I need to speak to a customer service representative. I sent 3 e-mail requests through your system. Received notices that I would hear back within 24 hours. That never happened. I received 1 e-mail many days later. I replied with how to correct an issue and I'm still waiting. Now I get this survey - SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME AT 217-234-5475. Teaching is the process of transferring knowledge from one to one or one to many; learning is the process in reverse (with the addition of understanding). As technology continues to evolve, and new products are born, it becomes a necessity to find an efficient way to transfer knowledge from one to many or many to many. I have found that Packt Publishing serves this function in my life.
Should I want to skim a subject or dig down deep for certification, Packt Publishing has the innovative books or videos to satisfy the need.
I have been purchasing from Packt Publishing for many years, and I look forward to their ever-changing inventory. I especially look forward to their annual sale were everything is on sale for a mere $5 per book, video tutorial or discounted physical book at a very reasonable price.
If you are serious about your earning power, you should be serious about Packt Publishing.

Python Machine Learning - Third Edition is the last edition of one of the best books in for learning Python for Machine Learning. It is at a price of a pack of cigarettes. Do not smoke - buy the book!! :)

Hi , as an IT trainer and a your very old customer from many years , I bought many books usually on Amazon during the time and only recently directly through your website , I damaged a paper book caused by a broken water pipe , I've kindly asked if it was possible to have a discount for the digital copy , your support team said .. NO and I bought a new version full price , I'm also in contact directly from years with your agent Mandar Raorane .. and he also did nothing .. if this is the way you threat your trusted customers who pay 50 euro for a book and promote your books to students .. shame on you ..

I had some problem, but then I managed to download the e-book, my account works again, still can't understand why my first e-mail to customer support bounced back.

La commande a été complétée efficacement et sans difficulté, j'ai pu télécharger mon livre en format EPub.

Cependant, quand j'ai transféré le livre sur ma tablette (Kobo), la mise-en-page était horrible et la lecture était tout simplement impossible. L'espacement entre les lignes était tel qu'il y avait chevauchement d'une ligne à l'autre. Et il n'était malheureusement pas possible d'apporter des ajustements via les menus de la tablette pour régler ce problème.

Pour régler le problème, j'ai du "hacker" le contenu du fichier EPub.

I was able to choose the books based on their tables of contents and the years of publishing. I.e. the information that is normally relevant when purchasing books about software.

Response was not immediate, but it was fast enough (2 - 3 days).
My problem was solved after that.

One problem that I have is not to buy books that I already have, there should be a way to prevent any user from buying a book that was previously brought. I have to have a long look at my books before buying.

10 eBooks for $40 is a great deal! I'm going to be able to add a lot of skills to my repertoire. I do, however, wish that they would check to see if I had already acquired a particular a book and would stop me from purchasing it a second time, accidentally.

I bought an outdated yet good book on Panda 3D game engine and how to use it. This the only place where I could find such a book and it was on sale. The fact that Packt Publishing had a book on such a (relatively) obscure topic for only $5.00 while it was on sale was a very convenient thing for me. Some textbooks can cost upwards of $100.00. I am glad that they have affordable books that are packed with reliable information on-hand.

J'ai acheté récemment 2 livres au format e-book, pour la 1ère fois chez Packt. La présentation des livres est claire et permet facilement de faire son choix. La commande et le téléchargement se sont déroulés sans problèmes. Je suis satisfait d'avoir choisi ce site, je le recommande!
