Excellent service by Chris when we rang to change our cruise from October to January 2021 we are a party of 5 in 3 cabins and he took the trouble to find a cabin for my brother who is in an inside cabin we are in balcony

With the current situation with Covid19 we felt it would be better to move our holiday to next year. I spoke to Amy who was very helpful and dealt with the appropriate changes efficiently and effectively. The only negative experience was the length of time I was oh hold and waiting, however this was to be expected given our unusual situation at the moment.

I was disappointed in that on looking at it for the second yafter speaking to my husband about it I noted that the porthole cabins were gone and I believe prices up slightly!

Stephen the advisor who recently dealt with my transfer was extremely helpful & professional in every aspect of his job. He was very patient, searched for the best deal also cabin. He even phoned me back whilst he sorted out my transfer. EXCELLENT service 'WELL DONE' Stephen.

Eventually got through on the phone, explained to her we had paid more for there advertised TV price, she agreed saying it was still advertised on the website at the lowest price, despite being put on hold twice with a promise to be rectified it wasn't. A promise to ring back in 2 hours never materialised, the email address I gave her as an easier response well the same, sorry but infuriating after taking time out to actually Speak to someone.

We needed to know our options re the cruise we had booked for Sept 2020 given the current situation re travel. Claire was most helpful, both on the telephone and in emails. The advice she gave was clear and we were able to make our decision knowing all of the implications. We contacted Claire on several occasions and she responded promptly each time. Thank you.

We booked a Cruise for next year with Claire to replace one we should have been taking this July. The service was up to their usual high standard which we have experienced with previous dealings with them.

It's the 1st time booking a cruise for us, we had a look at the website but couldn't really figure out what we wanted , decided to ring up instead and the gentleman (William) was very helpful and made everything easy to understand. We were probably on the phone for less than 30mins and managed to book our 1st cruise with no problems at all.

The initial contact 2as easy But since than it’s been terrible
This is our first cruise And wanted to ask a couple of questions
But when trying to get through it was impossible to contact anyone

Over 4 days I was on hold for over two and a half hours So I thought send an Email.
I sent an Email and it came up an agent would contact me in 2/3 days.
It’s been two weeks now and nothing???
After 3 hours of being on hold I finally got through to pay for the holiday at least. But I still have questions But have now given up and just hope given the lack of professionalism on Planets behalf. That I will get the tickets and that they have even booked my holiday with msc Because I have no faith in them to do so.

looks like I'm still getting threatening letters from planet cruise about none payment, considering i booked this on the 12th Wednesday and paid in full on the 14th Friday the same month i think its a bit rich to keep sending threatening letters.I think Planet Cruise needs to offer a sincere apology to me and my sister who has been in tears saying this holiday is needed badly after just losing her husband the week before Christmas after 50 odd years.I think that Planet cruise should offer Compensation for all the hurt you have been causing and im seriously thinking of writing to head office with a complaint , maybe the the media should be informed of the bullying tactics be Planet cruiseMr D P lee

I phoned and selected option 2 (already booked) waited 70 minutes only to be told that they couldn't deal with my call. A designated team would phone me in a few days! Why didn't they say that at the beginning and save my money.
