Needed to return a tankless water heater because it didn’t arrive in time for my project. They charged my a 20% restocking fee and I was responsible for paying return shipping fees as well. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

I don't understand your method of calculating shipping. I get the impression that it doesn't make any difference where I live - it's going to cost $159 regardless. So why ask for state and zip?

I attempted to call you for a question about the order but no one would answer your phone. I called twice. Communication is very poor. A separate valve set was also ordered and it apparently was out of stock. I had to keep calling to find out when it would be in stock and also to find out when it would be shipped. Due to lack of communication, I had to cancel installation and reschedule three days later.

Wish it was easier to access customer service. I know times are difficult but, I left multiple messages. I was E-mailed to complete my order and replied but did not receive a response. I wanted to include the WIFI interface module but could not locate it as an option to my order. BEST PRICE ON THE WEB!!!

Quick and easy. Now to see if you send the masks promptly. Also an obviously good idea to show someone with the mask on their face. This should be obvious to you, so someone can determine if it looks like the right quality of mask that will fit appropriately and seal off the face

One thing that could be easier is to list out all of the related items. In my case, I needed an additional part for external installation - I found out about it after speaking to Ralph. Overall, shopping has been easy - now hoping that the installation and usability matches this experience.
