Previously purchased c 1000 artwork ... several months later offered to buy two pieces of art but representative/s offered a £20 discount and wouldn't move .. Some time later I was offered a £20 voucher to use but declined. Didn't think the sales people were experienced to negotiate the sale.

I've used Rise Art in a number of ways over the past three years:initially to have a look, as I as curios about what an online-only gallery could offer. (I ended up buying a piece from them.) Then I went to an invitation-only event, where I had a really good talk with the artist (and bought from him). Finally, and most impressively, I asked Scott to try and find me a rare Peter Blake print which I wanted to give to my wife. After rigorous searching, he found it and it now hangs on our wall at home, in pride of place. The reason I go back is Scott's attitude. He is always friendly and approachable, and he listens to what I am telling him I want. He knows a huge amount about Art, but he wears it lightly. The art world is full of old-school bluffers and snobs who will lecture you and make you feel small and/or poor. Scott is the opposite of that. More power to him and his team!

I ordered a Rosie Emerson print I'd had my eye on for a while and Melisa from Rise Art was incredible throughout the process, especially given ordered during a time of crisis. The print was expertly packaged arriving without any damage. Would recommend Rise Art to anyone looking to purchase beautiful prints!

I Purchased a painting by Victoria Horkan through RiseArt last year. This was a present for my wife's birthday and needed to be delivered on a tight deadline. The painting was in Hong Kong and had to be shipped over. The Team at RiseArt dealt fully with the shipping and managed to deliver the art a couple days ahead of the due date. I ordered a piece of art as a surprise for my partners 40th birthday, I left it a bit late and didn’t realise that the piece was coming from France and had got delayed at the framers.
