When I first opened my restaurant, I had no idea what I required in terms of restaurant booths. Prompt email responses and assistance with measuring specifics, among other things, made me feel comfortable investing money on their furniture.

Exceptional sales reps that gave us a lot of pointers and advice over the phone before we made our order and high quality furniture. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. Across the board, it was a positive buying experience. Looking forward to buying patio furniture next season.

Stan at restaurant furniture went above and beyond to make our bistro renovation go as smooth as possible. The delivery time took a bit longer then we expected but the order was big and we were informed in time of the delay so we can't complain about that.

The quality of the tabletops I ordered is ideal. They appear to be fairly durable and of high quality. Sales agent was really helpful in choosing which tabletops would be suitable for my bar.

I actually saw the reviews below months after I received my order because I had to Google the business name to re-order some tables. We opened up a rustic looking bar in Miami last year and this company did a great job. We ordered a lot of booths and some industrial style seating. We repeatedly get great feedback about the furniture and extremely happy.

ordered 13k worth of furniture the furniture was poorly made product damaged had to call for weeks only to be treated like total garbage by the customer service. They did nothing to resolve the matter and kept having me resend the same complaints over and over again via email. After 2 weeks issues are still not resolved. The woman pricilla in customer service was beyond rude and kept interuppting me and would not let me explain what was going on. Each time I called customer service each and every person was very rude so I think it is a company wide allowed behavior. I would strongly suggest to buy your furniture from any other company besides this one.

I waited four weeks to receive a damaged table top, and the company will do nothing about it. Apparently, when I placed the order they ‘told’ me that they would not be liable for any damage to a single table top. The table top was damaged by the package of hardware placed on top of it and the heavy metal base placed on top of that. They told me the only recourse I had was to file a claim with the shipping company. I don’t understand why their poor packaging is my responsibility. I will never, ever buy anything from this place again and I suggest you avoid them too. Obviously a single $500 table is not worth their trouble.

I am not one for reviews but this company was not only unprofessional, uninformative, but the fact that they Over-Promise and then have the audacity to under deliver is beyond me. After a month after ordering 12 patio tables i was told that it would be shipped on the second of June. I called back on the 15th of June to check on the order and the female customer service rep let me know that someone would contact me by the end of the day. NO CALL, shocker. Called back today only to find out that the order was still not ready. Needless to say i asked for a refund, but when i questioned the customer service gentleman over the phone about their practices in regards to notifying customers of any issues with orders he could not give me a straight answer. Well this review has gone longer than I would have liked it to but if you have any self respect stay away from these people. Their amateurs at best for what they do and care not a single iota of a F*** for the people whom give them business.

I have never laid so much emphasis on furniture nor thought they meant so much business up until I ordered a new set of furniture for my restaurant about a month ago. What impressed me first was the timely delivery and the matching quality with what I saw online while placing the order.
The amazing part of it is how much my customers have been admiring the furniture and I have so fallen in love wiith it myself. It is inexpensive, really soothing and recommendable to other Restaurant owners

I really needed to change the furniture at my restaurant and I was quite hesitant because the first set of furniture I bought didn't really measure up to the level that I would truly be satisfied because good and beautiful chairs, tables and other furnishings speak well of any place they're used. But when a friend told me about restaurantfurniture.net, it was a nice experience altogether. The website is quite easy to navigate. The payment processes are smooth and flawless. To top it off, the furniture I purchased were good value for money. Everything about them is just top quality.

I recently placed an order with Restaurant Furniture for the supply of a few classic furniture to test their authenticity, expertize, and reliability. It all started from the communication which was fast and efficient.

After series of questions and enquiries, I was given a price quote which was perfect for my planned budget. Again, I had a doubt about the quality of their products. But guess what? I am impressed with the delivered products.

My items were delivered promptly and their sales representative was very helpful, she went above and beyond in assisting with the set up. Similarly, all the set of furniture are well-designed with exceptional styles. I'm glad I chose them.

It is worthy of note that these guys are very effective, efficient and talented. They delivered as promised. They are friendly and east to work with. Overall, my experience working with Restaurant Furniture has been fruitful and positive. Now, I can comfortably order more.

I already had two of these bistro style chairs and after assembling and using the others I had to have more! These chairs are perfect for my patio area. I don’t think they’ll stand up to long hard heavy usage, but for the price they’ll last long enough. Eventually I may recover them and order more. The seat will remove easily.

I wasn't too sure what to expect at first. They have really good prices, that's forsure. Anyway, I got all my chairs like expected. Nothing was damaged or missing (which was one of my fears when ordering). I had a great experience, looking forward to ordering from them again in the future.

Ï Just ordered a three channel booth, unlike most stores online where you'll have to look for the particular one that'll fit your designs, restaurantfurniture provided me options to customize just what I needed. From size color everything. Looks like it has pretty nice quality. Nice customer service ready to help anytime. I recommend as a perfect design option. I'll watch the booths I bought it quality is strong I would definitely use again to furnish my further expansions around the country

I recently purchased a bar/restaurant in my small hometown. The chairs that were there were worn out. Purchased 36 of these as replacements. High quality, great-looking! They have a high weight limit, so I don't have to worry about a customer sitting down and breaking a chair. Very happy. Will order more soon!!

Zero communication once order is made and charged. Dilivery "estimates" are bald face lies. Offer excuse after excuse—equipment failure, power outage.... This company should be shut down.

I waited four weeks to receive an order completely different. The delivery person then took a few boxes back and dropped it in front of another business down the street. I called customer service and sales to take care of this situation and they were so rude.

I will never commit to this company ever again.
