Service very good, Ihave had these for a few weeks now and they have been perfect from the first time I put them on.
My last pair I had problems with, although I left them on for a few weeks I felt there was a problem, it was several months later before I complained, Reglaze excepted them back and sent a new pair. Big fan thanks.

I had purchased a pair of moisture chamber frames to help reduce problems from dry eyes, my usual high street optician refused to fit my prescription lenses(varifocal, thin, light reactions - they had to replace the lens in one eye dye to the centre being wrong)
I very dubious about using this REGLAZE, although the frame supplier recommended them, due to my high street experience but was delighted to receive my glasses from REGLAZE as thr lenses were not only perfect (first time) but the price was less than half of the cost I paid to have new prescription lenses fitted on th high street!
Will certainly use again and thoroughly recommend, not only Regaze but also moisture chamber frames - my eyes are more comfortable without using so many drops.

My usual local opticians refused to reglaze the frames they sold me 5 years ago although they are in perfect condition. They wanted £520 to replace with new.
Reglazeing them with this company was easily and quickly done for just £153.
So pleased!

Most disappointed I have ever been with a pair of glasses, I paid £40 to get the blue light filtering lenses on my frames which also Includes UV, Anti-Scratch (HC), Anti-glare (MAR) and Ultra Clean (UC), what an absolute waste of time!!!!! These are the worst lenses I've ever had, they caused me nothing but eye strain and headaches, I went back to my optometrists to have these checked against my prescription and they matched! The reason I'm getting so much eye strain isn't because the are made wrong it's because they are such awful quality with the worst and I really mean WORST!!!! Reflections on the lenses that I have ever seen, not only were the reflections large but also super bright and very distracting and straining on my eyes even in low light when there should be almost no reflections!! I now can no longer use these frames, I bought a cheap frame with lenses from another company(same prescription) and they are so vastly superior in every way I don't get any reflections at all and they are much clearer to see through and no eye strain!!!!.

I spend hours, I mean hours in front of a PC at work, so I went for the Blue-V lenses, what a revelation, no headaches or strain. Only cost £40 for them too!

Excellent reasonably priced for reglazing your old frame, when prescription changes, one high Street optician told me it'll be more expensive for them to reglaze and advised me to order a completely New glasses! Till I found reglaze on doing Google search, have had 3 frames reglazed including shades so far, most have been delivered/returned within 3-4 days! They provide package for sending off your frame, you can follow your order on their website! No doubt I'll be using them again to keep a spare set in the car.

I've now had several pairs over the past few years and always had excellent service at such a reasonable price. Another well known high street company have let me down on a couple of occasions but Reglaze have sorted me out. Chris is a gem and always happy to advise. Don't hesitate to use them!

I thought the service was very good the only problem I have is the coating that was applied to the lenses I find it very difficult to clean them it always leaves and smear even with a proprietary cleaner

Recently had a 2nd pair reglazed but not as pleased with result. Should have been advised to have thinner lenses. Very disappointed.

I have used this firm for years & cannot recommend them enough. The last time I was quoted £80 by Boots for a re glaze, Reglaze Glasses Direct did it for £15 with a super quick turnaround..
Always very quick to respond to any queries, helpful & patient when I'm confused about what I'm doing. I would never go anywhere else.

I have used Reglaze Glassex on three occasions now and it has always been an excellent service. I send all the prescriptions for the three family members who require glasses both longsightedness and shortsighted and they are brilliant. Using this service allows us to have very high end frames without the expensive cost of the opticians. Thank you

I needed my sunglasses for a specific date (holiday), nothing seemed too much of a problem for the staff (Amanda you were fab!). My glasses arrived on time and were used all the time on holiday and were perfect, so many comments received for the look of the mirror coatings. Very pleased, very happy customer. For anyone needing glasses re-glazed, look no further. I recommend to anyone that will listen to me!!
