could not find all the sites I said I wanted and was told that there were they. almost alll is junk sites that I do not watch or want and the price is much too high for it. I really wanted NatGeo and while there is one it is not the one with animals it is more of a advertisement site I am very disappointed and I will place a call to the states atty gen on tues to see about getting out of this as there isnt much that I wanted and wish to watch and more junk then any other site I believe.

No one told me I had to have internet to enjoy all the perks of dish. I was asked if I had internet when I called and I said no. Internet would cost me another 60 a month which makes direct way cheaper than you, I am very disappointed and will go back to direct when2 years r up and am telling all my friends

The technician really wasn't trying to install bc we didn't have all flat screen TVs. So he acted as if he couldn't do it.. But I talked to him from work, and let's just say he got er done

Installation of TV service was careful, professional, when promised, and patient with my questions. Telephone sales person and internet advertisement overpromised on time for installation of internet (promise: next day service; reality: next week service); also claim of "6 recordings on hopper" was misleading. Truth: there are three recording devices; you can only record more programs in you record all current local stations for 8 days in which case there ARE two left - one if you're watching something else. DON'T OVERPROMISE OR MISLEAD CUSTOMERS!

Great quick friendly service! Our tech new what he was doing....explained the system very well !we have had no problems of any kind with our new service ! We are now learning our guide and how to find our favorite shows !

I ordered dishtv on 05/17/18, and was scheduled for installation on 05/18/18. Received a call from someone & I was asked if OK to schedule for next day (5/19) between 8-12. Guess what? Kept receiving texts all day, pushing back installation until I received another call, rescheduling me for Mon (5/21) between 8-12. I received a call at a 7:40 this AM to reschedule me for 12-2. I could not be there at that time, so as of this moment, I still have NO service. I am really pissed off! Thank goodness I did not internet, too. I had to pay 49.99 for their 'service' & will blast them from here on out. Wish to heavens I had gone with Direct TV. Never again!!!

Not only was I lied to about dish but out internet was never installed. If your going to be working with Dish you shl how ld train hi our employees not to lie. We were trying to save money and you all ended up costing us money. I will never refer anyone to you nor will I ever go through you again. Worst experience!!!!

They were very helpful and diligent. Struggled getting 2nd TV to properly connect to Joey! Still doesn't work properly. did when they left, but has to to be unplugged periodically to make it work!

They didn't show for internet install they promised. Didn't tell me they contract with someone else and dish doesn't offer internet. What a Bunch of BS. Liars. Horrible customer service. The only thing they offered to do for me is cancel my order/service. Wow, Thanks for NOTHING.. DISH NETWORK

Dish Installation never happened, was told Friday Sept. 6th, took off from work to be here for installer, message came saying wouldn't be coming that day, had to reschedule for a week later, NOT happy

You have absolutly no right to sell or transfer my personal information to third parties. My social security number, credit card information, email address, phone number, and my name belong to ME and NOT YOU! I decide who gets my personal information. I have reported your business practices to my banks and to Dish Network. I did not reach out to you to purchase fraud or identity theft protection. Nor did I request for you to solicit a third party for it. I reached out to purchase Dish TV products. Selling my personal information is morally wrong and shameful! Dish Network has lost my business and my confidence due to your less than savory business practices.

My experience started with Lexy helping me pick a package and set up purchase. She was friendly, professional, and got things handled. I needed to add a receiver for our RV, but had to call back to do so, not bad. John came out to install, which Lexy and the crew got scheduled 2 weeks quicker than originally thought. John is a consummate pro installer. Got us hooked up with no problems. If I had the power to get him a raise, I would in a heartbeat. Thanks all!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my Dish experience. From my initial phone call to order my package and scheduling my installation appointment! It continued and actually got better with the installation of my Dish TV! The technician that installed my Dish was absolutely awesome! Super skills as a technician and even better customer service skills and an absolute gentleman!

When I ordered my dish bundle they told me that they could schedule my spectrum installation for a week later. Fast forward a week later, no one showed up. When I called dish, they said that they have no clue why I was told that they set up an appointment for me because 'that's not what they do'. So now I have to wait another 12 days to get internet installed. Terrible communication. The one good thing that came out this situation is that my dish service was installed on time.

Our install tech Jerome Carter was an all time great! Thoughtful, treated our house like it was his own, went over everything with us. We had an issue the next day with a faulty remote, the tech who tried to fix our problem was almost obnoxious and condescending until I had to finally answer his questions in the same manner he was speaking to me. Now we have to wait up to five days for a remote!! Already not happy with the first 24 hours of Dish !

Tech arrived on time was very professional and courteous. Completed the installation in a timely man. Covered all aspects and how to use remote. I am sorry I didn't get the installers name. He actually got to my house the same time I arrived home.9AM. completed everything by 12 noon- 12:30. Even asked if had any questions before leaving.Because of the installer and the way he takes care of the customer I'm pretty confident I will stay with DISH TV

I am pleased with Dish with one exception. I would like to be able to check my "local" weather predictions from the weather station but either "can't" or do not know how. I could do this with my previous provider. Why not Dish?

Gift Card was never received, called 3 times, on hold now going on 20 minutes with a supervisor, many promises, Planet Dish doesn't deliver, the $100 gift card is now principal and I won't go away.

The sales agent was thorough and pleasant to talk to. Answered all my questions. The installation was done very well and installer was respectful of our property. Took his time also in showing us all the benefits of Dish as well as other offers Dish has. We are very pleased with the quality of the picture.
