I called this morning to have my hot water heater checked out as I awoke to a lukewarm shower. A plumber was sent out same day and fixed my issue quickly and professionally; provided me with estimates on multiple options with no pressure on which to choose. I received a call that he was on his way and explained that I would be leaving work to meet him and he waited about 10 minutes for me to arrive as he go there first. I would highly recommend.

We noticed on a Friday afternoon that our commode was leaking. Called right away and Mike Diamond sent a plumber in just a little over an hour. The old commode needed to be replaced and he had one on his truck ! Within no time he had changed them out - everything was all tidied up like he'd never been there - and all the old mess hauled away. Couldn't be more pleased with the prompt, respectful,efficient, professional, helpful awesome service. We had called our previous plumber - but he was "too busy" to come until Monday!! Mike Diamond was a life saver !! Our plumber is Mike Diamond from now on!!

The two Plumbers were on time and listened to us explain our problems. They asked permission to pull their truck into the yard and then asked permission to come into the house. They were appropriately fitted with face masks and they made sure their shoes were clean. They came up with options to resolve the issues and discussed each one with us with a rough order of magnitude costs. We made the decision on which services to execute and they successfully completed the tasks. We would not hesitate to use Mike Diamond again. They are our go-to plumbers from now on.

well he cleared the clogged drain but made up his own price (triple the $99 up to $287 cost) because he had to take apart and reconnect the pipe under the kitchen sink which turned a half hour job into a one hour job. wish I could make $287 an hour, sign me up!

consumer be aware of this unfair business practice. we asked estimate for replacement a toilet part ( part already provided by us) on the phone , it only take a few screw to take old one out and put new parts in--the manufacture estimate less than one hour and we have done it for other toilet ourselves easily in the past. MikeDiamond estimated $76 so we thought it is reasonable and asked them to come to the office to replace. However. when the technician arrived and repair, it turned out to be the $76 was only " get to the door price". for a 30 min simple work , they charge $479.20 labor ( =$960/hour labor) Plus $20 gas ( they are local less than 10 mile) plus $20 workers compensation ( instead of paying by the company , they charge consumer) with total bill of $547.67 for a 30 min replacement of simple toilet parts!! when we complaint they only reduced to $451. which still come out to be $900 per hour labor. When I mentioned their EXCESSIVE and WAY OVER The industrial standard labor rate, they refused to provide refunds. If they have disclosed the labor rate , we would absolutely NOT retain their service. I think their commercial of $99 " unplug the drain " has tremendous hidden fee---be aware that is likely a " get to the door " fee with hundreds and thousands of hidden fee that will shock you.

After a prior plumbing contractor recommended a whole new sewer line at $10,000, I called Mike Diamond for a second opinion. They correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected it for much less cost. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Technician 1473 supervised, prepared contract, arranged for the work and oversaw everything. Julio was excellent!

Ulysses has done a wonderful job on several major plumbing fixes at our house, most recently replacing a water heater the same day that we called. He is always very professional about inspecting the problem and giving us several options with price estimates, and talking through the pros and cons of the different options. And every time we've been immensely pleased with the results.

I called for an appointment today...and unlike my last experience with Mike diamond...this person was the Plummer from He!l. He was not courteous , and in fact could not figure out how to remove the shower valve handle..as opposed to simply doing the work..he wanted to go on and in talking about how big of a job it was...at the end.. he said if you know how to fix it ....why don't you do it yourself...in that this was the exact same repair mike diamond did from 5 years ago..i understood exactly what the previous Plummer had done...very disappointed...I called and voiced a verbal complaint,,..they said someone would call....no call received yet...

Scam doesn't even begin to describe Mike Diamond. I was quoted $6000 to fix a clogged clean out and replace the cap. Second plumber fixed the clog, fixed the pipe opening and cap for $450! Unbelievable!

Julio and Efren arrived when they said they would. They showed me pictures of the problem I had, and when they were finished they showed me the finished work. They also explained each everything they were doing for me. I am more than pleased with everything that was done. When they were finished they cleaned up and left every thing the way they found it. Plumber showed on time and repaired the problem within an hour. Turns out it was the same plumber who repaired the same shower faucet the last time, so it was repaired quickly. He also gave me tips on how to replace broken handle.

Had a sewer line back up from roots and after calling the 800 # for service, the technician called to confirm and in 30 minutes of the call - was at my house. This was far superior to other services I have used in the past. I would definitely recommend.

The gentlemen who came out were prompt and on time , giving a courtesy call for their arrival time. They were professional, knowledgeable and so very pleasant to work with. The were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I was exceptionally pleased and this is my third positive experience with this company. Each time the work was professional and I felt the prices were reasonable for the work done.

Fabulous service....all within an hour of my initial call. Quick fix, Bathtub drain backed up this morning after my husband and I attempted to clean out the slow kitchen sink two days prior....The 'guys' had a more powerful snake unit that was able to punch through ... as they say ... a hairball clog.....Seemed to do the trick, 30 mins later and we were back in action....True as they say $99 service call and we opted for a 90 day guarantee for an additional $25..Thank you

Second time I have used them and both times for main line cleanout and both have been excellent. Tech arrived on time and pricing is best in town. Will definately use them again for my plumbing needs.

WE HAD A REALLY BAD BATHTUB CLOG. THE PLUMBER CALLED TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE ON THE WAY WHICH WAS NICE BECAUSE I HAD TO LOCK UP MY "ATTACK" PUGS. ONCE THEY WERE HERE, THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK ON FIXING THE CLOG. THE PLUMBERS (DANIEL LUNA AND HELPER) WERE VERY NICE, AND SUPER PROFESSIONAL. YES, THEY SMELLED GOOD AND NO CRACK. THE CLOG WAS FIXED IN AN HOUR OR SO. WE ARE SO GLAD WE CALLED MIKE DIAMOND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Cesar and his assistant arrived on time. I described the problem and they solved it with much less work than I expected. It's great when a problem is fixed at half the cost I expected. Cesar taught me a lot about plumbing and didn't charge me for the information. Nice.

Despite having positive experiences with this business in the past, I am no longer willing to do business with Mike Diamond Plumbing. The price quoted to replace a 40 gallon water heater at my Mother's house was a bit high, $3,227.00 + permit $273.00. We paid 10% down payment of $323.00 cash and $273.00 for permit on credit card. After a 2 day delay installing the water heater (2 extra days without hot water!) the tech then tried to collect $227.00 in addition to the agreed upon balance of $3,000.00. I definitely feel that we were taken advantage of on the price and delay in installation and I am outraged that they tried to collect extra monies.

Our plumber was able to arrive the same day we phoned in, due to a cancellation, although we originally were given the next day for the service call. He quickly and easily unclogged both a shower and sink drain, each in different bathrooms, for a total charge of $178 (which included a $10 discount card). My only concern was his not putting cover slips on his shoes, which resulted in some dirt left behind on our floors.
