I ordered four memory modules for my Z370 ib-r. Not only I got the modules really fast ( arrived one day before from the expected date) but they worked flawlessly. I will continue ordering memory modules from them and I recommend everyone to do the same.

Ordered RAM on 12/27, arrived a week earlier than expected. Easy to install. Had one question and contacted on-line support who was able to help in less than 3 minutes. Would certainly buy from MemoryStock again.

I ordered two orders. The first worked without a hitch- awesome. It so great, I ordered more memory and the second set, my computer did not start correctly. They completely stood behind me and made it right- got the new memory installed and the computer is better than new. Thanks Lateef and team!

needed some new memory for a laptop well over 10 years old. I feel lucky to have found this site as I did not think anyone would have this memory and not sure what I would get being my first time using this site, well I am very happy with the fast delivery and the correct memory I got . I will order from them again !

Ordered memory for my 10 yr old desktop. Sent exactly what I needed at a fair price relative to others. Responded immediately to my questions. Received the memory within 3 days via priority mail here is SC. Bought the store brand and works great.

Purchased two 8Gb DDR3 PC3-1280 DIMM sticks for a Dell 9020 I7. Easy to find the correct memory from the search engine and they were here in only a few days. Popped them in and everything works fine. Will buy here again. Hey IT, I bet you would get more reviews if you put a direct link to write a review and simply verified with the invoice or recognized a customer as other sellers do, really don't need anymore spam.

I ordered a RAMBUS memory kit for my Dell Computer last Friday, I did try few other online stores and none seem to have the matching compatible memory that I wanted, all seem to have a compatibility issue. After placing my order with Memorystock, the customer support guys even called me to confirm my systems processor speed and also another team emailed me to confirm the same. They wanted to make sure the memory speed was matching my system processor, none of the other stores had done this, finally I got my order on Monday, installed it and all I can say is I am satisfied with my order, and my computer is now much faster.

Ordered 2 PC100, 256 MB SDRAM modules on Saturday (11/19)morining and they shipped Saturday evening by first class postal service (this was the free shipping - several other options were available). I was suprized at the quickness of filling the order and shipping! I got 3 emails, one confirming the online order, one containing my invoice, and one when the items shipped.
Pricing was good compared to other sites I usually order from.
I received my order on the next Wednesday (11/23), despite the fact they had said to allow 10 days.
I would order from these guys again!

Ordered 2 x 8 GB Ram in MARCH, after several mails back and forth it arrived in MAY.
Installed it, the PC didn't boot at all.
Since it took forever to receive the modules and their support was "unfriendly" I just gave up on this topic.
I don't bother to ask them to refund my 180 USD which where wasted for nothing.
I just don't want to deal with them at all anymore.
Instead i will share my story on all available platforms to help others not to waste their money with this company.

BTW, the memory I have ordered was selected via their HP, and the PC model they refer to on their delivery note is exactly the one I have, its just that it doesn't work.

I ordered memory for my new computer and it arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my computer not started once I had installed the new memory. After contacting them about the issue, and them working with me to remedy the issue, I was sent a new memory board which worked perfectly the first time. Thanks to Sam for working with me on the problem.

I ordered 2 cards = 1G of memory for my Pavilion a200n HP desktop. I used Memorystock not because it was the cheapest but because their website seemed well organized etc. I used their configurator to choose the memory and chose the next to cheapest name brand memory. The memory did not work. The help was not very helpful. I sent the memory back with the reason that it was not compatible. Without any communication they resent the exact same memory back to me. You see, If you use their configurator, which is PERFECT you can't send it back for being incompatible. But if you don't use their configurator you can't return for a refund. I sent memory back and am waiting for a refund for defective memory. They will not refund if you buy the cheapest memory. FYI I bought memory from Kahlon and it works fine.

I ordered two 2GB 1600 Mhz DIMM's from this company. They sent me two 2GB 1333 Mhz DIMM's. When I contacted customer support they actually told me that the memory they'd sent me was compatible with my computer and that I should install it. I paid a premium price for high speed memory, and received crap memory, and the company rep actually tried to get away with it. I sent the memory back, but have yet to be refunded the purchase and shipping costs I incurred due to their error. Do not deal with this company, they are dishonest and disingenuous, you will likely regret doing so. They are counting on your ignorance, and taking advantage of people!

Ordered two Kingston 1gb SODIMMs for my new HP laptop. Memorystock had the items in stock (as listed on their site) and shipped the next day.

I saved $120 by ordering from them instead of HP. Got order confirmation, FedEx tracking # etc promptly. Would definitely order from Memorystock again.

I ordered 2 sticks of ram from this company. I already knew what I needed and they had it. After placing my order I got a phone call asking me about my order and questioning the ram. This was fine by me as I can see how this might help someone who doesn't know what they are looking for. I explained to them that this is a custom built computer and the ram I wanted for it. They still suggested something different. I replied with a thank you but I'd rather have what I ordered. I amount of time for the delivery was great. Very quick service when it came to the delivery. BUT...after opening the package I noticed I only had one stick of ram and not two. I looked up my order again to make sure I didn't make a mistake and make sure I paid for the two. After seeing the order I placed was correct I tried calling the company with no answer and left a message. I waited 2 days and called again. A week later tried calling again with still no answer. I finally just did the live chat and was told I would need to contact the shipping department. I have called many times and left messages with still no response. I paid for the two sticks of RAM and still do not have the order.

I had previously ordered a memory SIMM for my grandson's HP Omen laptop but didn't realize there were two models, so of course I ordered a SIMM that didn't fit. MemoryStock had a clear listing of which SIMM fit which model, so ordering was pretty much a snap. The item shipped quickly and is now installed and in service.

Like all the other very dissatisfied (1 star) ratings I agree 100%. Memory stock BBB rating is an "F", if I wouldve seen that prior to ordering they would have never earned my business. Everything about there return policy is shady, sloppy, and disreputable. Per there policy I ordered a 2gb RAM for my netbook using there nifty locator to insure full refund (on Wednesday). Of course it was shipped same day and arrive in record time (on Friday). Which did not impress me at all due to the fact that the return policy was shady. I waited until the weekend to open the package and quickly noticed that they sent the wrong RAM. Conveniently they are closed on the weekends so I contacted customer service via online chat on Monday. I was told in order for the RAM to work I had to update my BIOS. Totally incorrect. I argued but took his unprofessional word and installed it. Of course it did not work. My next step... return it for my refund. The crap part about this ordeal is I payed for shipping twice and insurance. I payed more than half the price of the RAM stick to accomplish nothing. Steer far, far away from this horrible company. Memorystock sucks!
