I ordered the dog food on Monday night following the Prime Minister’s announcement, not knowing if I was going to be able to get to the pet shop to buy it. The delivery came on Thursday afternoon. I was kept informed of the progress of the order throughout. Excellent service.

Naturediet is about the only food one of my dogs can tolerate without suffering from colitis so it gets a big thumbs up from me anyway. It is made with simple good quality ingredients which cause no digestive problems for her. Normally I order through a well known online company who seem to have fallen over during the coronavirus crisis with my last order taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive. On this occasion I decided to order direct from Naturediet. I was both surprised and delighted when my order arrived less than 48 hours after I placed it. Highly recommended for both quality and service.

Yes, we have used Naturediet in the past but this is the first time with the new packaging. Our dog has really enjoyed it we will be reordering.

I had a bit of an issue at first with the new packaging but getting used to it now! Delivery is always prompt and never had any issues with orders or anything! Great dog food, great service !!

I ordered the Turkey and salmon treats but it was Chicken & Lamb ones I received. Whilst the Turkey and salmon ones are my dog’s favourite...he will still eat the other ones so I’ve just kept them rather than going through the hassle of returning them.

The driver did not deliver on the day promised because he said that he could not find our
house. Why did he not phone or contact your Office? Do you ensure that your drivers speak or understand sufficient English? I think not.

Food quality is very good and my dogs looks brilliant on Naturediet, her coat is shiny, it keeps her at perfect weight, lots of people comment how good my dog looks at 8 years old. I much prefer the new packaging so much easier to open and use than the old plastic trays.

Recommend for my pointer with bad diarrhoea- been on it a week and her diarrhoea is much worse but will still with it as I bought £45 and it was recommend for another week

I buy wet food for my dogs each month from Naturediet and it is always reasonably priced, delivered quickly and packaged appropriately rather than creating huge amounts of packing rubbish to dispose of.

This company had a fantastic offer on, and I bought 3 x 18 boxes of wet food! It was delivered in excellent time - earlier than stated, in fact! Gold plated service! 5*'s.

My delivery should have arrived on Wed 15th April it failed to turn up. I contacted Naturesdiet on Friday 17th April and they chased it up.
I received an e-mail from the delivery company DHL today at 9.52 am to tell me it would arrive today between 13.03-17.03 pm Again it’s failed to arrive, l can understand DLP having a delivery but for this to happen twice is not good enough. I will once again be contacting Naturesdiet to find out where my order is. !!!!!!

Our elderly labrador has suffered multiple health issues (epilepsy,cancer,heart disease, chronic pancreatitis,laryngeal paralysis) but looks years younger due to Naturediet Senior Lite. We are seriously thrilled with your product (he agrees!) and it is wonderful when people cannot believe he will be 14 in May. I have been meaning to write and thank you for ages, and was so pleased to be able to get it online as we usually buy it from our local garden centre. Your delivery was prompt too - whew! what a relief all round. Keep up the good work.
