Ordered by phone the gentleman in cork was very helpful and it was sent out on a
Monday and I received them on Tuesday morning which is excellent. Thank you.
The net is perfect no trouble putting it on with the help of my grandaughter Ada.
But the blue padding to cover the springs keeps moving up ! I think the problem
Is it is a bit big and not enough elastic hooks. Very annoying as I keep fixing it
Not a nice picture from my kitchen window.

I ordered a set of springs for our trampoline. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged. Our trampoline is now as good as new.

I was called after placing my order to ensure I had ordered the correct length poles as I had inadvertently ordered the 2.7 metre lengths . This was corrected over the phone before the order was processed so I was very pleased with this call . I will definitely use this company again , and would recommend them to anyone looking for trampoline parts at a great price . The delivery was superfast too . Thanks .

Super fast great service, despite current challenges during COVID-19 lockdown. Terrible timing for our old trampoline to rip, as my son spends most of the day bouncing whilst he cannot go out and do his usual sports activities. Trampoline Parts managed to get a new mat to us in just a few days, which I am very grateful for! Thank you!

I’m not normally one for reviews but this is a great business. Our trampoline got bruised and battered in the winter storms. Needed some TLC in the form of two new poles and some top caps. It’s now rock solid again and being used multiple times on a daily basis during lockdown. We got a ladder as well which well worth it the investment. Parts came very quickly and the communication was perfect.

I left my email to be requested when parts would be in for my
Trampoline , I also sent a message on the face book page , a lovely girl Lisa messaged me back and I got sorted , delivery was super quick especially in covid-19 , staff also emailed when the part was back in stock , very friendly staff and very helpful, this is our second time ordering from them . There were no problems but that parts took a little longer than the stated 48 hours to arrive. I had to wait 3 days (and no, there were no bank holidays or weekends in the way!). Considering they charged more than twice the price of the product for the delivery, I really bought a delivery service with some springs thrown in for a little extra.

However, the springs were a perfect fit for my wife's trampoline, so the extra wait was worth it.
