According to their online part discription, I thought I was ordering the right skeg for my boat engine. When I received the part in the mail I opened the shipping box and removed the part. I tried to see if the part was the write one but couldn't tell because of all the cardboard the part was wrapped in so I removed the part from the packaging and found out it was the wrong part. I called the company to request a Return Authorization and that is when I was told that if the part was removed from the packaging it could not be returned for any reason. I am now stuck with a $126. Dollar part I can not use.

I ordered three power packs and only one of the worked one had even been installed and shipped back to me after your policy state's if installed or used you can't return them but you sent me one that I can look at and can tell its been installed....These I will not return in fear of someone else WILL end up with them I will eat the lost but never buy any parts from you GUYS....you are fired and will never send any PARTS to my shop again....Have a nice day....

Ordered & paid for 2 parts @ $75 ea., They send me an email stating the parts are $125 ea. I called MarineEngine about this & they very reluctantly honored their advertised price & will ship in 5 days, 14 days & no parts, I called again and 'oh, the order will ship today'.Here I am 17 days later still no parts! BEWARE!!!!!!!

I must say delivery was faster than I expected, however, under there return policy, it says the won't accept returns taken out of the original packaging. I received the switch box with the packaging torn open, and the instructions laying on top of the packaging. Needless to say, I hope the part is good, since I can't return it.

I have fixed up several old motors through the years. I have used this site for two carburetor kits not on an old mercury 9.8 and an old evinrude fisherman. The evinrude ride kit had a float that was not compatible despite the matching numbers and recommendation. I just ordered one for my mercury by calling giving e serial number and numbers off the carb. It came and the only parts that were right were the seals. The needle was wrong the lean screw was two inches short despite the picture and there were four screws I assume where for the fuel pump body but were also not the right size. They were very helpful both times and mean well but this type of quality in kits is terrible.

Received our order but specified one crucial part that did not arrive. Talked to a service rep and he knew what part we needed and he was going to deliver to complete our order. As of yet we have not received it. The salesperson did not want any fee and we did not receive a confirmation on the order. It is June 15 and we talked to a rep 7 days ago. This part is needed to repair the motor.

Good to work with, I had a problem finding the Poppet information they lead me to the correct location with a link. I was able to then find the location remove the parts, then determine what i needed to replace without any guesswork.

overall experience was great. Timely service and customer orientated. I accidentally ordered two of the same item and didnt notice until i placed my order. All i had to do was send one email before the product shipped. They corrected it and fixed my visa payment the same day. Incredible.

PRO : Easy to understand parts diagrams and competitive prices CON: I feel that the shipping cost is a little high considering the two seals are small but not so high I feel like I’m being fisted

Your website is very easy to find what we need for our old 1987 Evinrude! All I need to do is type in the model # and up comes a list of all the parts for that motor. Thank you for a great place to get parts to keep the old motor going for a little while longer!

Ordered the 'oem' version of a part and received the CDI brand in an OEM box for the oem price ($50 more than their list for CDI). Had I known it was a CDI par I would have just ordered the CDI branded product and saved some money .

I ordered an impeller kit. The Impeller that was in the kit was clearly used! I called and was told he was going to check into what to do and contact me. I got an email eventually late that day saying my order was being shipped. Problem was I had no idea what was actually being done to correct the situation and when it would arrive. I wanted to go out on my boat.

Unlike another company called "PWC engine parts" Your carburetor gasket rebuild kit actually fit my 1984, 7. 5 Mercury outboard CWB - 4 carburetor... To be honest I Bought the "PWC rebuild kit" 1st and realized they didn't include the pilot jet Ventura piece I needed... But I noticed all your gaskets fit perfect with the car aligning pins but there's didn't. So there's was useless and money lost!

Love your website! I have several outboards from a 74' to 05'. It's easy to find the parts in the schematics and they also help in figuring out how things come apart and go together. Delivery ha also been fast and reliable.

Ordered my parts on a Monday paid for 2 day shipping . I received confirmation I would have them on Thursday due to ordering them late Monday afternoon still got my parts in by Wednesday packaging was great and had no issues will definitely be ordering more parts from marine engine

Great experience, product well priced and in stock. delivery was pretty quick and part was a perfect fit. the website is very easy to use and find the right parts you need. Have been a customer for years and no plans of that changing.

I am rehabilitating a 52 year old 6hp Evinrude motor that I picked up for a song. I have been learning to fix it through watching Youtube videos. I have been able to get all of the parts that I need from MarineEngine.com and each order has shipped promptly, not to mention the fact that the cost is a fraction of what my local Evinrude dealer charges.

Not on this order - but on past one ME sent me the wrong impeller kit for my OB - of course I opened it - found it was wring and called - the operator tech told me no it was correct - it wasn't - out 50 bucks. The other orders have been correct

Totally excited that you are possible sponsoring Dangar Marine I watch his videos religiously. I wish you could speed up the shipping time. Boats.net can get my orders to me a little faster but they are constantly making mistakes on my orders. Oh yea better pictures of the actual parts would be greatly appreciated. That would put your competition to bed

I ordered carburetor kit which I did receive, however, I also ordered a service manual which explained how to rebuild the carburetor. unfortunately, the carburetor kit did not have all of the gaskets and o rings that the manual told me that I would need to do the job properly.
