I placed an order. I paid $37.00 for overnight shipping. By 7 pm when I did not receive my package, OT stated the items I ordered could NOT ship overnight. Funny how I didn’t get an email stating it would not arrive overnight. I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!!!

Oriental Trading has everything I need at all times. They never disappoint me ever! The turnaround is fast. The prices are good! The selection of items is great! I get so many compliments on the different party decorations that I have purchased. "oh where did you get this?" "how did you find this, I have to check out this web site!" Absolutely They are Great! I bought some things from this website about two weeks before my son's first birthday party. The package stated it was delivered but never actually made it to my home. As a mother who is throwing a birthday party in now 3 days... I contacted them and they re shipped my item for delivery before the Saturday party!!! Oriental trading not only saved this momma's sanity, but saved a birthday party! 10/10 recommend to anybody and everybody!

However, when ordering from OT, ensure that you have ample time to wait for the items since the processing takes forever and you will not be able to accurately track the order status without calling them. A order was placed with them. They canceled the order without notifying me and when I check on the status they said someone called and cancel the order next day which is completely untrue! I was depending on the item to arrive in 2 weeks and 2 weeks later I'm told too bad I need to reorder. This is the reason why amazon is stealing all of your business. They don't treat their costumers indifferent and makeup things. I am so upset. I will use other dependable company for my supplies needs. Others should think twice before ordering from this website. It completely wasted my time.

I'm sorry I'm not reviewing an item I bought but I'm starting here to complain about their Halloween commercial. My three year old grand daughter and I were watching Peppa Pig and this commercial broke into it. It looked okay at first but the arm falling off and the dog taking it shocked even me. My grand daughter was disturbed by it and though we saw it a month ago she is still processing it.

I placed an order a few months back for some water bottle labels for my wedding this coming year. I was charged how I should have been, and then a day later I get a call saying they weren't doing my order...no explanation. So I waited a few months, thinking that maybe the stock or something wasn't there. So I placed my order a week ago, got the package yesterday and the 250 labels I purchased to be personalized were completely wrong. I customized them to read mine and my fiance's name and the date of our wedding in a brown color. When I opened the box, all of the labels only had the word "and" and a black line. Completely wrong and not what I had paid for.Who would order 250 blank water bottle labels? Did they think I wanted to "write" in the names on every single one? I immediately called customer support and told him I would like my money back...to sum up the rest he tried to tell me I HAD to pay for my return shipping label! I put my foot down and said I am NOT paying for the return label. He found a way to waive the $6.99 shipping charge and they are refunding me for my order minus the $25.00 shipping fee. Terrible experience and will never be ordering from this company ever again.

The website itself was awesome. The products though, are cheap. I knew this ahead of time. I did my research before I ordered my sand ceremony kit from them and most reviews said they were perfect. The etching was a little hard to read on the glass and was so sharp it looked like it could hurt someone. All in all I was satisfied with every aspect of ordering through them. All my other items were perfect. Just be wary of the sand ceremony vases.

Instead of using PayPal I disclosed my credit card info and just 2 days after my credit card was used on 3 different online sites with a total of $600. This is very suspicious because this was the only company that I gave my credit card info to including billing address and CSV/expiration date. When I referred to their website below is what I see and it clearly says that our information can only be read by their Customer Service Department.. Right now I am dealing with credit card disputes... Is your Customer Service Department qualified enough to handle such a confidential information? Never had a problem with mindware or oriental trading but this year I bought one gift and they didn't charge sales tax and pay PA. Now I've gotten a notice that says they're reporting my purchase to PA and I'm responsible to file a special form to pay, literally, $2.45. What a pain. I'll never bother with this company again.

They send promotional emails with 20% off and free shipping over $49, but it's actually one or the other- and the shipping is so inflated that it doesn't actually matter which one you use, it's going to end up being the same price. Better off using Amazon Prime and get FREE shipping plus discounts! Plus I called customer service, and she was rude and not helpful at all.

Ordered fr them for a Christmas party and decided to pay for expedited shipping for 12/12. 12/12 came, nothing was delivered. Checked tracking and showed 12/13. Then tracking showed out for delivery at 1009am on 12/13. By 8pm, 12/13, nothing. Called n Oriental trading Customer Svc basically tells u, "thank u for yr money but ultimately, it's not their problem, they are not the carrier for delivery". You paid for expedited shipping? That means nothing, it's on their site as a joke! Customer disappointed or upset? Oh, d mighty Oriental Trading Customer Svc will refund you the shipping cost or they will issue a $25 store certificate?!?! First, save the $25 crap, never buying from them again. Then suggested I go call UPS? Fine, called them. UPS said Xmas Season, drivers work late, stay up till midnight and wait pls n call back again if nothing is delivered. Of course, nothing was delivered and tracking miraculously changed from "out for delivery" on 12/13, to "in transit" on 12/13, to now, "Monday, end of day 12/16, cos UPS San Jose Hub opens 5 days a week?! This is a nightmare. Unless you don't care much about whatever you are purchasing from them, else, NEVER trust them as a supplier for parties or important events. Even when Oriental Trading doesn't deliver even if you pay for expedited shipping, no worries, they have a just as inefficient carrier who doubles down, and ensures whatever you have planned is a failure!

I have ordered from this company many times for various crafts, gifts items and so on. Never had an issue. However I recently order three tropical tumbler glasses for an upcoming trip, 1 of the tumblers shipped had the straw broken off, I emailed customer service, within the hour they replied I had a choice to receive a credit or they will ship a new one at no charge!!! I could not believe it. This day in age customer care and service is lax so I am VERY happy with Oriental Trading in their products and service. A WIN WIN for all. Thanks

I really like this site; especially, when I have a themed party to throw. Their prices are unbeatable. Since I have found them, I won't shop at partycity anymore. I knocked off 1 star because sometimes I find their product quality to be a little cheaper than expected.

If you are looking for items that are not in stock then this place never has what you want in stock. Ordered something and a week later get an email telling me it's out of stock. Do not waste your time. Mickey Mouse operations.

Up until this month, I was a regular customer who was happy with my purchaes. The company did not charge me sales tax and delivered a letter in February saying I owed sales tax. They provided little information so that I am paying tax on exempt products in my state because they mixed taxable and non-taxable and provided false tax information to my state. I will now buy from Amazon who can probably handle state taxes.

I found the stuff I needed and was very pleased with their customer service, delivery, product quality and materials they sent me. The only problem is, because I live in Canada, I had to pay CDN $60.- to UPS for Customs and Duties and paid about USD $50.- for rush delivery to ensure my products arrive on time; other than that, very happy with my order and delivery. I will definitely order from them again but way ahead of time so I am not stressed about delivery date etc...

So annoying to get a notice that I have to go online to pay a sales and use tax for the state I live in because the company didn't include that in the purchase. So you have to go through all the trouble of filing and paying the tax yourself come tax time. What a waste of time and total pain in the butt. I'm never ever ever purchasing this cheap crap ever again.
