My husband and I ordered one tag from here and after not receiving it for two weeks sent an email to customer service. They replied that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that the system was down and they processed the order. We waited two more weeks and still hadn’t received the tags so we emailed them again stating we had not received the tags yet. Customer service takes a week to reply and simply asks us if we’ve received the tags without addressing any other concern. We stated that we never received the tag and would like a refund. They simply never replied. This whole thing has gone on for over two months now and we never received a response or a refund whatsoever even after emailing them four times. Terrible customer service and thieves.

I ordered two tags and they are beautiful very nicely made. They came in after a week. I'm a very pleased customer and will be coming back for all my pet tags.

Ordered one just to test the company (it helped that the tag was on sale, and they have a free shipping option), and it came in 5 days (3 business days). It's a very pretty tag, and their prices, even when not on sale, are very good. They use PayPal, so even if I didn't get it or it wasn't what I ordered and they didn't respond, it would have been easy to get my money back. I'm very happy with what I received and with the shipping time.

I have ordered tags to put on my horse’s blankets several times now. They have held up well to the abuse of going outside in all kinds of weather. My previous three orders have processed and shipped within 48 hours.

I ordered new tags on October 7th. My account was charged the following day, and both the company and PayPal sent me a receipt. PetTags is still showing that my order is processing on October 23rd. I have contacted the company to see why my order has not been created and shipped, but I have yet to get a response. I am unhappy to have paid $32 and seem unlikely at this point to get a resolution.

the tag was larger than expected, a "small" tag that is nearly too large for my cat, and the lettering is cheap, his name is Alex, not ALEX I didn't ask for ALEX. Also shipping wasn't clear and took far longer than expected. I'm also deeply offended by the company thinking it's appropriate to supply me with religious material. I did not ask for religious material, I asked for a pet tag for my cat. I should ask for a refund and I will be telling everyone to stay away. Your religion has no place in your business

05/02: Received my order today. The 1st one didn't arrive but they gave me a one time courtesy since delivery is beyond their control. So I'm somewhat satisfied right now. The tag is cute, clean with nice lettering.
04/25: Nothing guys! Didn't heard anything from them again. Didn't receive my order still. I dont recommend this site. NEVER EVER!

04/21: They replied me thru email saying that they already shipped my order last 04/07. I ask them to please help me track my order atleast. Perhaps they're legit but need to receive my order first to justify it. Hoping to receive my order still.

04/20: Its been 15days now and hasn't receive my order yet. Even if it is a free shipping 15days is too long and what worse is the contact number they provided isn't in service. I'm starting to doubt right now. I'm really dissappointed and wondering if my order is still coming

I ordered a keychain as a christmas gift for my best friend. In EARLY OCTOBER. It is now less than a week before Christmas AND I STILL HAVE NO KEYCHAIN. What's worse is that I also still have yet to receive any email confirmations, an order number, or a tracking number but I know they took my money because my bank statement says so. I ordered in October, thinking if it came a little late it'd be on time still because early October is well over two months before Christmas. The company has yet to answer any complaints I have sent. This better be the greatest freaking keychain ever created if it's taking them this long and they're so busy working on it at all hours of the day for them to answer my emails and assure me that they didn't just scam me.

I ordered a tag with free shipping for $2.49 and the order confirmation email stated that when my tag shipped i would get a link to track my order. I did not get a shipment email until 6 days later and in it was NO LINK to track my shipment just a shipping number. I got busy and four days later I tried to call them and got what sounded like a PERSONAL CELL PHONE MESSAGE rather than something along the lines of "Thank you for calling Pet tags 4 less..." Well anyway I get an email back and ONLY THEN was I informed that the tracking link was ONLY for orders of $20 and over and that was tody!

I have purchased items here that were supposedly shipped 8 days ago via USPS. So far they have not arrived. I called to inquire as to the status and I received an automated voice mail. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company. For customer service reasons alone, I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive, they were quick to take the money but after two emails chasing and no response then I think I have been robbed, is this a legit company! Who do we report these scammers to? If you look at the date it populates like abroad and not uk, bet the items come from china on a boat!!! A very slow boat.

I ordered over two months ago and have not received a thing from them. I've emailed. No replies. They took my money and ran. Someone needs to SHUT THEM DOWN! Don't fall for the same **** I did. Go somewhere else!!

The tags themselves are fine, I just got them and put them on my pups so I will update about durability - I was disappointed that I paid for priority 2-3 day shipping and they took 5 days to arrive, but after reading other reviews about people waiting months it looks like that was still a good idea.

What bothers me is the religious pamphlet they chose to include in my order box. I didn't include notes about my lack of religious beliefs anywhere in my order, so why would a company think it's okay to force their religious views on a customer? Won't be ordering from this place again as I find that very offensive.

I ordered 8 tags and they were perfect. They arrived in less than a week (to my home in WI). I will be ordering again in the near future!

I had two orders placed for 8 tags. In three days 4 were received. A week later I called them and emailed them. They insisted it was mailed. No tracking and no proof. I needed these for awards to some military vets! Bad job and I hope my money brings you bad luck. Enjoy it.

I never received my order & emailed them daily without a response. There phone# is useless as you can't even leave a message. Called Paypal who couldn't get them to respond either & also checked with Better Business Bureau which had 5 no delivery complaints + 4 about service.
12/11/15 Update
I finally got the following email response YESTERDAY, 12/10/15 which read: The shipping is beyond our control if USPS failure to deliver the tags.
Usually USPS will return the tag if they fail to deliver it. But until now I also haven't received the return tag. But, I will give you one time courtesy and send you a new tag.
Which the address that you want me to resend the order?
TODAY (next day after the above email) I FINALLY received the tags! Yeah!!!!!

I placed a simple order for two dog tags for my two rescues. They have different names. Duh !!! I filled out the application and proofread it twice. I sent it and printed it for safekeeping. The tags arrived promptly but line one has the same dog name printed on it. What idiot printed the same name on two different tags ? Now the company is on vacation and I have to wait another week before I can talk with someone. Why bother with the validation crap if your own employees can't read or fill an order correctly.

I have been ordering aluminum pet tags from this company for about 3 years now. Purple single sided heart's for my cats, and double sided paw's for my dogs. They always arrive in a timely manner - even with the "free shipping" option. Great price, quality and experience - every time.

I have been using Pettags4less for years to get aluminum I.D. tags to mount on stakes for identifying my garden plants. This time, I received FOUR copies of 2 or 3 different tags when I ordered 1 or 2 copies. Also, one tag had the information on the first line in one size font and the continuation of the name of the plant on the second line in a much smaller font. Looks horrible. I left multiple phone messages, none of which were answered. No more tags from this company--they've got straight to you-know-where.
