Our Q7 has the 30,000 KM (2nd) service, I saw from the reviews about their repair charges or others, so I decided to check before I get the car to service. The first one I phoned to Audi Sunshine Coast and they quote me around A$930 and the other call that I made to Brisbane City Audi, they quoted me the same service around A$1300. Why the same service (doing all the same items) can be a big difference, I really don't know. Wow, we should get a quote before you decided where to go and mostly I cannot see too many good reviews onto the Audi Dealerships services, so WHY WOULD I HAVE TO SPEND THIS AMOUNT FOR NOTHING??????

MY _._._._._._._ S._ BLEW UP. This is not a scam, it genuinely blew up. I even went to hospital with burns to my face. And they are doing nothing about it... if they do not respond by next week i will unveil all images. Please pass this on to everyone you can. Reveal date 15th December 2017

After waiting three weeks for our anticipated gift for our new born baby girl, Officeworks informed me Parcel has gone missing!! Much needed clothes and sentimental hand me down toys given with love from friends carelessly lost by Officeworks. Avoid at all costs, use Aust post or a courier that knows logistics.

Parcel was posted at offiveworks Werribee on 8th August 2019,I have raised query 5/6 times about the parcel, the only answer coming from officeworks is we will advise in 2 business days. I have waited over 21 days but no clear reply has been received. How do we trust the service

I have used Mailman several times, the first time was when the service first started and experienced a few problems. My first attempt saw the parcel travel from Sydney to Melbourne before being returned to Sydney where it became ‘lost’ for a couple of days. Finally made it to its destination on Philip Island. Reason I preferred Mailman to send parcels to Philip Island was that the parcels were delivered to the intended address. Australia Post only delivered to the nearest post office from where it had to be picked up.
Sent a late parcel to Geelong, Victoria, on December 20th and was told delivery would be between 27/12 and 7/1, understandable given the time of year. I received a phone call from daughter on 24/12 to tell me that the parcel had arrived. I am impressed and continue to be impressed by the Mailman service and use it whenever I need to send a parcel.

I sent two boxes from Sydney to my home address in Cairns. 4 to 8 business days was estimated delivery time. They were delivered 20 business days later. Boxes picked up promptly at Officeworks but they sat in Fastway depot in Sydney until I chased them up after 15 business days. Boxes covered in fragile stickers but they arrived battered and water damaged. Fortunately the contents were well packed and protected so arrived unbroken.
Mailman is a great and convenient concept but Officeworks needs to find a better courier.

I used Mailman in the hope that I can ship something sooner on a weekend, when AusPost is closed. Oh boy, was I wrong. All I needed was to send a letter from Officeworks Yarraville to another address in... Yarraville. The estimated delivery time was good for nothing. There were also issues with accessing tracking, and when I was able to, it showed several 'Out of Time' or 'Unable to Deliver' events.

Products still in transit from the 16/03/2020 between Sydney and Brisbane. Expected time from was Tuesday or Wednesday that week. Submitted a request which will take up to 2 days for processing. I have used this service in the pass and it took a week before parcel was even collected from officeworks. Unreliable service.

I was expecting a package with homeopathy medicines for diabetic parents aged over 80 years. This was couriered from Perth to Melbourne. A terrible mistake I did to get it couriered through mailman. It's more than a week than the expected delivery time and still no news. These people do not have a contact center or a phone number or an address. Most of the call lands to officeworks and they have no clue how to redirect call or assist. Their online enquiry form always fails saying that it's under system maintenance. Such a terrible service I have never experienced.

I went to Office Works in Bunbury, which is part of the Westfarmers Group to send a framed picture from Bunbury to Melbourne. The 3Kg satchel fitted best. I had already wrapped it in soft packing material. Then you go to machine by the door select your type of package, then size. At some stage, you scan the label. At the end it tells me which box to put it in and close the slider, that went to plan. Then there was a screen which provides for a receipt by email or printed. I selected printed, but the device was out of paper so I didn't get a receipt. I called a staff who couldn't help me, which pleased me as I had no tracking then, just faith in the service and no accountability.
The price at $14 compared with Australia post at $14.70. Express with Australia Post would have been about $17, so no real cost advantage. Now I am praying that the delivery occurs.

They have lost 2 of my parcels since beginning of December. One going from QLD to NSW tracking showed in transit between QLD and Perth depot.
Same old customer service response when queried we are in contact with fastaway couriers.
Useless!! That will teach me for avoiding the lines at Auspost.

Parcel that was deposited in Darwin on 4/1/20 has still not arrived in Melbourne. Tracking information is very vague; it wasn't even collected from drop-off point for 2 days. It could come faster by camel.

