Maxim picked up the pieces from a previous builder who went under, they have turned around a really upsetting experience into a beautifully built home with high quality workmanship and the cleanest work site in Perth. The supervisor Paul has such a high standard for the tradies to maintain and this is seen in the finished product, he also cared genuinely about us and made sure we were 110% happy with everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending MAXIM HOMES for anyone that wants a quality built home.

The build was very well managed after they picked up the job after our first builder went bankrupt. They were very open and informative and the build quality and finish time was excellent! Every one in the office was friendly and helpful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maxim Homes to fist home buyers and seasoned buyers alike. Paul the supervisor was probably the best part of the experience very helpful and knowledgeable, he seemed to care about me as well as the build.

I built a triplex devel in 2018 through Maxim Homes. I was looked after every step of the way. The build commenced when they said it would, and finished a month early. And issues at pre-handover were fixed before handover. They were very understanding with minor changes and I was given the site supervisor's number, which I found very helpful. It's a small team but I think that's what makes them so good. I would highly recommend the company and I would definitely use them in the future.

Maxim Homes started my house in March last year. I couldn't be happier with the final product. They helped me achieve my dream home by working together so I could have just what I wanted. James and Michael were very professional and made a great team by helping me find the perfect floor plan just right for me. They supported me every step and supplied an interior designer to help me choose the right colours etc.
Any phone call or enquiry I had was always answered the same day. Paul the Supervisor was happy to meet on site as the house progressed and was most helpful and very professional.

We've built previously with a big builder and decided this time to try a smaller builder. Maxim was recommended to us and we didn't regret building with them. We had a more personalised service, from start to finish. We had a fantastic building supervisor and our prestart consultant was knowledgeable and gave us great ideas. One downfall was that we were told we could have polished concrete done in the home prior to signing the contract, by the salesman, but later we were told it wasn't possible which was a huge disappointment. All in all had a good experience and would happily recommend again.

Maxim Homes was recommended to us by our designer Joe. James and Michael provided helpful advise when going through the planning stages of our two development units. They were always available to speak to by phone and answered any questions easily. The supervisor Paul was great to work with and dealt with any problems in a quick and efficient manner. He was always available by phone too, which I think is really important as we have used builders in the past where the supervisor is never available to speak too, which results in a very frustrated client. This never happened with Maxim Homes. The communication was always easy and amicable. The build time was within the predicted timeframe and the finished homes were to a very high standard. I would recommend Maxim Homes to anyone wishing to build a home, and would certainly use them again for our future developments.

From day one Maxim guided my build from a piece of paper to a dream come true. Supervisor was extremely helpful and most of all accurate and on time and a pleasure to deal with. He was truthful and helpful and very organised. The whole team at Maxim we a delight to work with
