I purchased a gift Google play card and they refuse to credit my account with th 15$ after spending hours on the phone with support and sending MULTIPLE copies of the card and receipt. They are now demanding I input my credit card or debit into my account in order to get the balance of the gift card. I am now forced to go through the process of consumer protection agency in order to get my 15$ or refund. Already has been a complete waste of my time. Never had this problem with ITunes. Imo if you have the option between Google play cards or ITunes, go with ITunes all the way! Easier and hassle free! Take my word for it and NEVER waste a penny on a Google play card!

I too got scammed by someone regarding the Google Play cards. Someone pretended he was my boss and asked me to go and get $500 in google play cards. The scammer quickly downloaded the cards. Google Play is not secure, they know the issues and do not help at all. They quickly point out they have a clause regarding fraud and the customer is the one on the hook - they will not refund nor block the cards and say they have no way to track which person's google play account downloaded the cards (that information would be helpful for the RCMP). These are extremely unsecure cards - they do not value the people and are not protecting any of us. They simply need to add a feature to track down which account downloaded it so that in the future, when this happens again, and it will - they can take the funds back from said account of the scammer. I am now out $500 and it feels just horrible to be scammed. I will never purchase the unsecure cards in the future and feel horrible for the next victims related to google play.

As a result of fraud, I had to deposit $1500 in Google Play which their representatives told me I could get back. Now they're telling me it is against their policy. I asked them at least transfer my balance to Google Store so I could buy an imac or something that is worth $1500. Still, they repeat it is company policy and they cannot transfer. There is nothing in Google Play that I can buy with $1500. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

My wife discovered that someone spent over 1400£ on coins for a game downloaded from Google play. We don't know who was but perhaps a child. We asked for a refund within 48 hours but Google replied it's against their policy and we should contact the developer. The developer in their website says purchases are normally not refundable. That can be legal but certainly isn't fair

Ok you can get lower prices but it is so basic. I had to buy a dvd from tesco even though i had bookmarked on googleplay the film so I could watch when it was released but google made a second entry for the film meaning mine was not relevant and still says you cannot get this movie whereas you can for half the price of my tesco purchase.

The service is great and always was great. The only thing - you do the reasearch and stay happy, as the previous reviews say - there are every single app issued for the devices so thus a very high percentage of those made to only get some money without anything great of user experience.

Nowadays Google play become more and more serious on the reviews. But I feel that it is too difficult for users to write some reviews on the app. Surely there are many fake reviews and seriously can filter out most of the fake reviews but it also delete some real ones. I want to see some improvement on this website.

Let's start with the good things. Excellent support, always answer quickly and help. There are many options and easy to use. but... Let's move on to the less good things. After working for many hours to build the app and uploading it to Google Store, I found that there are some things that can not be done. 1. You can not share pictures. If you send a picture to a Watsp for example, it does not send a picture but the link to the picture. 2. It is impossible to duplicate a product but need to re-register each product. 3. It is impossible to write more than 140 characters in the product description. Which is very bad. And the most annoying thing when you build this app shows that you can do these things and just download the app from Google Store find that what you see and what you get is not the same thing. I hope yours will be better off using this app. Thanks

For over 10 months Google charges me $4.99 to $10.99 a month. Sometimes twice a month. I can not use my debit card on my Google account but someone I don't know can. I tried many times to get this fixed but can't. I even tried getting a new card but it cost $50 which I do not have because Google is letting a stranger take my money. I just want them to remove my card from the other account or accounts that are not mine. It's been over 10 months trying to get them to stop charging me for other people's Google accounts.

There is a new game on Google Play. It is called "Bowling by Jason Belmonte". It is suppose to be a true life bowling game, but it leaves a lot to be desired. It does have addiction power. I cannot figure out what it is that keeps me going back for more torture. First of all the game is full of bugs, that do not seem to ever get fixed. The developer says the game is Beta, but I think that is just a way of saying.. the bugs are there, just live with it.. The game does not qualify as a beta product because the developer has inside sales, so he cannot call the game beta, as he is making money off of it. The game consists of a practice area.. no charge and no advancement. The second area is called One on One. This is competition between you and one other person. There are several different rooms with different oil patterns. They are also ranked, but nobody pays much attention to that. The game will quite often pair you up with another player who may be 20 to 30 times higher than you are. You have no ability to say no to any player you are paired. You either play with them or take a loss. (costs big money to lose) Now, you would think that higher skilled players would not be able to enter lower skilled areas, but they can and do. The lower skilled player has no ability to stop this. The whole thing is geared to attempt to get you to lose all your coins, thereby having to go buy more coins if you want to continue to play in the competition rooms. The ranking system is all messed up. Rank has nothing to do with your skill. My player is ranked at rank 63. That is very high. But my average is only 45... that is very low.. If there is no player to match you up with you will matched up with a very low skilled bot, thereby actually raising your rank artificially high. Another irritating feature is you have to wait for you competitor to bowl before you can continue to bowl. Now, you would think , well of course, but no it is a computer program and the programmer can allow things to happen in the background while other things are progressing. So, the game is very slow and some players are much slower than normal. Programs today are no longer linear. The do not proceed down a lane in single file, They have objects, which are just pieces of code in a group that produces a certain outcome, or maybe calculation that will be used by some other object. So, in conclusion I am not going tell you that you should play or not play this game. It is up to you, I find it very frustrating and irritating and it is not fun,, at least for me it is not.

