I have got lamp for my Sony VPL-HS10 at a very reasonable price. The shipment arrived in 7 days to my doorstep after placing the order. The lamp is working fine. I am Very much satisfied with this purchase. For next time i will definitely be in touch with them.

After placing my order, I assumed it would take 1-2 to process it and 3-6 days as listed in their shipping time. Well it took them 6 days to fill the order and six days to ship the order. So I contacted their office and was told in a reply email that their company had an unusual high order volume when I purchased my order. They failed to answer questions in my email and have not responded to a second email. I will personally never deal with this company again.

Ordered 2 VLT-HC910LP lamps and received them in 4 days.

18 days after ordering I have still not received the lamp I ordered. A week after ordering I got an email from customer service telling me that I needed to confirm my shipping address (they had the correct address) and now 11 more days have gone by.

I will Update my review if my lamp ever arrives.




I became even more concerned after reading the reviews here, not just because of how bad they were, but also because the few good reviews they receive here have a lot of the same grammar errors their website and customer support have.

Update 1:
The bulp never arrived, so after almost 2 months I gave up on waiting and requested a refund on the 1st of february. I received a response 2 days later saying that they would refund immediately. Now 2 more weeks have passed and still no refund.

I will update again if the refund ever arrives.

Update2: To my surprise my refund did actually come through on 02.26.2014 so maybe they are just incompetent instead of beiing a scam as I feared.

Too good to be true -yes their products may work, but don´t be duped by their 90 day warranty. 6 months later you WILL be sorry when the bulb fails. Total rip-off.

Basically they don't take into account the days of shipping and when the cheap bulb they sent me goes out they won't replace because it was day 91 from order date. They have no common sense and will not work with you at all. Says they don't carry the bulb any longer. Not sure who rated them a 5 on customer service. Here is the note I sent them. Also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Hi Projector Lamps,

Our lamp recently went out under order # 10109779. According to Christina Avila-Jimenez in customer service, you guys are unable to ship a new one (you guys don’t have a replacement in stock) or refund due to being out of warranty by one day. I did try calling yesterday and no one called me back….

In addition as I think through the scenario, we didn’t receive the lamp until 2/3 and installed the following weekend on 2/7. The lamp went out on 4/15 so technically only lasted 67 days. We are now at day 91 (I called on day 90) and according to policy you guys cannot replace or refund the bulb.

I honestly ordered from you guys due to the 5 star customer service rating on your website given there are many other folks I could have ordered from. Given the timing of the bulb going out and the duration used, I truly believe sticking to not helping a customer one day (even though I called yesterday on day 90) past warranty is not reasonable. Not to mention, the lamp was delivered on 2/3 thus that is when the warranty should kick off. I work in the IT space and we take into account transit time and deliver prior to kicking off the warranty.

Nov 16 2015 - Have not received a tracking number, so I email support.
Nov 18 2015 - Received a tracking code! Wait... it says it's been delivered.
Nov 18 2015 - Called again. Only message.
Nov 18 2015 - Called company, spoke to a rep on the phone who said he would call me back
Nov 20 2015 - Called again. Only message.
Nov 20 2015 - Sent another email asking for some support.
Nov 23 2015 - Still waiting for that call.
Nov 23 2015 - Called again. Only message.
Nov 23 2015 – Sent another email.
To date, still haven't received my lamp.

Received and installed xl-5300u-le on 10/2018. Went looking for box 02/2019 due to warnings that lamp needs replacement. Very happy with my decision to purchase from you guys. Thanks for a great product.
