i ordered the Swing Tip Pro for a Christmas Present. I never received it. On the Friday before Christmas Eve, I panicked. I called PlayBetter, even though I didn't order the product from them, they were willing to go out of the way to help me. They got in contact with the company I ordered it from and had the owner contact me right away. PlayBetter then kept me posted all day long. Thanks to the wonderful customer service I was able to receive from PlayBetter I was shipped out a new one overnight and received it Christmas Eve morning. PLAYBETTER IS A COMPANY THAT BELIEVES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING CUSTOMERS HAPPY!! THANK YOU PLAYBETTER FOR MAKING MY SON'S CHRISTMAS!!

I made the mistake of ordering the ladies rather than the mens model of Orange Whip. I called the Store and they said that the club had already been shipped; however, that they would send me the mens model immediately and that I could return the ladies model. Sure enough, I received the mens model just two days after receiving the ladies. What a treat to deal with a company that is so understanding and accommodating. Five stars seems hardly enough!

I was skeptical at first but after using this device for a couple days I could see my mistakes clearly. The grove function give us instant feedback unlike someone giving you lessons. In fact this device has saved me money by reducing the amount of times I actually have to work with an instructor. There is one major drawback, no IPad support. It would be nice to view data and diagrams on a larger screen.

I ordered the Orange Whip on Friday afternoon and it was shipped the same day, Free shipping, It arrived on Wed. of the next week as promised and I will be happy to order from here again.

I ordered the 2 pack Renegar wedges before noon and the order shipped the same day. Plus I received the order 2 days later. A very good experience. I will shop at the Play Better Store again.

Wow, what a great site, order on Tuesday and within 48Hrs I was on the Golf course playing with my new wedges..... From the USA to the UK....!!!
Already placed another order for a Garmin Watch, Chris has been so helpful throughout, I could not help myself.

I ordered 4 large right hand Hirzl golf gloves. I received 1 large left hand glove. I emailed the address listed explaining the mistake, but have received no response. I called the phone number listed, but got a voicemail.

Needed an item for a birthday gift on Monday but didn't place the order until late on Friday. Called their office at 6pm and got someone on the phone who said the last UPS pickup had already occurred for the day. After hearing my story, Chris (whose fitting title is "Director of Customer Happiness" - offered to drive the package to the UPS distribution center on his way home.

Package was dropped off at UPS by Chris and I'm now tracking it for a Monday delivery and a very happy birthday boy.

This is how the small guys compete with the big boys...You've gained my business for life.

I received excellent service from PlayBetterStore, expecialy from Chris.
2 items were missing from the package so he offered to send them back and since we also needed one extra piece, he took care of grouping the items for delivery. Everything was dealt with with professionalism and courtesy. I will order again from this site!

I recently contacted customer support regarding a technical issue with an item. Playbetter's staff agreed immediately to send me a new item and to reimburse the costs of shipping back the faulty item. Very efficient and client focused. I will purchase an item there again.

I'm living in Quebec, Canada. I ordered this weekend from USA 5 golf training items and tonight, when I arrived from work....incredible...after less than 3 week days....they are in front of my door !! No trouble with duties, no delays...tomorrow I'm off and I will practice with all of them....Thank a lot and thank for your personnal care, I will do business again with you for sure and I will tell to my friends doing same things, almost better than nearest business!!
