This is our second year with Nutrafarms. Our second order was not quite as good as the first. We received items we did not order in error, a few packages have lost their air seal and one of our roasts was all fat and we were unable to eat it after cooking.

Wr have ordered our meat from Nutra two years in a row. Our sales guy is very friendly and informative. The meat is delicious! The only thing that I would change is please bring back the thick cut bacon.

I like the products but $3700 is a lot to pay for the amount of meat I received and it definitely doesn't last a year. I am still paying and I have nothing left. I will not be reordering!

Have used NutraFarms for a few months now and enjoying the product very much. Taste is premium and easy to use. My only issue is having to purchase so much at one time. Would be 5 star if we could order every 3 or 4 months delivery rather than a full year. Getting items we need for whole year means we don't have enough of some and too much of others. And can only exchange in first month which hardly allows me to know which will be which. Hoping after first year I'll know this better and can reorder appropriately. And i WILL reorder. And the free freezer deal a bonus!

Yes I will continue to buy from Nutrifarm, the service is great, exchanges are done in the first month, if you are not satisfied with any of the meat they will replace the full box even if it's not full. The delivery of the meat is done in a very professional manner, they bring all the merchandise to your freezer. I really love the meat it is very tasty, and lean, and I know the farm where the meat is from. So I suggest you give them a call, you won't be sorry. They also have a payment plan that is affordable, and you are never without meat.....

The truth is, I don't need their service (above the stardard ordering/delivery) because:
- I put in my order twice a year with a sit down meeting in my home with their representative.
- The delivery date is scheduled with their office person via a phone call
- The order is delivered on the date and time specified.
- The product delivered is what was ordered (often with some extras thrown in) of the high quality I have come to expect.

The meat is good quality but I enough for 3 people that only 1.5 people eat meat and the meat was basically done in 9/10 months.

Our order was done over the phone which was great as we have a busy house hold so I enjoy doing it over the phone and it only took 10 mins! We have some things missing and extra things added to our order we didn’t want and we called customer service and they fixed everything and were very helpful. We are very happy with everything

This is our second year using Nutrafarm’s. The first year came with a bit of a learning curve. How to order, what to order and how to make the system work within our budget. The only feedback I would provide, more transparency on how to maximize our order. Allowing the customer to understand more of the process. Aside from that we love their products and service.

This was our 4th year, unfortunately, costs significantly increased and that was not explained to us when we placed our order. I raised this concern immediately but decided to proceed with the order.
The quality of ground beef has significantly decreased. There is grizzle and chewy pieces in almost every bite. This is the first time we have experienced this, it is definitely not lean ground beef. I wish I could say it was only one or 2 packages but it seems to be every package.
We will not be continuing with your company and will not recommend you moving forward.

First time buyer and I couldn’t be more pleased with the product. All the cuts are amazing, the only problem is you eat all your favourites too quick! Staff from consultation to delivery were all amazing. Will be back for sure!
