in total at the end of the day when including my losses. And for something that was completely out of my hands. Once again, I purchased a phone case that was $70. A purchase most people would find unreasonable from an indie brand discovered on Instagram. I even compromised and asked to have the product resent instead of a full refund. They wouldn’t budge. Never had an experience like this in a situation that I couldn’t have prevented. Super turned off by the way they conduct business. Won’t be ordering again
