Honestly I haven't even had the time to fully open the rug. I opened it a little and noticed how soft it is and I actually pulled on it to see if it would shed and it didn't. However, I was under the assumption that it was All navy blue not mixed with aqua blue so I was a little bummed about that. I'll just adjust my colors a little in the room the rug will be in! I will definitely Recommend and order again-Thanx

This red wool rug is sooo soft and sqishy. I love walking on it. It is like a massage for my feet!! The wool strands are thick and plush, and looks to be very well made. The color is accurate on their website, on my monitor, a very rich, deep true red. No orange undertone.

I had purchased a lovely rug locally and wanted another. PlushRugs had it and it was on a great sale. When the rug arrived the color was significantly different from my existing rug. I was heartbroken UNTIL I SPOKE WITH JESSICA at PlushRugs. She took on the task of finding another rug that more closely matches my original. It took a great deal of her time and effort, comparing photos, sending them to manufacturer who took the time to match the rug to my existing. Seriously, this took weeks, for a $236 purchase. But Jessica could not be stopped. And the first rug was returned at no cost to me. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of her work and the company, Surya, that really stepped up to make me a totally happy customer. Five stars are not nearly enough. Thank you, Jessica. Thank you, Surya.

so far so good. I initially received the wrong rug. I live chatted with a representative and sent a picture of the incorrect rug. The correct rug was sent and representative kept in contact with me. So even though I received the wrong rug, I still gave a 5 rating because of the excellent customer service.

Right after making my purchase I realized I wanted to switch to another color. I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply and it was taken care of right away. The correct rug arrived earlier than expected and it looks great!

I love the rug and appreciate the fast shipping time for it and the rug pad that we also purchased. I'd suggest one thing though: the rug arrived on a Friday. The rug pad (shipped separately) arrived on the following Sunday, meaning that we couldn't put the rug down for three days. Why not have the pads on hand so you can ship them WITH the rug?

Everything was great, however, at check out, I had no where to put my code for my 10% off. I tried assistance through live chat, but it did not work for me. Other than that small inconvenience, it went smoothly.

I received my rug but the color did not work. UPS is picking it up Monday to return. and I'll be ordering a new one in a different color from you. Because I love love love this rug. I've been having one for years in another color.

Easy to navigate site, checkout process simple. I ordered the rug on March 31st, it was stated that it would ship on April 6th and that I would receive an email with shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmation came on the same day as it was delivered, which was not until April 13th. The rug is good quality, communication seemed to be lacking.

web page is easy to navigate and no shipping charges makes it a no brainer with such a wide selection of rugs to choose from! I do wish a view of the backside of the rugs had been available. I was unable to tell if there was a built in slip guard/padding.

I am disappointed that the color of the rug is vastly different from the picture. Online it looks like a dark blue almost purple color. What you sent is uneven and light blue in certain parts. Also the reds are very inconsistent. For what I paid and how long I waited this is a big disappointment.

I ordered the rug. Saw that it would be shipped around the 10th. I received an email when it shipped out on the 8th, I believe and actually received it in the the 10th, earlier than expected. It would be nice to have had a confirmation email right after the purchase. I saw an order confirmation number right after ordering, but didn't have a login set up. I couldn't find anywhere on the website to just search by order number and once I created I login, my order wasn't in there because I had created a login after purchasing. Overall great experience just wish I had a confirmation email with a link to my order.

I decided to return my rug only because it did not look good in my room. I contacted customer service to request an RMA and the person that assisted me was AWESOME! Excellent customer service. I haven't yet returned my purchase, but will be doing it soon. I would definitely order through your company again.

I love your website, ordered 2 rugs...my hall runner (2'3"x12') was perfect looked just like the picture. The rug for our master bedroom was not the color that was listed on your website, not as pictured with motif, it was a raised pattern and there was no mention of that! Most importantly the rug smelled like mold! We immediately wrapped it up and placed it in our mudroom and need to get a call tag to send it back on your "dime". WE are not happy with that rug at all. The rug I ordered was not what I received. The name and number on the rug was correct but it didn't match the picture on the website. It looked very different. I was able to get a different rug as a replacement.

The rug arrived quickly which was great. However, the 'free' pad has taken several more weeks, which negates the quick rug delivery since we can't set it up. It's just sitting on the room in the plastic cover. Frustrating.

I loved the swatch matching you have so I could easily find other rugs in my color scheme. Another huge bonus was the 10% new customer discount even on a sale rug! But the biggest wow factor was your customer service. They managed to correct the wrong address I had originally given even though the rug had already shipped! Thank you!

Nice selection and sizes of rugs. Prices are best I've found. I love the rugs I purchased, they arrived quickly, even the one that was suppose to be on backorder. I will share my experience with my friends, and i will definitely purchase from Plush Rugs again.