18 days to Tamworth from Sydney and still, not yet arrived at destination. WHY?? WHEN??? URGENT... I was told 2-3 days when I, sent package. Does this service work? Help.

I had a delivery on Mailman that was lost and the issue took a month and there still has not been a resolution. The customer service (the lack of it actually) just tries to sweep everything under the carpet and just tells you that they are investigating the issue and no update is provided.
Incredibly frustrating experience. I am awaiting a resolution so let's see how that goes.
I'm not at all confident about this process either.

EDIT: It's the 12th of June and I have only just been offered compensation for the product they have registered as lost. The refund of the postage, however, is only half the price. Gosh...these guys.

- Never use them ever again and recommend not to either
- OW Keep placing the blame on Fastway Couriers
- Same response every day under investigation
- 2Weeks and Parcel still not found

** They lost my iPhone I sold !! Did a investigation which took 2weeks to find nothing!!

Events;
- given to Oworks 30/10
- picked up 31/10 late afternoon
- now 14/11 - reported as stolen and with Claims
- have to wait a further 10days for a response !!

Ps .. To The person who has stolen the device it is useless to you as it’s locked down by “Apple“ and by the Carrier !! Enjoy your Unusable Phone !

I deposited a parcel in the Belconnen (Canberra) Officeworks locker on 04/10/2019 15:58:32.
The parcel was only collected from the Officeworks locker on 11/10/2019 11:07:55.
That is a whole week just sitting there in the Officeworks locker!
The Mailman parcel tracker quotes estimated delivery:
Thursday, October 10th - Friday, October 11th
(2 - 3 business days) That is before it was actually picked up from the Officeworks locker.
It is now 14/102019 and I don't know yet what the final delivery date will actually be?
If you want your parcel to sit for 7 days in the Officeworks locker before being picked up, this is the courier for you.

I was in Office works on a Friday late afternoon and thought it would be convenient to send my laminated print to a friend via mailman as it was all there. Staff said 4 to 5 days. Terrible, Terrible, mistake, when I put it into their system to go from Toowoomba to country Victoria it's going to take 13 days- not 4 to 5.
I posted it on the 6th March today is the 12th and it's with a Regional Delivery Service so god knows when it will get to its destination. I will never use it again or recommend it to anyone. I would give it less than 1 star if it was an option. In this day and age it should be way better and I can't see it surviving as a viable business.

As an online seller for over 2 years, I have found this service to be affordable but unreliable. Timely local pickup in store. After that, it can be a lottery especially for parcels destined for areas not serviced by the Fastway network.
I have had three parcels mishandled with items, marked fragile, broken.
One of these parcels was onforwarded to the wrong depot, then sent to the correct depot and then transferred to a local courier company for delivery. The more handling, the more chance of mishandling.
Another parcel has been lost - long process then to be compensated by Fastways insurance company.
Now a second parcel has gone missing this year (shipping from regional NSW to Melbourne). Fastways internal tracking shows that it arrived in Sydney the day after I lodged it but then the tracking falls silent. My customer bought this item as a gift so to be nearly two weeks past the expected delivery date is very disappointing.
The main concern I have is the frequency with which my parcels are handled outside the Fastwork network. The delivery is generally slower than estimated and also there is no online tracking as the secondary Couriers tracking system is separate from Fastways. And of course Fastway wont provide you with the name of the Carrier in question for you to chase it up with them.
With Australia Posts recent pricing changes for under 5kg parcels, they are an even more attractive option for a regional seller with limited courier options and definitely a more reliable one - no lost parcels, efficient tracking and only one breakage in 2 1/2 years!
Officeworks brand is being damaged in my eyes by these ongoing issues with Fastway.

I sent a small parcel from Sydney to Melbourne and got a window of 3-5 days delivery. Waited for 11 days and no parcel was delivered. They said a calling card was left which I believe they did not as it was office address and someone would always be there. I asked them to bring my parcel back to Sydney and took them another 15 days to bring back. I wasted a month for no reason. Their excuse was not having a unit number when the address was a house with noo unit in it. How careless it that???

Sent a sml satchel under 500gms from Darwin NT to Mandurah WA on 14th Nov 2018 and it sat doing nothing, no one could tell me where it was until suddenly it was in transit from Syd on 4th Dec according to their tracking system. Still hasn't been delivered. Shocking customer service right from the time of purchase. Every ph call to them received the same response..."we're waiting for a response from the courier, we'll escalate to management". Useless service. NEVER AGAIN !! Don't use this service !!
