Mr Antenna

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Booked to have a data point installed. Scheduled appointment and took time off work to be there when tradie arrived.
Less than half an hour before appointment I receive a text saying they tried to call to reschedule- this call never occurred.
When I called to find out what happened I was told the technician was taking longer than expected and tried to reschedule me for a full week later.

When I expressed my disappointment that it couldn’t be bumped to the following day the sales rep did nothing and would not attempt to work through a solution.
Because it’s not”the way they do it”

Mr John Grioli is a one of a king person whom i met. There was a problem in my new TV unit which had bought and i had difficulty in accessing the antenna, apparently he was working next door and I requested him to have a look in TV unit , he did in few seconds and did not even charge me for the service. He is a gentleman and highly recommend anyone who is looking for technician.

The representative was polite and unobtrusive as he worked. Did a good job. . . . . . . ..

Phil arrived exactly on time and was extremely knowledgeable in his trouble shooting. He gave us a quote which included 2 amounts depending on what the problem turned out to be. Luck for us it was a quick fix with only the amplifier to the aerial being blown by a lightning storm and not our whole aerial and wiring etc.

Philip the Technician knew his stuff. Couldn't extend cable through the roof and didn't fix my problem in a bedroom. He was able to drill through the solid concrete wall to connect a new antenna point. l thought $299 was a bit high but he got the job done.

We had a new 65inch tv plus sounder installed on a wall which required new TV point our serviceman was very skilled and new exactly what was required. Would highly recommend this service to all.

I contacted Mr antenna last November and got a quote. This morning I contacted Mr antenna and I was put in straightaway I had my appointment with Craig Aitken from Mr antenna at 12 o’clock today. The work was unbelievably great. I just personally want to thank Craig doing a wonderful job on a very hot day. The install was excellent his attitude was excellent I recommend Mr antenna to anyone who is reading this review and specially want to thank Craig from Mr antenna once again for a fantastic job

Had an under floor splitter/booster installed plus cabling to a third TV for $500. Was told equipment worth hundreds of dollars but later found on ebay for $70. Took about 2 hours to install. Within a few weeks could not receive ABC channels so researched and purchased and installed a booster on the aerial myself for less than $100. Perfect now.

I just want to give you guys my feedback on the recent booking for installing separate Foxtel point at my lounge room very disappointed after 2 bookings technician name Anthony didnt even show up this morning no phone call either I was waiting for him from 8am this morning after cancelled my all appointments for today I hope you can treat ur customers in much better and professional way

We had Mr Antenna come out for a free quote to install an extra TV point, tune a smart TV and check the signal of current antenna.when I booked Mr Antenna on the phone I asked them to call me when the guy arrives to check everything as my mother in law speaks limited english. Turns out we "Needed" a new antenna. So we were quoted for a new antenna, two TV points and to tune the TV.... $600.00.... I checked the cable that runs from the TV to the antenna point, did a retune of the channels and....... It works fine.... Don't even need a new antenna.....

All round very good service, our installer was exellent and completed the job in a very professional manner, to the point that I got him to go to my parents home where he looked after there needs as well, but also treated them good as they are seniors and usually they get miss treated by trades people. So I highly recommend Mr Antenna.

Thom was very good he knew what he was doing and got our TV working well with no dropouts. The only problem was he used a drill and didn't clean up the mess after. All good.

We called this service because of issues with the installation of a new Foxtel IQ box and lack of availability of a tech for 3-4 weeks. The service staff member dealt expertly with our call; the tech came the next day. We were informed every stage and the tech was brilliant. He even dealt with Foxtel in re-initiating the box. I cannot praise this service enough given that at least two hours were spent on the phone with Foxtel.

I recently moved in and wanted a new TV access point in the living room. I gave them a call yesterday and then someone turned up this morning. He tested my antenna and did the new access point, no fuss, easy as. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

Was happy with the service and very quick response time, but was a bit surprised with the price, I was expecting $80-$100 But not $175.

Called for a quote, made an appointment for between 8 and 9 on a Saturday morning 18th Jan. Guy turns up late, not interested in looking at current 3 antenna connections in question that were giving us unstable reception, did a lap of our house from outside spotted the antenna on the roof claimed it was dodgy and said he’ll send a quote for a brand new antenna. Asked a bunch of irrelevant questions about our cultural background and the background of the previews owners of the house.
3 weeks on I still don’t even have a quote...not that I would accept it now anyhow.
Wouldn’t recommend them.

We recently purchased a new Samsung TV and had poor picture quality. Thinking it was the antenna, we called Mr Antenna. Tech came around on time (Ernie) and after lots of time looking for problem we were told that the issue was with the TV not the antenna or connections. It was fantastic to have someone as honest and as helpful--I would recommend Mr antenna unreservedly.

We moved into our new house about 18 months ago. It was an existing property, and already had an aerial. However we had absolutely no TV reception. We had received a quote from a competitor when we moved in who advised we needed a brand new digital aerial that was capable of receiving transmission to our area which is in a Valley. The quote at the time was over the top. As such we decided against the aerial and just got Foxtel installed that operated via satelite dish which we knew would work. Problem solved as we now got free to air channels as well. But after 18 months we decided it was time to go ahead and fix the issue. We decided to try Mr Antenna and had set aside a fair amount of money. The tech came out, had a look at our current aerial from the street before even knocking on our door (we had already explained our issue to the call centre so they were prepared for our situation) and he was able to tell us straight away what was needed. All we needed was a booster on our power point! All up about $120 which included the standard call out fee which we were already aware of. The aerial was perfect, and not the issue. He plugged in the booster, tuned in the TV and picture perfect.

The staff at Mr Antenna are true professionals who have proven they will only sell you what you need. We were prepared and expecting to purchase a brand new aerial, but instead they showed complete honesty! Highly recommend these guys.
As for the Call Centre, they were fantastic. Friendly and down to earth service. More Companies could learn a lot from these guys.
