just wheat you don my first gen AirPods batteries went down to just a few minutes here come OWC with a great deal for replacing them, Thanks again for all that you do.

I've purchased products for MacSales/OWC for nearly two decades. Never had any problems, and whenever I needed to call, a real person answers instantly. Unlike many companies, they know what they're talking about, and they're not reading from an on-screen script. I've been an Apple product consumer since 1983. I can attest that 'Mac Sales' customer service is markedly more knowledgeable than Apple customer service. This wasn't always the case, but after the loss of Steve Jobs, Apple no longer trains their personnel the way they used to. Heck, you could be flipping burgers one day and be an Apple Salesperson the next.

I had ordered one of these last week and it arrived mis-imaged and couldnt even open its own "Documents" folder nor could it recognize its own hd.

I have been nursing two mid to late 2009 Macs along (one Mac Mini and a MacBook Pro) since buying them new in 2009. Upgrades from OWC have enabled me to keep these two machines working at a high level even compared to newer machines for either Mac OS or Windows. As a retiree, I appreciate OWC helping me stretch my technology dollars.

My iMac 27 mid 2011 had two ram cards stolen while attempting to get a repair. I guess they thought I would not find someone to repair it for considerably less. When I did, 2 8gb RAM cards were missing. Thanks OWC for having the big 32gb RAM upgrade on hand to solve my problem quickly!!!!
