I was truly taken by their beautiful photography. These are total pieces of trash. Going direct to company was 50+ dollars with terrible return policy. Amazon much cheaper but honestly not worth it. Don't be sucked in

From the reviews I read they got the same runaround. First address wasn't. usable then a shipping label was made and waiting to be picked up from shipper. 2 weeks later the item is out of stock and can not get it because of c-virs. Asked for my money back and have not heard anything since.

I received my lamp 3 days ago. I emailed customer service with a simple question regarding operation of the device. I'm still waiting for the information- just received a return email saying they received my request. This a gift for my daughter and I feel the information is important to pass on to her.

I got the bigger size of the 2. Although I wish it was bigger, I love it. Looks 3D at the right angle. Not only can you change the color, but it looks very cool. I have it in the living room, so at night it acts like a very helpful nightlight allowing enough light for my short term rental guests to get in and around at night without a need for a lamp or room light being left on.

I placed an order with Lampeez on May 27. It's now June 17. After 6 emails, 2 voicemails, no shipping information and no response I still have not received my item. It was time sensitive for as a birthday gift. I'm just glad I ordered one from another company which arrived in two days. So much for Lampeez "Ships within 24 hours" guarantee. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Bought as a Christmas present for my 37 year old son. He told me he really likes it, and sent me a picture of it in his living room. It looks really cool, and the soft lighting can be changed to many different colors! Sorry, I don't know how to get his picture of it, from my phone into my computer, then on to this site! He does really like it, and says it works great! :)

I placed an order for a birthday gift. Immediately after doing so I received and email confirmation and notice that order is being prepared for shipment and it even provided a tracking number. I kept checking for Tracking updates but there were none. Nearly 2 weeks later I called their customer support number but there was no answer and no recording...phone just kept ringing. I was able to get a hold of someone via their website online chat. When asked why no phone their response was we have no phone service at this time. That concerned me. I then inquired about my order and they said its out of stock and they are waiting for shipment. I asked where shipment is coming from and their response was a warehouse in China. That was a red flag IMO. Their website states it ships from a warehouse in Texas. Bottom line I would not Trust this so called company...Their communication to customers is poor, as I was not aware my order was being delayed ...and note that their website states orders ship within 2-3,4-5 days...that is obviously a lie. I would not recommend ordering anything from Lampeez.

Well first they are very much smaller then I thought especially for the cost, tho I bought them on sale. they all came in one box and I mistook the box as ONE lamp...so finally after trying to explain in their CHAT box I took the box apart to find 5 of 6 I ordered were there but one does NOT fit in the slot provided. These are Christmas and BD gifts so I really want them..trying to find a phone n umber so I can actually SPEAK to a person,,I really like the looks of them ..:O) yes this is a HONEST and OBJECTIVE review G=Ma

I agree with all the other negative reviews and should have seen this before making a purchase. I bought one as a gift, site scammed me into buying another AFTER checkout. So immediately emailed them for refund. Then I get the product and it is so cheaply made and looks like something you'd pick up for $1 at the dollar store! I would be embarrassed to give as a gift so emailed again for return process. Surprise! 10% "restocking fee" and charged additional $6.99 for shipping, even though I paid for my own shipping to ship it back? Such a scam of a company. DO NOT BUY!!

These are the COOLEST LAMPS EVER! My Mom bought me an elephant Lampeez, and I loved it so much, that I bought several for friends. They all LOVE their lamps too! It's fun to scroll through the different color lights and pick your favorite, or you can choose to have it scroll through the lights automatically. The 3-D effect is really AWESOME - the elephant looks like it's walking right toward you! A friend of mine bought me a different brand, and the elephant is much smaller, the 3-D effect is non-existent, it's cheaply made, and didn't even come with a plug-in; so don't be fooled by the cheap imitations. LAMPEEZ is the only way to go! LOVE THEM!

I have purchased 4 of your table lights over the past couple of years and I find everyone of them beautifully done. All my friends really like them as well and have asked me where I bought them. I'm actually relived they're NOT made out of glass. I would have probably broken them all by now! Anyway, keep up the good work! I'm sorry I don't have a picture to include at this time...

I purchased several of these for Christmas presents. Crosses, turtle, flower. I received my items very fast. I had to return one only because i purchased one too many. Customer service was efficient and I received my credit.

I bought two of these lamps. No long wait for shipping at all. They are really great lamps. I bought the hockey goalie for one grandson and the soccer ball for a granddaughter. It's such a unique gift and i've been voted the coolest Grammy ever.

I bought my wife the Dragon lamp for Christmas She loves it and we both enjoy the changing colors capability. I also bought two Humming bird lamps. One for my sister and one for my cousin. They both love them. My sister said it was mesmerizing. I had no problems with ordering or shipping. Thank you Lampeez. I would order from them again.
