I ordered 1 item and they said it will ship in 48 hrs I'm now well past a week since i placed my order, I contacted customer support & they have no clue as for the status of my order, I've left messages and the only time they tried to call i was at my Dr's appointment and wasn't able to answer it I left another message and they won't return the call, a single item order and they can't get that out in a reasonable time. My crisis gear is a big fail.

I have have a gun laser from them for over a year. Lost the small set screw for elevation. Replacements are not available from the Company. DO NOT LOOSE THEM or you will have a paper weight, like me. Customer support could not even tell me what size they are.

For a free gift I can’t complain because you get what you pay for, so the shipping and handling I payed well can’t say much even that was to much. But you guys really shouldn’t advertise something your not gonna send to your customers. This is not a military grade backpack nor is it even the same backpack your advertising.

I ordered I sight W/second one for a special price,then charged an extra price for $39.97 4 a so called news letter which they said I ordered. This company does business unscrupulous on all accounts and lasers are very difficult to sight with and has app 50% less accurate than gun sight!!

Just got off the phone with customer support as one of their laser sight pieces came off rendering the unit worthless. They did not have a replacement part and told me they would not help me out because it had been more than 60 days since purchase. Guess I should not have waited so long to put it on and try it. CS rep was rude and unaccommodating. I will not be a repeat customer.

I called customer service on my status of my order and they were very helpful and received my order with in ten days from the time I ordered . My tactical laser light for my Glock worked perfectly. Well built product and works great .

I ordered 2 red dot sites and the site never mentioned anything about them being out of stock or not being able to give me an ETA on when I would get the product. Their site says they ship within 24 hours of the next business day and takes 3-5 days to receive. I emailed support and was basically told yes we have your money but can't guarantee the product will get to you in any time frame. To me this is bad business practice and I hope they hold to their promise of a full refund.

I ordered (6/15) hubby a sight as an anniversary gift and STILL have yet to receive it (7/9)! Got the runaround, now the invoice says the wrong address, I used PAYPAL nothing else was lost from using paypal! When I called the guy who answered said I was an idiot and that he refuses to speak to me only hubby. I told I ordered in his name and it was a gift that's a month late. he called me an idiot then hung up! ?

CAUTION , wish i could give a 5 star negative review ,ordered a laser sight & they enrolled me for a monthly subscription to their magazine @ $39.97 monthly, which i did not ask for. will never order another thing from them, they got me for 2 months before i caught it.chuc

scammers charge 39/997 a month for subscription . of course i forgot to cancel & was charged which was my dumb fault. so i figure ill cancel soomn before the years up & they charge me again. then i notice they got me 2 more time for 39.97. finally i call & they said its 39.97 every month not a year subscription! so i guess its my bad for not reading it over so well but stay away from these con artists!

I ordered a laser sight and then they started billing my credit card 39.99 a month . I did not catch it for a couple months and when I called them what it was for they said it was a membership and magazine. I said I did not order it and to cancel it. I have called them 3 times, each time they say it will be taken care of. today I called and was told they cannot find my account so they can't cancel it. It is already posted for the 7th time on my credit card. Today I called CC to get it disputed.. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I called last month to cancel and was charged again this month for nothing. Rip off keep charging your credit card after you cancel or they don’t take phone calls. Can not contact them thru e mail. Again please cancel and refund my credit card.

Doesn't fit my 9mm. It was supposed to because I checked before I bought one.

They don't tell you about the monthly membership fee.. Then ignore our phone calls and emails demanding to know why this was happening. Ended up having to cancel our credit card to get them to stop.

Called MCG 2 weeks after order and still had not shipped. Also found and extra charge on my cc to find out that they had added some kind of a trial membership for $39.99/month. They said it was not in any small print, but I didn't see any kind of trial membership notice. Watch out for it or start getting $39.99/month charges.

I purchased this sight in August, put it on my gun checked to make sure it was working and put it in my carry case. I went to the range a couple of days ago and using it for the FIRST time the laser failed in the first 5 shots. Thought it might be the batteries, new batteries didn't solve the problem. Called the company, so sorry only a 60 day warranty. Buy at your own risk, old adage you get what you pay for still applies.

Purchased the lazer,seems to work ok on one gun I have,the problem is I just noticed you are hitting my credit card for $39.97 for the past 3 months a total of $119.92 with out my approval. I work hard for my money not expecting some jack leg to be ripping me off,you are for the 2nd amendment B.S.you are for ripping the American people off,want happen again,have a blessed life.

Charging me $39.97 a month for a subscription. I bought 1 item from them. I don't know how that writing could be so small that I missed it. Canceled credit card. Live and learn.

Scammed me good, forget the junk products they sell there scam is to try there membership, charge you $40 a month for nothing, tried to get credit for nothing, no luck, they will not respond, Will take this up with credit card company and B.B.B. Stay away from them
