I ordered a dozen bottles of wine as a gift for my husband as an anniversary gift. I had it sent to my daughter's house to keep the surprise. It arrived safely and beautifully packaged. Amazingly quickly too. I am delighted with the service I received and would certainly use again.

I had ordered on separate days and for items to be delivered to separate locations and they managed to combine orders and change delivery address due to working from home - but they actually sounded pleased to help and the experience just made it a la pleasure to speak to them

I have ordered from Roberson a number of times.
The service is always very good.
I usually place the order over the telephone.
The person at the other end is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
The order has always arrived exactly on time with all the right bottles.

Which is just what I want when I place an order.

Excellent customer service and delivery

Would be good to have less spam-type marketing emails however and for you to delve a bit deeper into smaller growers and wine-makers and uncover what can't be found on the high-street - particularly Italian and North American (not just big vinyards)

Often your discounts are still more expensive than a quick Google search or supermarket offer.

Otherwise, good and keep on the natural and biodynamic! :)

I bought 3 bottles of organic wine, a couple of which was meant to be for my father as a birthday present. Unfortunately, when opening the wine after its arrival, they were all incredibly vinegary and undrinkable. It was a huge shame as I was very much looking forward to them

Fantastic day at Roberson Wines doing WSET Level 1. Very enthusiastic tutor, lots of great tips picked up. Highly recommended.

Apart from having a very clear niche in interesting American wines, Roberson has a simple website and I experienced flawless delivery on my first order with them. Packaging also high quality and was secure. I have never spoken to anyone at Roberson but let’s hope their advice is as good as their logistics!

Excellent wines promptly delivered (though the delivery man is a grumpy and unhelpful individual here - not Roberson's fault, they don't employ him - and at least this time he kept the box the right way up).

The initial delivery went astray unfortunately (not Roberson's fault) but they sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived safely. The wine itself was fantastic.

I’ve ordered from Roberson a few times. They offer great deals, don’t let you down with listed items that end up being out of stock, and deliver extremely quickly. Hands down the best online wine merchant in the UK

I ordered the wine online from Hong Kong for delivery in London. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was on time. Emails were sent to me to keep me in the loop of the status. Also, when I called the hotline on some issues I had with online ordering, the staff was very polite and helpful.

I ordered a Christmas gift certificate that didn’t show up on time, and I still don’t entire know whether my daughter received it and is confirmed for the ‘Winemaker for the Day Booking.’ Not great.

I ordered three bottles of wine, I received two bottles, only one of which I had originally ordered. I have called and left a message with my email address and I have also filled in the contact us form - all with no response.

I ordered it last October and six bottles of Torbreck Factor 2004 were shipped to my flight and it is in my hand, but 3 bottles have a sign of boiling in the wine cork and the remaining 3 bottles are fine. Boiled Factor 2004 3 bottles ... I do not think I can drink it. How would you A / S? This is Seoul, Korea. Looks like it has been attached to a visible wine image.
