from start to finish simon at orbitsound was helpful in every way even in follow up the customer service level was way beyond other outlets orbitsound would probably now be my first point of contact for purchases and if they did not stock it only then would i look elsewhere superb service

Great service, delivered within a week of ordering which, given the current circumstances, is exceptional. Initial impressions of the A70 sound bar and sub woofer are good. So easy to set up and get going and makes a huge difference to TV sound.

I spoke to the team before I made the purchase just to make sure I understood the "try for 100 days" which I was happy with. The reason been I had read a few reviews that said when you have music and speech together, the speech can be hard to hear over the music. Sure enough this proved true, so I rung the team up to explain the problem and spoke to ? (apologies I can remember the guys name) he explained to me that I would be better off using the 3.5ml jack cable as opposed to the optical cable. He did explain why which I understood even though you would expect digital to be better :-) and sure enough the sound from the TV is amazing. We are very happy. Now I have had it for the last few weeks it's time to pull out the old 5 speaker surround sound.

One little thing the pause button on the remote is missing its symbol on the button

Brilliant service fantastic product good company arrived on time and in good condition nothing missing i ordered the Dock E30 to replace a bose soundbar wich was OK for moves but rubbish for music I set it up and was totally blown away by the sound Quality for both music and movies to be honest I have had full surround systems in the past and I think air sound is better

I ordered a replacement remote control on Sunday and it arrived on Monday. Can’t do better than that.

Have had 2 contacts ... firstly when my soundbar had problems and the adviser was really helpful and also gave me £100 discount on purchasing a replacement ... secondly when i was connecting the new product and was a bit thick !! following the instructions ... though to be honest the instructions could be clearer

Replacement handset ordered & received within 3 days. Works fine.

Quick service, unfortunately It did not have a battery in it, so we thought it was not working, I had to ring back and tell them and they put a £1 Back in. my PayPal account fir the missing battery.
I don't know where they get batteries from for a £1 I pay £4.99 for 2.

I had a technical enquiry, the person I spoke to just new what to do, he gave me specific instructions that I could follow. Problem solves.

recommended by my son, Great sound, once set up, but the instructions are more than brief, sorry I am 69 and reasonably tech savvy but struggled to set up, I still don't have it on my phone, but not sure why I should?? Asks for a password - is that for the one for my WFi router or an orbit password - don't remember setting one???

Did not have clue what the source button was all about (does not say on the (Instructions -ha ha) - wasted 10 mins trying to get the sound going the second day until I pressed it party by mistake
Remember - ask your Mum/Dad to set it up, no prompting - tht is the test.

I received a telephone response to my email query within 48hrs. The engineer I spoke to explained my options clearly and was very helpful. There was no hard sell. Impressive customer service.

An Orbitsound customer since 2012, the M9 and more recently the E30, the overall experience both personable and tech-wise are outstanding, the quality of the product and output is to match, the M9 still giving my Cyrus a run for its money.

During these difficult times, the service delivered was outstanding,i placed my order on the Monday and was able to see where my soundbar was exactly through the tracking app, amazingly my soundbar was delivered 24 hours after i placed my order

Good service, arrived quickly but on the site it said 50% off speakers and some only had 40% off, I did query that it should have said up to 50% off but it was not changed. So I did opt for the one that did have 50% off.

Hopefully I won't have buy another one for years, I hope it lasts a long time.
I would like to be able to turn the sound bar off from my remote control for my tv as I would also lik eto mute the soundbar from the same remote. Apart from those two minor comments, very good

Having owned an Orbitsound M12 for some 8 years, it was time to upgrade and move on. Knowing little of their current product line, it didn't occur to me initially to return to the company, as the naming scheme can be somewhat difficult to understand at a glance. This is particularly true as I was looking for a new speaker during lockdown, so it was hard to give anything a try in person.

That was until I contacted Obritsound Customer Support and was given an immense amount of advice from Simon, who gave me a detailed run down of the range and what would suit my needs, even considering the dimensions of the room. This was exceptionally useful and persuasive and this level of customer care is something all companies should aspire to attain. I now find myself very glad to have taken Simons advice, as I have now enjoyed the speaker for around a month. While particularly bass heavy music is slightly less impressive then I've enjoyed with previous units with stand alone subs, everything else is a VAST improvement. Ambient sounds in films and games create and immersive atmosphere while clear vocals make artists feel immediate and present.

This is not to say that the bass of the unit is really lacking, for such a small box it is rather remarkable. However, I still greedily want more and as such I remain interested in the additional Sub S4, which I imagine would complete the system and provide the kind of anti social low end I've enjoyed from Orbitosund previously.

But I would contend that for almost everyone else's, needs the dock would provide everything they would need in a speaker and more. Music does sound incredible and AirSound does actually create room filling sound. Couple this with the often overlooked, but incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable and engaging customer support and I have once again being impressed by what Orbitsound have delivered.
