A great product, I ordered 5 as a look see sample, but the price for 5 with postage made each tub £2.70 each which threw my cost price too high, I will need more but I can’t see myself buying 500 to get the price down

good products and friendly on the phone, but over my two orders which have been split into 4 part orders every order has been 1/3 days late and iv had to chase deliveries which have been marked as delivered. parcelforce seem to cause most of the issues due to the box sizes from what i have seen.

I have contacted this company to say I bought a 20 litre bucket which which is fine but I had made a mistake and should have ordered a 15 litre bucket which I have now done
They told me to look at their website to request a return and I have heard nothing since of how to do this
No communication whatsoever very disappointing

There was a problem with the delivery, one of the buckets was broken, but with a phone call the issue was quickly resolved and I received a replacement within a couple of days.
A very efficient & timely service, I would recommend the company to anyone.

I had not heard of the company and did not know what to expect; in fact I was very wary, but I have been most impressed with the updates, the quick delivery, and the look and quality of my 3 blue tin cans. With holes drilled in the bottom, they look fantastic and a bit quirky, as planters in my garden.

Charged me extra for next day delivery but then didn’t use that service to send my item, meaning it didn’t arrived until 4 days later. It was the same as if I had used their free p+p that they offer. Didn’t have the courtesy to reply to me when I questioned this. Lousy.

5 days after our first purchase there were no communication about the expected home delivery from the firm at all, so we werent sure when we would expect the delivery at all.
Part of that it's a 5 star service as making the purchase is very easy on the website and the delivery has been a first class with no issue at all, the driver gave us a call 10 minutes before he was arriving which was very handy, so well done! Thank you! Chef Vinegar Shop UK

The Product i was looking for was available and very easy to buy from OIPPS Unfortunately on the purchase of the five Pails and Securing clips the order form for Lids and Rings was not available I did not know this at the time but on entering into dialogue with customer services I discovered this again they were most helpful espacially Kerry and Tommy so the Lids and Rings needed were obtained so completeing long story short a very excellent company by my consideration and will be shopping and recommending them to anyone and everyone who asks

Order arrived quickly, well packaged etc.only problem I had was trying to get a VAT invoice for the transaction, emailed to ask for one and received reply to say it would be sent out after delivery but just got another order summary, had to ring up as well about it, finally got one.
