Scam from the start, they say it's free until a couple hours later when you're finished, you get nothing without paying. It's not the money, it's the principle, what happened to honesty?

I like the product but when I found this via google search it literally says HUNDREDs of FREE resume templates and you don't find out you have to pay until you;'ve already spent an hour setting it up. So thanks for helping but your marketing team should feel bad about their SEO.

This is a wonderful site! After sending the resume made here, even if i got rejected, each and every recruiter wrote back a personalized note of regret to me which has never happened before. A part time opportunity turned into a full time job after submitting my new resume from your website. I'm glad I came across this amazing resume tool.

I hadn't completed a resume since I started working with my employer 22 years ago! The prospect of creating one basically from scratch was defeating. However, I was surprised at how easy myPerfectresume made the process! Pre-populated task and skill selections based on my career, multiple template choices, and walking me step-by-step through the process WOW!

$24.95 was removed from my checking account monthly for over 2 years, totaling $623.75 due to my unknowingly subscribing. This is after I paid the original fee of $2.95 to download my resume. I feel that there could potentially be a serious problem here and my hope is that this company will reimburse me, as part of honest business practices and to promote customer satisfaction.

Quick and easy to knock out a professional resume. If you have an old one, upload it and the system can incorporate your info. That way you can just add the updates and you are done. Had a minor issue and customer service was very easy and painless to deal with. Highly recommended.

I was charged a couple of pound 2 years ago for making a c.v. I have quite alot of transactions coming out of my bank so I was surprised today to find out that £16.95 had been taken out of my account monthly for 2 years for unknowingly subscribing, i don't think I'll see that money again, watch your account people.

I had an trail that I was unaware of and I contacted the customer service line, where Michael helped me out in every step of the letting me know the advantages and offers of the service, and helped me for what I needed, this is a very excellent service for people to build their best resume.

I like using your product. I do not feel a need to a subscription when I attain a job. Make it feasible for people to use and purchase. As my Dad always told me "It's better to make a little of something than some of nothing". I help a friend out from time to time and I offer using this site but they don't want to pay the price. There are FREE resume sites out there. Just saying.

I spoke with Alex on the phone and he helped me resolve my problem within 10 minutes. I didn’t have to go through a series of automated messages just to speak to a real person. Extremely satisfied with my experience.

I could not get my cards to go through. It turns out it was a problem because it was an international transaction. This needs to be stated on the account somewhere so that steps can be made ahead of the transaction. I can try other cards, but I will have the same results. It is frustrating to have the wrong cue from your business. I had to call to get the information needed and then call my bank. Then everything went through smoothly.

Your site advertises everything as free, but once we are finished editing/building our resume, it charges? That's false advertisement and someone of your marketing team should definitely fix that because you all are the first ones to pop up on google when searching "free resume template" and it is obviously not free

It was most helpful to have a template to use with all the added helpful ideas to list as far as skills and details about my job listings. I didn't have to stress over using the right details because I am an old student with experience in writing my own resumes but it has been such a long time that I was a little nervous about how to go about being professional. I Love the Suggestions that Go along with the Inputs. It enhances the Brainstorming Process. Also, the easy of use, the it Flows both Backwards and Forward making it easy to follow up with additional details. The Spell Checker is very Helpful Feature. Nice simple format with lots of options and easy plug ins. Make what seemed like a daunting process very straight forward and approachable. Once I got started it was easy to edit the bullet points to taylor them to my specific experiences.

It was extremely easy and fast, all templates are wonderful and have a lot to choose from. Besides being the fastest resume I've done without even have to think of what information I should apply you have so many benefits, they can check your resume and correct all your mistakes or give you a better way to re-word phrases, and customer service is always there for any questions and concerns you might have and you have a 30 day to cancel subscription if needed.
