I selected free shipping. It took exactly two weeks to receive my order; it was promised as 1-2 weeks. Upon review of the shipping timeline, the product was picked up for shipping two days ago, so it appears as they sat on my order for a week and a half to ship. Also, you don't get a manufacturer's warranty as they are not authorized reps, but they do provide their own warranty which appears to be pretty solid. Prices are hands down, the best! I ordered a second set of speakers last week - let's see how quickly I receive them. Regardless, I will order from Nationwide Stereo again.

Email responses to my inquiries were prompt. They followed through on what they said they would. Overall experience was positive. Price was good, product was as advertised (as far as I know, it was a gift to my father and mailed directly to him).

Please note on a Monday received all 12 of my speakers by Thursday! I will certainly be returning back to shop with Nationwide stereo in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Jim

The price was the best ever! The delivered product far surpassed my expectations. The only problem was insufficient communication. I did not get a confirmation/tracking number until after the speakers arrived.

NWS was superb with their customer support post sale. I had a wiring question on some Definitive Technology speakers I purchased from them and they assisted me for half hour by phone on how to get it connected correctly and setting up the subwoofer.

All the 5 packages were open boxes and they were clearly refurbished or used items. This is not what you described when I bought them. I would like a full refund and shipping back. I took videos and pictures of the packages .

Your description of the product was clear and to the point. Unlike best buy they claimed to be selling the martin Logan 6i but it said its max wattage WAS 65 WATTS. IF They were selling the real deal they would have the correct specs, 6i is 130 watts

The Definitive Tech AW6500 are the best outdoor speakers i've ever heard. I blew one the other day and found the seller was not "certified" to they did not stand behind their warranty. Nationwide Stereo is a certified vendor, and they had the best price, so i purchased another one. I was contacted about the White color being out of stock by Jay. He asked if i wanted to switch to black and was very responsive. I needed to stick with the white because of the pair I already owned, and shortly after a single freed up from an order that fell through. He shipped it right away and I had within 3 days of ordering. Great customer service, really appreciate the great price and personal effort.

My overall experience was amazing shopping here with simple convenient. Products delivered brand new as described. I would highly recommend this to my friends and other shoppers searching for an audio video store online.