Kids Coloring Cartoon is the wonderful application I have ever used in my life. I did not have more interest in colors and drawings but as I downloaded this application I have started taking interest in this art also and this is awesome. The features, options and the designs that have been used in this app are just great and I can’t stop using it every day. Whenever I get time I start coloring different cartoon characters and I enjoy it. My younger siblings have a craze of colors and drawings. For them this app is really great. It gives them the real feel of different cartoon characters.

So my boyfriend was browsing the playstore and decided he wants some new emojis on his phone. So he downloads this app with lots of great pictures and reviews from the super secure google play store that has things like our credit card info for subscriptions and app purchases cause no worries google play has security right. I mean they would never have my information on the app and allow me to download apps that were not checked for security breaches to their customers. Well guess what ladies and gentle men something slipped through the damn cracks and now I'm wondering how many more breaches their are. My boyfriend downloaded the Emoji Home app and this lovely app from the "secured GOOGLE PLAYSTORE" downloaded two other apps as well called market and personalized. The app also stays running in the background even after you force it to stop and took 361mb worth of space on his phone. Not only that this damn emoji app changes your settings rendering you unable to uninstall it by pressing on the app or going through settings and it then changes all the settings on your phone causing your phone to act crazy while also draining your battery. We were only able to uninstall it by finding the emoji home app on the google play store and hitting uninstall that way which uninstalled all three apps and set his phone settings and screen back to normal. Upon further inspection of the app in the play store I noticed that we were unable to leave a review this was a big red flag that means the hundreds of reviews are fake also their is no developer just and email address [email protected]. So how many other apps are like this on the damn security efficient google play store which has my credit card information. Where the hell is the damn vetting process from Google or can any hacker throw an app on the store to steal from consumers and monitor their phones. My boyfriend started to send an angry email to the developer email address but who knows what they can do to him if he does now that we dont know what or if any information may have been retrieved from his phone because of this app. Google needs to explain!!!!!! Last but not least their are several reviews about this app with people telling each other how to uninstall the app and they have been talking about this app since june of 2018 and google play still has is in the playstore a year later????!!!! Come on man are they getting paid to help people steal our information?????. I'm not even a hacker and I put all this together how cant google find a breach?????!!!!! I am calling for an immediate overhaul of their vetting process. How do you endorse apps that dont allow honest reviews and is anyone doing follow up checks on these apps to ensure they didnt operate one way to be in the playstore then change up development later. I expect better and I'm sure all other google play store users agree.

I understand why it is under the "music" category but for me personally this service is not about the music at all! As a constant Android user its the main source of getting all sorts of apps and I`d say it has loads of those for any purpose you might imagine. Also has some developers who try to promote complete sh*t but those are moderated I guess.

Too bad I can't give zero stars. I had a credit in my account that disappeared. Trying to call Google Play customer service is like talking to a wall. First, you can barely understand them. Then after a full 15 minutes (no exaggeration) of them "authenticating" my account, they tell me that my credit expired. WHAT?? Then, trying to get a supervisor on the phone is impossible. They tell you someone will call back (total lie). By far the most frustrating customer (non) service experience I've ever had. They are so many great subscription services. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu....I'm a happy subscriber to all of them. GOOGLE PLAY ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!! Don't waste your time or money

Bought a Nexus 7 as a Christmas gift. When giftee did not want it, I tried to return it. Googleplaystore will not accept it, as it is beyyond their made-up "buyers remorse" period of 15 days! They offered to replace the one I did not want with another one i do not want. Rip-off!!

Customer service basically lied to my face and gave me a bull and excuse when I requested a refund from a developer app called war robots that they can care less about there customers or servicing them. The developers even go so far to make sure the chats get deleted automatic so you can’t see the chat history and yet google does nothing but let’s this app scam people they know it and wouldn’t even bother to help me. They actually weren’t even going to call me back and tell me that they actually were not going to give me any refund except they said okay google will handle it. They sent me an email and everything to confirm I’m glad I called back otherwise I would have just been sitting and waiting. Thanks customer service that barely speaks any English for not helping me and not even caring good job
