I had never thought of using a company like Open property group until I saw there advert in the daily mail. I ended up selling my property to them after they gave me a good cash offer and also paid my solicitor fees. They were true to their advert quick and hassle free.

I contacted open property group about selling one of my properties which had tenants in, I wanted to make the sale discrete so it wouldn’t upset my tenants, and open property group complied with this. I was very impressed with their service.

I recently lost my job and thought I was going to lose my house. I was in such a panic, I had no idea what I was going to do! As a last resort, I inquired, on line, about selling my home as quickly as possible, just to give me another option and some kind of safety net. I contacted Open Property Group, who I have never even heard of! They were absolutely Brilliant! A lady called Lily, listened to my story, and was understanding and sympathetic. They were quick, efficient, and professional. In the end, Lily got the assistance of a Director, Jason, who quickly arranged a local surveyor, who took pictures and measurements, and sent everything through to Jason! The following day, Jason came back with, not only a fair offer, but he spent time talking me through, all of the different ways, the Group could help me, if I needed it. The advice was brilliant, and gave me the confidence to " take a breath, and re evaluate my situation, it was fair, honest, and invaluable! The Company really are the "Real deal!" The experience and knowledge they have, is incredible. I hope I am sorted, to a certain extent, but I would, and will recommend this Company to anybody! Even if you just want to talk to somebody, who understand their, and our business and needs!! just call or email them, they have been Brilliant!! A Big Thank You all for your help and understanding.

My buyer pulled out at the last minute due to mortgage problem and I was stuck with removal van already arranged. I googled house buyers and found them at the top so called quickly. Sold 5 days later as promised on the website.

I had a quirky renovated listed Granary to sell, which the local Estate Agents (three of them all gave the same valuation) overvalued. This led to a long drawn out process being on the market for over two years and, during that period, I changed to each of the estate agents lowering the price each time. Due to the deteriorating mobility of my husband and having found a property that suited us we needed to sell quickly. A promising discussion with Open Property Group, a realistic valuation was agreed and, a fair one time only offer was reached. As the quirkiness of the property became evident, Open Property Group kept to their offer and although some confusion arose when discussing dates, with myself talking completion but Open Property Group were talking exchange we finally got there. Any questions that arose during the process were quickly answered either by email or telephone by Open Property Group. Approachable and friendly service throughout the whole process. I phoned Open Property Group as my friend recommended them for selling my home last year. I done some research of house buyers on the internet, and made a few calls. Jason got back to me promptly and arranged to visit me at home the next day. He was really understanding of my situation needing a fast sale and once we agreed a price I moved out 3 weeks later which was exactly what I wanted. It was a great service and I highly recommend the company.

I made a inquiry to OPG with a view to selling my property with a sitting tenant, I was then contacted by Martyn from OPG the next day, he asked me for some details about the property and tenant, then explained about the company and services they provided, this seemed the perfect solution to my problem.
Martyn then made me a cash offer this was below the market value but explained how OPG would pay all my expenses and sort out the tenant issues so I would receive a stress free quick sale and would not really be losing that much from the sale. This worked perfectly for me so I accepted, Martyn then talked me through the process and kept me informed throughout,contracts were signed two weeks later and completion a few days later. OPG are the perfect solution for this type of guick cash sale and Martyn is a credit to them.

They are a fantastic company that buy houses in any state and do them up absolutely lovely, since they have became my landlords they have replaced my boiler, put double glazing windows in, new shower and new laminate flooring down! Anything that goes wrong in yhe property they are straight on the case fixing the problem! I couldn't wish for a better landlord there fantastic! Melissa and Jason and the crew are wonderful would very highly recommend selling your house to them they make wonderful landlords if you decide to sell your house with sitting tenants!
