Would have been a 5 star but your website said enter a code for a money off coupon that was good through 4/30/20. I am ordering this on 4/29/20 and message said coupon had expired. So your info was wrong or intentionally deceptive

RexArt is the only place I found to carry Richeson hardboard in the sizes I wanted, as well as in bulk packs. Customer service was prompt in contacting me on the first business day after I placed my order on a Saturday regarding additional shipping cost due to the weight of the order. I had no problem approving the understandable cost and received my order within a week. I've already been looking at making additional orders from RexArt for my board orders.

I ordered three very large canvases. I made a mistake with my order, customer service was quick to help. I felt like I had an experience with an actual small business and not a big box company, which I very much appreciate. My package came on time and my products were in great condition. I will be a return customer!

Such a great experience! I needed a custom size wood panel for a commissioned piece of artwork. After searching for quality cradle panels online, I came across Rex Art. Their products appeared to be of great quality. Not long after my purchase, I received a phone call from a gentleman who worked for the company to confirm my order and provide assistance and shipping information on this type of product. I was pleasantly surprised and so appreciated that they took the time to personally reach out. My panels arrived in perfect condition, arrived quickly as expected based on shipping dates, and were well packed. Next time I need a custom size, I will be ordering from them again! I recently placed an order online for some Fredrix Blue Lable canvas. It was a special discount so I really stocked up on three sizes. The next day the people at the store called me to confirm my order. Three days later everything arrived in perfect shape. The Rex Art folks are great to work with! I just received a major shipment of panels that required negotiating the truck delivery due to my complex schedule, as well as adding on additional items after the original order was placed. I find it both very helpful and rewarding to work with a family-run business. It's always easy to get in contact with them regarding an order, problem or question, and responses are very timely and informative. RexArt has always been willing to go the extra distance for any special needs I might have with products I have ordered. I have worked with them for many years and have never been disappointed. It was really good. I would buy from them again. It was very good customer relations, the owner called me to let me know he was short some of the pencils I wanted and when they would be back in stock.

This company has the BEST customer service! I will only buy my art supplies here. There are not many stores that really care about their customers and Rex Art does! I have never had a better experience with any vendor and I buy a LOT through online sites. I honestly can not recommend this company highly enough!

prompt and accurate, even called me to let me know there would be a surcharge if i didn't order 2, so i ordered two and then they upped my $5 OFF coupon to $10 OFF (along with free shipping) can't beat that, even if your looking for coupons!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered a portfolio that was an excellent product and value and delivered in a reasonable time. Although we had an issue with sleeve refills being damaged in shipping, Rex Art was extremely responsive and proactive and replaced the damaged items in time for presentation. Extremely impressed with their products, and their customer service is unsurpassed! With a daughter headed to art college, we will definitely be ordering more from Rex Art!

Great inventory of what other stores didn't have! I couldn't find this product anywhere locally. The delivery time was fantastic all the way across the country. Their system kept me informed of my order status. I'll absolutely be ordering from Rex Art instead of spending time searching from store to store. Very refreshing to receive such great customer service. This store makes a person want to become an artist.

If you call you get a very helpful person right away. No buttons to push. Once I had to add to my order and he was very helpful and was able to do it. Once I meant to order 2 stretcher strips and had only put one in my cart. He "read" my mind and actually called me on the phone and asked if really only wanted one. This is a great company.

Part of my order was out of stock; not only did I receive an email that allowed me to choose how I wanted to proceed, I received a personal phone call as well. Customer satisfaction is a top priority and their products are a great value. Loved working with this company and will do so in the future!

Ordered two custom size art panels and they were within 10 days to California. The corners were in good shape and the panels were exactly the measument requested. EXCELLENT experience on every level!!!! I placed an order for four custom panels. I added a short comment for some small detailed requests. I was contacted the next morning by Marshall... Who was super easy to work with. Super professional. And had no problem clarifying my requests. I was shocked to see this order delivered in 6 days!!!!! What an amazing surprise. They were packed to perfection and and arrived in perfect condition. I work in precise style with my drawings and paintings, which makes me extremely picky about what I put my work on... These panels are PRISTINE!!!! SIMPLE.... If you're looking for custom wood panels, don't give it a second thought.
