Highlights captain Luko was very good at being positive & keeping us well informed about current situation etc. The crew were brilliant in there manner & attitude. We were kept safe . Sad that we had to miss so many ports especially as they were the ones I particularly wanted to visit, but we did get some bonus ports although have visited them before. We played deck games & were grateful that we could continue those & self hosting worked well. The passengers we were around also made for an enjoyable time aboard.

Yes I would book again with them but Arcadia neds some mainenance as she is looking tired and her pipes were leaking

From start to the end In Sydney was treated with the utmost respect being disabled the young ladies would help me at meal times the room service was five star and again nothing a trouble

Although we missed 12 of our intended ports, P&O did their utmost to make our holiday pleasurable at all times. We did enjoy the substituted South Australia ports before the 32 sea days from Fremantle to Southampton. During that time no passengers or crew went ashore, thereby minimising the risk of Covid19 being present on the ship. Whilst some sensible social distancing had to be introduced, the high quality of food and service was maintained throughout at great credit to the Captain and his crew. We fully understood why certain activities had to cease because of social distancing but many were permitted by curtailing the number of participants and the theatre and all bars were kept open throughout. The entertainers also did a marvellous job, putting on extra shows and performances; some of them would have only planned to be on the ship for a few days but they too had to remain onboard for the 32 day voyage. Whilst some ships around the world unfortunately had Covid19 issues, the procedures on Arcadia ensured we were virus-free and we felt we were in the safest place on the planet. Well done P&O.

We particularly valued the Christian Fellowship which met at 9.00am every sea day. That was a definite highlight together with the church services led by the ship's crew.

The entertainment was terrific, particularly the effort put in by those on board during the last 31 days from Australia. We enjoyed Pam Coles' sessions very much.

As everybody knows it was quite a different trip after we left Hawaii -but apart from not going to the barrier reef the rest of the ports were a bonus-I’ve been On about 30 cruises and the food on this was up with the best-all the friendly staff made to cruise that I will remember for a long time looking forward to booking another

Better service, go to the agreed ports, better hygiene as I was ill for 4 weeks.

Our cruise on the Britannia was cancelled the night we arrived on board (13th March 2020) due to covid-19 which was disappointing but the right decision for everyones safety and we have nothing but gratitude and admiration for all the crew and staff on board the ship dealing with this unexpected cancellation and ensuring our comfort and enjoyment during our 9 day Trans-Atlantic crossing to get home to Southampton. They got us back to England safe and sound and still made sure we had a good time doing it. Not the holiday we were expecting but enjoyable none the less. The crew were true professional and because of this service we have rebooked the same cruise for next year and are very much looking forward to trying again in 2021! Thank you to the P&O Britannia crew.

Poor ship was right mess carpets stuck down with Tape Decks 15 and 14 Smell of sewerage lefts not working toilets broke Jacuzzi shut bar Seats broken crewe vanishing the bar and the surrounding rails during the day and the lifts at night and the smell would be coming into the cabins
