Today I got a call (9:45am) that he will be at my place at 11am. I was stunned to hear it since everyone in my apartment made their plans for him to arrive at 12pm. I politely declined and tried to make a compromise for 11:30am. But he got angry! He screamed at me and made up a story about me asking him for an earlier time. Before I could even comprehend what is going on and why he's so angry, he just straight up and told me to call someone else, and then began lecturing me about how inconvenienced he was. Apparently his time is worth much more than his customers'.
So not only could this guy not keep the 2 appointments he made for himself, he has the tenacity to get angry at his customers for not being able to be flexible around his timetable. With this kind of attitude, I'd hate to see how he actually deals with customers on the job.
