They quoted me their Price, when I accepted they inspected the House at 1.00pm the next day.
Rapid Inspection sent me a Full Report on the Property 3 Hours after the Inspection. Real Professionals and are very fast turnaround time.

They responded to me almost immediately and arranged a building & pest inspection on our new home on the Gold Coast the very next day and received the report a day later. The report itself was extremely thorough and covered absolutely everything off with photos of everything. Can't recommend them highly enough :)

Decided to go $50 cheaper than our usual preferred company and give this one a try.
Made a mistake!
1 man only showed, total inspection time of our home 40 minutes only, didnt even get in the roof even though they advertise they do. When asked about garden and termites he gave us 1 answer and yet when we recieved the report he had written a completely different and conflicting reply.
Even our real estate agent who was present during the whole inspection mentioned how quick he was and asked us exactly how he could do a proper inspection in that time.
My suggestion is if you know of a more reputable company like twinspectors use these and pay the little extra for a proper and THOROUGH inspection.

Submitted an online enquiry and was contacted the same afternoon by Dean. Inspection was arranged the next day with the real estate agent and I was advised it would take 1 business day minimum to process the report. However they provided the report before COB the same day as inspection! I am very impressed with the efficiency of the team.

Excellent service and value - I ordered an inspection which was completed at the agreed time and I had the report less than 10 hours later. Carl didn't mind me tagging along as he carried out his inspection, answered all my questions and explained clearly any defects he found. I'd definitely use Rapid again in the future. Simon H.

Very reliable and honest through out the inspection he gave me so much advice and was happy to help with any questions needed after the job was finished
Nick the Greek inspector is highly recommend I have used him before for another property and I was lucky he attended my second property if it wasn’t for him and his honestly we would of ended up buying a doggy house the first round I am glad we skipped the house and found a good property that we can trust our builders opinions.

I needed an inspection done for mediation with a builder.
Rapid came and did the inspection, non of the instruments were used as described on the webpage, inspector came in with a mobile phone and a head lamp.
Didn't check in the roof space as advertised, Didn't open the door to look under the floor where you can walk into the area again advertised.
even although the roofs are leaking all around no moisture detectors were used at all?
The report was written and the had the wrong amount of bed rooms, the wrong amount of sitting rooms and missed a double garage, it would have been laughed out of court.
then when asked to amend the report because we needed it by a certain time we never got a response.
My opinion, STAY AWAY FROM RAPID
