I contacted Ferry hopper asking for some advice for planning my adventure

They were so friendly, amazing & informative with their reply ????????

Nikos gave me so much help as I have never island hopped before ????️

I now feel far more confident & at ease with booking & would recommend them to anyone ????

Once again I am so grateful for all their help it has been the best advice & service ever.

Nikos you are a life saver ????????

Unfortunately, Ferryhopper refuses to apply a full refund for our booking for a reservation made in January 2020 for June 2020. At the time we made the reservation, their terms and conditions clearly said that we would get 100% refund if we cancelled more than 18 days in advance!
We cannot go to Greece anymore as our airlines have cancelled our flights. We tried to cancel our ferries one month in advance (more than 18 days) but FerryHopper is now saying that ferry companies have changed their rules due to Covid-19 and do not refund anymore!
Based on reviews below, it looks like FerryHopper applies different rules on how they refund people or not.
I am asking Ferryhopper to apply the refunds as per their terms and conditions at the time we booked our tickets.
If they do not provide a 100% refund, we cannot trust that company.
I will only update that review if I get the 100% refund I deserve. Up to you Ferryhopper to respect your terms and conditions!
My request for refund reached you much more than 18 days in advance.

I was really appreciative of the efforts when I was unable to make the ferry time due to the airline delaying my flight to Athens by 5 hours.

I booked transport from our hotel to the port on Santorini for the end of September. I received no confirmation number or information regarding the tranport, although my credit card was immediately charged. I have emailed Ferryhopper 3 times through the website with no reply regarding the airport transport, which is incredibly frustrating since I have no idea if our car has been booked or if I need to make other arrangements. I am going to try to cancel the charge with my cc, I would not recommend booking transport to the port through Ferryhopper.

I booked several Greek ferry trips with Ferryhopper prior to my trip to Greece in 2020. Sadly, my trip had to be canceled due to COVID-19. Ferryhopper provided excellent customer service and helped me to acquire my refund. I continue to use Ferryhopper to plan my future trip(s). I look forward to purchasing ferry tickets with Ferryhopper once it is safe to travel again.

FerryHopper has AMAZING customer service.We had our ferry times moved forward two hours by SeaJets just days before departure. Thankfully we we're able to book a new ferry through FerryHopper that arrived in time for our flight. FerryHopper voluntarily contacted SeaJets to have them refund our original tickets. All we had to do was mail the unused tickets back and FerryHopper handled the rest. Nikos at FerryHopper truly went above and beyond what was necessary and expected. I look forward to booking through FerryHopper again! Thank you, Nikos, for saving us $400!

The system of getting ferry tickets in Athens is antiquated in today's world of technology. With a very tight time schedule finding Ferryhopper was a godsend. An organisation that answered questions promptly and more than happy to provide a clear path to meeting our specific requirements.
A load of frustration released and now eagerly looking forward to our journey in late April

We used Ferryhopper for the first time in September this year to book return ferry tickets from Santorini to Amorgos. In the past, we'd always bought our tickets directly from the relevant ferry company, so we were a little nervous that things might not go according to plan. However, we need not have worried. Our experience of Ferryhopper and their customer service team was first class. Their customer service answered any queries we had before we left on holiday promptly and efficiently. They are a very friendly and approachable company. During our holiday, they always kept us up to date via text messages to alert us to any delays in the ferry schedule so we could plan accordingly. We had no problems whatsover printing off our ferry tickets or using the return tickets downloaded to my husband's mobile. We would highly recommend this company and would use them again. After my family had medical complications resulting in a change in travel plans to Greece, the customer service team was great. I was wholly impressed by their response. Several people followed up to ensure our situation was resolved and they were a great help to us.

I was supposed to travel with 9 other women on a 4 legged Greek Island Hopping trip a few weeks ago. We each booked individually. Ferryhopper was a breeze to work with when I had millions of questions for our group. The customer service team is EXCELLENT. They were patient, prompt, and very helpful.

When we realized we could not take the trip due to the virus, Ferryhopper, started the refund process for us. A week or two later, I received an email saying that they were having problems getting our refunds because they were a 3rd party tour operator. They would try. Then a few weeks later, they were able to refund a portion. I just received an email that said they managed to secure refunds for the rest of our trips.

Throughout this process, they were clear, prompt and transparent with their information. Not all outcomes can go our way but the fact that they let us know every step of the way what was going on, satisfied me. When discussing with my friends, they also felt that this was excellent service.

We are planning on doing this trip again and with no hesitation, we will use Ferryhopper. I am telling all my friends, telling my daughter who has a travel blog, and mentioning it on all the women travel groups I belong to.

I booked tickets in January through Ferryhopper, this is my second time using them. When my flights were cancelled due to Covid 19 the customer service agent Irini was amazing. Very helpful can get vouchers when I can reschedule my trip. Great company.

We were due to travel with Ferryhopper on a trip to Greece in June, however due to Coronavirus restrictions, we had to cancel our trip. Since cancelling, we have had very mixed response in trying to claim refunds from a number of travel companies. Ferryhopper were absolutely fantastic in not only processing our claim relatively promptly, but keeping us posted as to where it was at. We hope to again travel to Greece in future, and if that's the case, we'll definitely be using Ferryhopper for our internal travel.
