Thought I saw an offer for a coupon code scrolling across the top of the home page. But when I went back to make my purchase it wouldn’t show up again. That was disappointing. Other than that very good.

Easy process. Great timeline. Communication with company was quick. Cushions appear top notch. Hopefully holds up over time, but appears to be made very well. Have already recommended to two friends looking for cushions.

Easy to find and order what I needed. Scott was also extremely helpful. I received my items today and two of the seat bases look great, the third however is not as sturdy. One of the seat bases is a different material that is more narrow and it also has 4x4 straps instead of the 5x5 that is on the other two. I would greatly appreciate exchanging the less reliable 4x4 seat base.

The company is fine. However the replacement part I bought was a little larger than the space I need to put the item in. It was about 1/4 too big in the back and I needed to force the piece in by standing on it and applying extra pressure. I hope this didn't affect the wicker loveseat.

As I said in a review posted on the site -- before we ordered from Modern Wicker, we cancelled an order with another company who couldn't seem to ship and couldn't seem to answer a question. We were cautious and Modern Wicker promptly answered all questions with clarity and the detail we needed. Not only that, the (2) rockers and (1) porch swing arrived 2 weeks before they were expected! They were in perfect condition, are comfortable, and are the centerpiece of the new exterior design for our new home! Thank you.

The huge box arrived a few days late but was well worth waiting for. The packaging was incredibly thorough and everything arrived in perfect condition. The table requires a little , easy, assembly and chairs are completely ready. The set is sturdy and nicer than the pictures online show!

I am extremely pleased with the Tortuga wicker set I recently purchased on-line through Modern Wicker. It is just the right color and size for my sunroom. I would recommend your site to anyone looking for indoor/outdoor furniture. The shipment arrived quickly and I'm delighted with how pretty and comfortable the furniture is.

Beautiful well made pieces. I looked a long time for curved sectionals to go around one side of my firepit. But they also had to coordinate with preexisting brown wicker furniture. I would have liked to pay less but am happy I didn't skimp in the long run.The quality is evident and will last a long time.

My husband and I ordered our table and four chairs to go with our existing wicker on our screened porch. It was exactly what we ordered and was absolutely beautiful!! The service was excellent from start to finish when it was professionally delivered by UPS Freight. No damages were found to our table or chairs and I would definitely not hesitiate in ordering in the future from your company. Great job!!

I had been searching for an outdoor wicker rocker for quite awhile. Although this rocker appeared to have all the features I was looking for, I was a little hesitate to buy it sight unseen. When it arrived I was thrilled. It is even more beautiful and well constructed than I anticipated. My children had bought it for my birthday and now my husband wants one for his birthday, too. We have just placed a second order!

We purchased this wicker dining set for our back patio two months ago, but just put it outside last weekend when the weather warmed up. It's attractive, looks well made. The chairs are comfortable and the added bonus is the set of chair cushions which were included. They're very comfortable and look great. So far, we're very happy with this purchase. Also, this website had the best price for this particular set.

Ordered a replacement furniture cover and it arrived in only a couple days. The site listed the lead time as 2-3 weeks, so this we a great surprise. The cover is exactly like the previous one I had and was $50 less with free shipping. When it has to be replaced again in a few years I'll be ordering through them again! Very satisified with the service, the product, and the price.

This transaction could not have been easier. Our wicker loveseat was delivered yesterday. The delivery person was friendly and very helpful. The love seat is beautiful. The quality is great - sturdy construction, well-made and comfortable cushions and pillows. Best of all, it blends right in with our very expensive Brown Jordan wicker furniture. It looks just as good but cost only a fraction of the price. We're very pleased and will probably be back for more pieces.

I bought a wicker sectional at a great price - lowest I could find on the web. Arrived 2 weeks later packaged well and no damage. Very high quality, firm cushions and a big hit on our screen porch. Would definitely order from Modern Wicker again.

Crazy delivery madness with UPS made it look like I wasn't going to get my swing, but Modern Wicker stepped in and made it happen. The swing itself is STUNNING! I initially ordered from another company, waited 3 wks only to find out they discontinued it. I found MW and ordered from them, receiving the exact swing I wanted. The brown color is beautiful and looks very good in my yard. Very pleased with Modern Wicker.
