They have yet to contact me regarding issues with the door. After a couple of heavy rains I now have discovered I have 2 leaks. Trying to get a local contractor to see if he can repair and send your group.

Overall experience was good to Ok. Project was delayed a few times due to uncontrollable events (weather). Three different colored screws were used to assemble the structure (blue, silver and brown). I was asked if I wanted to pay the upgraded charge to have all brown screws used (structure is all brown) and declined. Perhaps 90% of the screws were brown anyway ... other 5% were blue and 5% silver. Garage door was slightly dented and one window doesn't open very easily (called about the window, however no follow-up). It works Ok though, not going to worry about it. Quite the mess was left behind by the work crew. Several hundred screws were picked-up as well as small scraps of metal. Crew also arrived after lunch and didn't complete the project until after 11pm. They didn't bring any lamps and one had to be borrowed from a neighbor. Not the most professional crew to say the least.

Org.invoice,delivery invoice, do not match final invoice which is higher. 2nd party is higher than you and won't cash our check until, we pay the difference,which I feel we don't owe. Also delivery was 10 weeks late

I know there were issues with the Coronavirus, but I would have appreciated more updates as to WHEN my building would be delivered. The building itself is great. Just was poor follow-up while I was waiting for the building to get delivered.

Appreciate the price. I understand the inconvenience of the COVID-19 situation. However, there was some issues with the measurements. There was also some issues with the layout of the building (doors). I do understand that there may have been some misunderstanding and communication issues. Overall I am greatful for the building.

Order was placed and put on hold until slab was poured. I called the rep and released the hold, which never made it to the actual manufacturer. I was told that it was the manufacturer's fault, that they hadn't released the hold when they were notified; either way, this made my building very late. When it did finally arrive, the installers were very professional and fast. They started with a blank slab in the morning and had my building complete before the end of the day. They were extremely polite and hard-working. Other than whatever communication issues the company has with their supplier, I am happy with the building. It is turning out to be a very nice personal motorcycle shop.

The motor home car port is excellent. First they put up the wrong carport. When I call they wanted me to take that one instead of the one I wanted. The person was not happy with me. They did come out and replaced the motor home port with the one I wanted at no extra charge. When the inspectors came out he would not inspect it. The installers had forgotten to put one of the bolts in the base which holds it to concrete. My husband installed the bolt and It pasted inspection. It cost me another 100$ .wasn't happy.

Sales needs to pay attention to customer when ordering and explain what they are talking about. Installation was great! Crew worked hard and made sure we were happy. However they did have colors messed up and tried to put me in a 'shakedown' so to speak but we quickly got to the bottom of it.

We ordered a Carolina Carport, and Millennium Buildings was our point of contact. The customer service response was not great, several times we had to communicate directly with Carolina Carports. In the end, we received our beautiful carport, price was exactly as quoted, we are happy customers.

Building was erected in two days, pretty quick considering. Two windows installed both leak. Definitely need to insulate as metal heats up really quick in the hot sun. With no rafters to hang a standard garage door had to go with roll-ups. These cannot be tightly sealed to the weather (in case you wanted to install AC). Did not realize this before purchase. If I had to do it over I would go with a pole barn.

The head of the construction crew drove too fast down the driveway and got stuck three times. They were very nice and seemed very hardworking. They did forget to rivet the left flashing on the garage door and left numerous rivets on the ground and floor. Not a big deal though as I can place the bolts myself. Also they needed to bring flood lights to work in the dark. The garage looks nice and able to stand many years. Thank you!

I had hoped to have the option of adding gutters, and also the option of upgrading windows and adding insulation, apparently none of these items were available. I wish they would have....I would have bought all of them!

The only issue I had was that I was not told to let Millennium know when I got my Building Permit. I was waiting to hear from them and finally it dawned on me to call and find out what was happening with my order. It seemed to be taking forever. Part of that was on me. The crew that arrived to set up my carport was over the top with efficiency and they had the carport in 1.5 hours. I think that's great. I very satisfied with the carport.

Great building! Only issue was Carolina carports finished the project and they're Texas Scheduler was in eastern time zone, which puts them 1 hour ahead of us. I was told they would be at our site after lunch and when they weren't here by late afternoon, I called to inquire. She was already gone for the day. Finally at 6:00, we left the job site and went home. An hour or so later, the crew called me and I had to drive back to the site (45 minutes away) to show them where to park and unload in the dark-so they could get back early in the morning to assemble it all Carport is great but having their Texas Scheduler on Eastern Time is poor planning!

The office answered all questions I had. The county planning department contacted the company concerning the snow load and had all questions answered. The two sets of plans were followed well. I was very pleased with the whole process.

The order process was so easy, and the representative was upfront and honest about timing and expense. He was very knowledgable about the product, and made us feel comfortable in our purchase. Delivery and installation was seamless, and we couldn't be happier with our building.

Great Experience, David McBride was very helpful and professional. Once my concrete was done the building crew was there a week later and was constructed in 2 days. Building crew was fast and had great attention to detail. Highly recommended

Overall, I was very pleased with my shopping experience from Millennium. Your scheduling service is very professional, communication was very good throughout the process, the product was exactly what I ordered. The only negative was that one of the 6 anchors for the structure was broken during installation, and could not be attached correctly. The installers told me that I would need to arrange for a welder to come out and fix the anchor. I didn't think that should be my responsibility, since I had already paid for the certified installation. Thanks, Steve Finch

My experience was great .The price was by far the best that I received the delivery and installation time was very quick and pleasant . The crew that came out was very professional and courteous. My contact, Tanner was very helpful and remained in contact answering any questions or changes that I requested immediately. Carolina Carports were in touch immediately, staying through the pandemic and as soon as it was allowed, they put up my garage. The workers were kind, informative and quick.
