1st bin delivered damaged by delivery Company, Parrs sorted immediately and delivered a new one next day.

Excellent service, highly recommended.

Hi we received two pairs of the footwear one has still not been deliveredI emailed in and.I was told they would be here by the 28th.It would of been good if when i ordered it would tell me if they were out of stock.

I had almost instant response from customer support regarding delivery, confirmation of order, product in stock etc., absolutely outstanding, delivery day after order, unlike prediction of other suppliers, which was weeks, could hardly believe it. Driver also extremely obliging regarding delivery position, if we ever need further supplies would certainly make Parrs first port of call. Thank you.

My order had not been delivered 2 weeks after ordering. I telephoned and it was delivered in 2 days!
Thank you for your prompt response to my phone call.

Poor service, item didn't arrived, I was left to chase courier to try and locate item, after weeks of being passed between courier and Parrs I eventu9got a refund and ordered from another supplier.

Absolutely disgusted, took my order n said it would be here in 5 days and after a week I've been told they're closed due to coronavirus even though they took my order and cash for a flood barrier I needed asap

I thought it would be easy however I was first disappointed by not knowing when the item would be delivered and missed the delivery so I collected it myself. Perhaps a date or a phone call would of helped. Secondly I was given the wrong size frame. Which was very annoying. Sorry but not a great service.

I placed my order on a Wednesday, just after the deadline for Thursday next-day delivery. I was expecting my order on the Friday. I did not receive it and no card was left by the delivery company. I rang to see what had happened on Saturday, but no-one was in the office. I rang again on Monday and spoke to a lady who told me an attempt was made to deliver on Friday at a time when I would have been in the shower and that the company had left a card.
I have no idea whether the delivery company actually did try to deliver my order or not, but the fact that they lied about leaving a card meant that I had to delay going food shopping until the next day, which was very inconvenient.
When I got through to someone at Parrs on the phone they were very helpful and my delivery arrived on Monday late morning. Another lady from Parrs also rang back to check I had received my order.
In short, my complaint here is with the delivery company, not Parrs. However I suggest that Parrs should follow this up with the delivery company so that other customers don't suffer the same problem.

Requested an additional £20 + VAT for posting a small package to a UK postcode (BT40 1UZ) - Royal Mail or Hermes would have delivered it for less than £5.00 and as I have online shops I do not shipping charges.

Had to phone them after a month waiting ,bto be told that as i had returned one as damaged in transit that was the hold up. !!! I had never even rcd one...they then came back blaming their warehouse for the wrong info...very poor service.
