I had an issue with Amazon's price matching policy, and they had so many exceptions to their policy I gave up on them. I kept looking online, and spoke with a rep at OneCall that helped and was able to beat Amazon's price so I bought a TV on the spot. It's a birthday gift for myself, and just in time for football season. I'm definitely a happy camper, and will be purchasing future items from them as well.

Hi,

I would like to leave exceptionally positive feedback regarding order number: 10569256

I initially place the order online for a Polk 550 Subwoofer and later called about where the order was and ultimately had the original order replaced with a Sunfire SDS10.

Not only am I happy with the subwoofer, I'm very happy about the interaction I had with OneCall Representative that helped make the change possible. I appreciated the guidance and help I received during the conversation. I just called back to try to find who it was I spoke to so I could specifically identify the person that gave me exceptional service in my feedback here and learned that unfrtunately I could not. I was not in a place where I could write down the individual's name and I am sorry I don't remember it. Hopefully the individual remembers the interaction (I believe we spoke on 1/17).

Order placed no problems for 92" Mits HDTV, $2599.98. Did NOT push extra warranty, extra insurance, or extra accessories unlike Abes of Maine, TV Authority, and many other dealers. ONE CALL is FANTASTIC!!! Seller was very pleasant, honest, and helpful. Considering buying another one tomorrow if wife permits, though this time w. white glove delivery as TV is 250+ pounds! By the way, white glove from One Call is $100 but $150 from Abes of Maine. ONLY BUY FROM ONE CALL!!!!! Not at all asked to write this review by anybody. Just appreciative, telling friends, family, all.

I have been buying from OneCall for over 10 years. I have NEVER had any problems at all. Their sales people are knowledgeable and professional. They ship when promised. They do not play games like suddenly becoming 'out of stock' of your product when you decline to purchase the extended warranty or accessory items. Overall, this is one of the very few online places that you can always trust!

Just ordered a new Onkyo TX-NR709 receiver, NHT Absolute Zero speaker and some accessories this date with sales rep, Jamin. As usual,I found One Call's service and knowledge of its staff to be outstanding. When you add in their lifetime technical support, they are very hard to beat, I know because I diligently research my purchases and compare prices with competitors.

Ordered the Onkyo TX-NR709, open box, and it arrived in four days even with it being before Christmas. The receiver looks like it is brand new and there was even plastic on the remote.

I would not hesitate to make further purchases from OneCall and would definitely think about purchasing an open box item from them in the future.

I made a mistake with my address, so the delivery service returned my package days away from Christmas. I called customer service as soon as I saw what had happened on the shipment's tracking number. My experience was perfect, the best attitude ever on a service call, sent me a new item before receiving the original back, upgraded my shipping to 3 day because I thought i had selected that option when I checked out (but I realized later that I hadn't) without even questioning me about it, and everything arrived in time for Christmas and was flawless out the box.

I have car insurance with and have done for the last 6 years. Called them to ask for quote on new car and quite frankly they could not come close or even tried to match the quote from Go Compare. Was not happy with them.

I have made two major purchases from OneCall and a couple small supporting ones in one month. One major purchase was for an "Open Box" item (ZVOX Z-Base 580 sound bar) and the other for a new one (FujiFilm FinePix X10 camera). In all cases the products were in excellent condition, in their original packaging, were delivered promptly and purchased at considerable savings. I would not hesitate to purchase from OneCall again. In fact, OneCall would be my first choice for electronic shopping.

I've had my Fujifilm X10 camera now for almost a month and I really like this camera a lot. The service from OneCall was as good as it gets. The salesperson, Chad, was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. He worked with me in an "emergency" situation in that I had ordered this same camera through Amazon but it never arrived, in fact, Amazon had no record of the order at all and I was leaving to go on vacation the very next day. I was able to find out that Amazon was the "go between" for the order in which the camera was coming from OneCall anyway. So, with this bit of information, I called OneCall directly and ended up ordering from them with very personalized service from a "real person" which is always my preference. I was told of an "open box" X10 and ended up purchasing that camera instead of the advertised used version of the same... for only a few dollars more. This was a new camera with full USA factory warranty at a substantial discount off retail. My whole experience with OneCall was great and I will be contacting Chad again. As a matter of fact, I will be contacting him a the first of next week to inquire about a Nikkor 85mm 1.8G lens.

I had placed an order for a sony hd tv with another online retailer only to get an email that the tv was on backorder. I waited three weeks before finally cancelling that order and calling OneCall, not only was it in stock but found the tv at a lower cost saved about $400 awesome deal. I talked to a couple cust. srvc. reps at OneCall they explained all the shipping process in detail courteous and helpful and proffesionals

I was apprehensive at first to buy a big ticket item like this for the first time over the internet. After seeing OneCall was an authorized dealer I figured I'd take a chance. Well, everything was just as they advertised on their website. Their prices were the best on the web and the customer service is unmatched. Thanks OneCall!

I was charged a $70 'restocking fee' for returning a DEFECTIVE $350 lemon.
Used it on wireless and it was OK;
5 months later, on a plane, wanted to connect 'wired' and found out that it is defective: intermittent with noise.
Since it was 'fulfilled' by Amazon, I contacted them and made the case that they have responsibility for defective items beyond the 'return window' and they issued a return-label without mentioning that there will be a $70 deduction.
I contacted Amazon back, and their response was: "beware of online purchases, and inspect EVERY single function of the device within the return window"
Seriously ?????????------- (nobody has the time to get familiarized, and test ALL the functions of today's devices)
I contacted OneCall, and they said they have almost no connection to the sale (are they a front label for Amazon???) and refused to take any responsibility despite the fact that, nominally, they are on my bill of sale...
So beware of the shady practices and rules of these outfits

Received phone call[Fed x comp] saying I would need to be home today for delivery. Lost day of work and no show and even can not find my AVR. Last time This happened also. One call sorry though. Not worth the hassle. I lost a day pay and One call and Fed x lost nothing.

I would say that one call is a nice place to buy electronics the price are good ,service is good .There only one thing that didn't
go right for me was when i picked up my order the box was bump on 2 place in the corner.The receiver box was bump in one corner .When i opened the box to get the receiver the styrofoam was crack .So i did test the receiver it seem ok up to now.I hope it is going to stay this way.Please transmit this message to the shipping departement ,when you ship electronic put fragile sticker all over the box.There was none on mine .
