I had a blocked pipe and was quoted $185. The boys used the Jetty on the wrong pipe and the next day the bathroom flooded. I called the plumber to tell him of the problem and was told to speak with the owner who happened to be his father, [name removed].

He was a very obnoxious man who somehow tried to blame me. He said I would need to pay another $185 even though it was completely their fault. I got a different plumber to come in today and he couldn't understand how they stuffed up such a basic job and fixed the problem quicker and cheaper. I have never written a review in my life but the disgusting customer service from the owner [name removed] warranted it. Deal with this crook at your own risk, but keep in mind if something goes wrong, you're on your own. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Charged $800 to replace 2 x bathroom taps and spout, 2 shower taps and 2 brass outdoor taps. Thought it was expensive at the time, but the invoice was not itemized.

Finally got around to checking the prices at the local Reece for the parts used (which is where he bought them), and felt compelled to post this review:

The outdoor taps retail from bunnings for $12.85 - but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say $25 ea

So $800 for a 1 hour job with $240 in parts, works out to $560 for labour and travel.

Wow, that's expensive, I definitely would not use them again. Workmanship was fine, but felt taken advantage of with the price. Make sure you get a detailed quote before getting them to do the work - I did ask for one, but he said he would sort it out on the day, and the Mrs didn't ask before he started work.

Quick service, I rang them on Wednesday, Ronnie shown up within an hour, and replaced my broken sewer line next day.
So professional, so quick and so affordable.

I accepted a $3000.00 stormwater job they turned up all young boys, they cut into a charged line for my rainwater tank, it wasn't till months later that our 10,000 litre tank wouldn't fill and the side of the house was wet and muddy that we realised that they had just covered their mistake with a piece of PVC pipe, the pipe was not sealed at all. We were going to take it to NCAT but more waste of time for us, never again, very aggressive owner.

It's not often that a ready arrives on time but the guys actually arrived ten minutes early, they got straight into the job and cleaned up my mess of storm drains neatly and quickly

We came home on Thursday evening to discover a blocked sewer. We posted the job on HIPAGES.
We received numerous calls and quotes from other plumbers but it was Rhino Plumbing we chose after they offered a fixed price quote and next morning service.
True to their word they arrived at 9am, the tradie called ahead to let us know he was enroute and completed the job as promised.

I was quoted $300 for a toilet install. I removed shower screen to make life easier for installer and was sent a photo of installed toilet from the bathroom door which looked good. I had left $400 cash hidden in the house to cover the cost in case there had been any additional surprises. None that I was notified of except there was a bit of expansion foam around the waste pipe that was difficult. $400 was taken by installer. I came home to find toilet was seriously crooked. I took photos of this and sent to Rhino including shots showing that the cistern was 25mm off the wall on one side 35mm on the other. More than just crooked silicon was everywhere and it was a terrible job. I asked for this to be repaired and reinstalledI was called by the installer, with a thousand excuses as to what was wrong, he didn’t want to come and reinstall it, nor did he want to return my cash, I was not supplied with a receipt which I had asked for.So I’d paid more than I was quoted for a job that was terribly done. After much complaining installer came back a week later to reinstall he said he would require some packers which I was happy to supply as I am a joiner and I have packers for kitchen installs. I was left with silicon more than a foot from the toilet smeared across the tiles right around the base. A couple of silicon hand prints on the vanity and damage to the frame of the shower screen that I had removed so that there would be no impediments to the reinstall.I was just happy to have them out of my life and took photos and proceeded to clean up alot of the silicon as best I could from all over my bathroom. In the weeks since, A bad smell has been coming from the toilet, getting worse and worse as well as small moths. I have a small inspection camera and I stuck it behind the toilet as there is still quite a gap between cistern and wall o see that the toilet is not properly sitting in the rubber seal on the p trap. I called Rhino to ask to have this rectified, I was asked to never call them again and abruptly hung up on. I never raised my voice, I paid more than I was quoted, I was treated like the shit that should be flushed down the toilet they so poorly installed. Toilet installs should be a plumbers bread and butter. If you can’t do this job competently with a client that has made your life easier and paid you well you don’t deserve to be in business. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER FOR ANY JOB! I can provide photos for reference if required.

Ronnie was great, gave full advice, did work in quick time, and explained in detail, would recommend to anyone
