What an absolute disgusting company. After playing one of their games and having issues I raised a case outlining the trouble I was having with the game it’s been over a week now and no response or acknowledgment of my case. I find it very frustrating and just demonstrates the lack of customer service this company has. If I could I would stop every one from using their games.

Please don't give them money. Their games seem to pick a preferred winner before the game starts. Sometimes that's you but if you don't give them money over time...you are done. I even noticed a cue ball moving slightly on change of players.

I had gave them a bad review in the past but now I am not sure I know they give you free coins I have had good time playing mini clip 8 ball every thing may not be 100 percent perfect just don't spend money they give free coins the higher up games cost a little so does a corvette if you drive one I give them a 5 pretty good game the world's not 100 percent perfect people don't go to their jobs hoping they won't get paid

DONT SPEND MONEY!!! ONCE THE GAME KNOWS YOU WILL SPEND, THE GAME WILL CHEAT.....HOPING YOU WILL SPEND MORE. I have complained to miniclip over and over and they never actually addressed my concerns other than claiming that the game is not fixed. Very noticeable pattern for me, spend money, losing streak til your purchase evaporates. Good game as long as you dont spend. Doesnt matter how much they say it isnt fixed, the proof is in the wheel.

I am so dissapointed with Miniclip, 8 ball pool is so rigged its not funny, ive got 19 wins in Dubai and it always makes it 10 times harder, even after many attempts to get the ring i still can't get it, i also hate the bots the use that win all the time, miniclip is a bull$h!t company that cheat to make you buy money....

This could be a fun game but not at the level they cheat,they have stolen around 10 million coins from me and anytime you purchase coins or start to win a game the CHEAT is on.now when I get down to my last ball or two it won't let me use my cue I have spent money on this game if this crap isn't corrected I'LL SPEND NO MORE I ADVISE YOU DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF

obviously designed to let you win and first and ease you into buying more and better items to help you "win" more games. Rigged to the max, inconsistant gameplay, a farce of the highest order.

Starting out skillz matter win they idle you response speed way down then they offer great packages they continue to idle you on your control speed had enough. I'll never say mini clip games again. I deleted basketball with over 3 million I. Cash $#*! of their ba. How the heck do they allow someone more than 100 levels ahead of you to be matched with you?

I have played this game for years and I have never hit the big money on the spinning wheel. Also noted since I moved up to 113 that there is a lot of favoritism to the higher seeds. I also believe the game keeps track of whether or not you buy something. You start over a lot. I like to play but the game needs to be honest.

Year 2017-2018 I was an addicted player of 8ballpool and in a way or another I was always injecting money in their system. I understand how it works: if they see you are inclined to pay with some form of addiction for it, they tweak the game algorithm and the system will make you lose. At the end of 2018 i met my brother in law whose never spent a dime in the game and he's with a balance of 500000 coins. He tried to play with my account and lost all the games finding very difficult to win. 2019: I began playing as Guest and guess what: 290000 coins with a rate of 60% winning. I WILL NEVER PUT ANY SINGLE PENNY INTO THIS SCAM

At first I think well this is the best game I ever played. But yesterday I had 70.000 coins and purposely wild shot till it was all gone because I seen me lose games when should have won one game my opponent made a shot on the eight ball and missed he or computer still won.seen other crazy shots that why I just shoot my coins away and unsubscribe feel like it's more scam than true fun.it may be hacking in this game not sure but not my problem any more.

when i started this game it wasn't so bad but the more coins you buy the harder it cheats you first cheat #1 you will loose internet connection and your coins #2 at the worst possible time the screen will jump ,. coins gone again this only happens on this site. #3 tournament play pay to get on table screen freezes and never get on a table loose all your coins again #4 it wont let you aim your shot #5 the speed of the cue ball changes always in there favor DO NOT BUY COINS IT WILL CHEAT YOU

I have built up my winnings to 2 million!! ALL LEGIT!! this game should have like the older version pool, selection of timmed shots. making it much more competitive. I have learned this game mostly @ 5sec/per/shot

Odd that they occasionally ask for a review but then will not allow you to post it. A well designed game technologically and a good personal challenge with talented opponents IF they are real. Funny how it pits you against those who have higher win percentages and how the spin for coins always lands between two large numbers, eh? They must have been trained in Vegas. . If you like pool, just play the game and don't get rooked into buying coins. Warning!!!! This game can be addicting just like gambling.

I don't know how many games I've lost when I should've won. I've sunk the 8 ball multiple times then resets the table and says I ran out of time. It says I've ran out of time all the time and it's driving me insane. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

I love all of Miniclips games!...but Hockey Stars has a glitch! In the beginning it was great!..NOW when the oppenents time runs out they can STILL shoot!...and sometimes the game just abruptly ends and I lose!...this NEVER used to happen! Please fix this.......I love this game! Soccer Stars has been doing this also!...but 8 ball pool is perfect! Please fix my games! I would buy....BUT not if it doesn't work so I am glad I haven't spent money yet!

Beating a good player in 8 ball pool is hard enough, beating a cheating game is much harder. The "table" lets you have a chance to win a few games before starting to take control of your cue (can't control aim), changing ball speed at crucial times, altering bounce angle off cushion. I would be happy to pay to play this game if it was straight but I know that it's not. Goodbye Miniclip 8 ball

Now I understand why I have been seeing some very negative about 8 ball pool...It seems that there is a day of the week that it is your turn to win.. There have been several times that a ball has stopped right at the edge of the hole and it plenty of force to drop in, this caused the lose of the game ... Now I understand

This game could be so much more enjoyable if it wasn't for the corruption of it's game. I know you can buy cues that add more power, spin or time between shots (which I feel is a unfair advantage), but I have often won and the other person gets the credit, or taken a shot and suddenly the reverse shot mechanism freezes and you can't take your shot, and then every shot after is suddenly the same, even when you start the shot again. It is totally frustrating, and when the multiple cue back freezing happens, I now just leave the page as staying for every shot is humiliating. If it is another bought advantage I don't want to give my competitor the satisfaction of seeing my inability and feeling smug. Please Miniclip don't cheat!

the new 8 ball game F#$&@ing sucks... doesn't play or look real plays all choppy... can't play someone more than once...stick power stinks...they said they changed it for internet safety I say if you were going to make a simple game so a 8 year old could play it on there phone at school mission accomplished mini clip . lost me as a consumer
