They put a ticket in to fix my password as for some reason I have not been able to log in. I also asked them to cancel my subscription on two occasions. Password still isn’t fixed a month later, still billing me for the 2nd month after I canceled. Yet they closed the ticket.

It was very helpful and the representative I talked to very clearly laid out instructions and asked if there was anything else they could. I really appreciated that.

Cam was helpful with picking out a server plan. Cant speak to the ticket support response times yet regarding tech issues, but thus far support has been nice and helpful.

Fast response, problem solved and the server is good to go. Daniel W fixed in 5 seconds what took me an hour of fiddling around. It's a good thing MCprohost has the support or I'd be lost. He was also very patient with me not knowing where the livechat button was... it was right in front of me.

Austin N from the chat support was super helpful, super friendly, and a joy to work with. He resolved the issue as quickly as he could (considering how long servers take to load), and have zero complaints. Thanks for the help!

My experience with MCProHosting has been good. Anytime I have a problem the support team always gets it fixed right away. The service is good if you are looking to have a server and not wanting to manage it yourself

Been using MCProHosting for years. Even though I don't pay for things like plugin support, y'all still help me out with my plugins. I have nothing at all negative to say about MCProHositng, only outstandingly positive feedback! Thank you very much every one of y'all for excellent service and care to this community!

Would just like to say support was really fast with responses. I asked for my modded server to be up because i had no idea how to start it and they instantly got it up for me. I appreciate Noah .P quick help.

I bought a minecraft server, and currently need more ram. I read online that there was once a way to do it, and they got rid of it 3 months later. I don't understand if i'm not looking in the right place, or if it doesn't exist.

I just got a Mineraft server. I purchased the witch pack (4gb RAM, 70 Slots). I'm living in middle europe, the server is Amsterdam which is in another country. I have only played alone on the server since we're starting tommorow eve.

Great great great support! You can use the livechat almost all the time and the Supporters always have an answer to your questions when setting up your server.

The server setup was really simple, even installing forge and a lot of mods was feasible, even though i have never done it before. The interface is very simple and understandable!

I installed about 10 Mods which all work perfectly fine on the server. I have not experienced any lag whatsoever even when loading loads of new chunks. Remember: I have only been on the server solo so i can't verify that it may be the same case with more players in different chunks!

Pricing is decent.
I paid 20 USD (18,50€) for one month which is fine for 4GB RAM and 70 Slots, though i would get 6GB RAM and 8 Slots on Nitrado for 14€ with the same quality support and interface, but i feel like nitrado is lacking overall server performance...

To sum up: / TLDR:
MCProHosting is a very userfriendly serverhost with great service and decent pricing. Performancewise the servers seem stable and playable. Compared to other hosts it is about average in prcing which seems fair.

Thank you daniel w. For helping me with my server. Unfortunately he wasnt able to help over livechat but he put in for the support team to resolve the issue. Hoping my server is back up and running asap

Jonathan B. helped me out tonight with my minecraft server. they answered all my questions and i will hopefully get around to solving my problem! if i had to have a support agent, i'd definitely chose them no questions asked. they were very friendly and super helpful. i give you my best regards, man. if you get to read this, i hope you have a good day/night! just remember you are appreciated and loved and even if things aren't going so well, there will be brighter times ahead. I always leave reviews like this because even if i have no idea what that person is going through, even if they are living their best life, i always like to be there just in case.

So, I rather do enjoy the servers and most of the time they work properly. Every once and a while, there is an issue with the nodes the servers run on but that isn't really an issue. One thing that really bumps it up is the support team. I'd specifically like to point out Jonathan B. He's helped me on various occasions with world transfers and overall problems. The service is great.

I will never take our Minecraft server needs anywhere else - McProHosting is one of the only places you will never want for anything!
Customer service is 6 star, uptime is at 100% since we took on the services and we will NEVER look back!

If you need advice, one button and less than 5 mins and you have a networking expert all over it, the site is SUPER EASY to use and nothing is unclear - as a true testament to the service, my very own 7-year-old daughter was able to install a working server and log he and her friends in with no adult help.

I love the live chat From the point of view of a client like me, I think it really gives me a lot of calm that you have a fast support and especially in a live chat, this has helped me a lot to all my problems, and confusions that I have had with the interface and the files, I'm very happy with this

I had my server become unavailable for some unknown reason. When I contacted MCPH via LiveChat, Adam L was very helpful! He was quick to answer my questions and was very pleasant and happy to explain the issue.

There was a quick response to my inquiry and helped me with logging into the new minecraft portal. I panicked when I discovered my server was not listed. Adam L. from Live Chat assured me it was backed up and just needed to be restored and sent me a link. He even helped me know what to ask them to help get my server back. (I was late in paying my bill) Fast, Friendly service! THANKS!

I reached out yesterday for an issue my server was having and the guy wasn’t sure what was wrong so he told me just to submit a ticket and we all know how long those can take lol so I did waited until the next morning so I reached out again and Todd L. Was able to tell me the issue and that he’d reach out to the technicians and that he’d reply to my ticket once it’s fixed. Thank you Todd!

Adam L. Answered everything I had asked quickly and in a friendly manner, from server plan recommendations based on the plugins I would like the server to handle all the way down to specific plugin configuration options they could offer.
I've been with MCProHosting in the past and they have always been reliable, support available and overall great all around for hosting a minecraft server!
