The salesman, Tony Neil, was very thorough, answered all our questions and queries, he also outlined comparisons between similar products. There was no pressure at any time, had there been so I would have left the store.
The sofa was delivered within the time frame suggested and the delivery men were polite and efficient, assembling the sofa and positioning it to our satisfaction.
I am hoping the sofa will last for a good number of years, but when I need a replacement I shall again purchase from Roomes

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about his products. Did not pressure us into making a purchase but gave us time and space to discuss. We would have walked away if that had happened.

I recently bought a chair for my mother. Staff were very helpful, and informed me as previously advised when it was ready for collection. I have bought various items from the store over the years and have always been very satisfied with both the purchase and the service.

I was quite specific about the bed I wanted to purchase and Tanya was informative and gave me extremely good guidance. I settled on an end lift ottoman set - small double as space is an issue and extra storage is a must.

Back office is clearly very efficient as my order was processed smoothly and even arrived early which suited my needs perfectly.

Delivery was punctual and carried out in a very considerate manner - shoe covers, new product advice and no mess left behind.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish... this is why I always return to Roomes!

Everything from start to finish whether you spend £300 or £5300 on a sofa you get the same professional service and after service.thank you to the staff.

Lovely occasional chair for the hallway - perfect for what we want but it took 3 months to arrive. We did get updates from Roomes but each one delaying the arrival. Collected from Rainham depot

Whether you are buying a rug or three piece suite you are always made to feel like an important customer and given a first class service. We find the staff are always polite and can not do enough to help you. First class delivery service too. Have been a customer for over ten years and would always happily recommend Roomes.

Delivered on the day agreed and within 15 mins of phoning to say they were on their way. The two delivery men were polite and professional delivering the furniture. Nothing was too much for them.

I bought an item in the clearance event, a shop floor display model. It was clearly explained to me any marks and scratches so I knew exactly what I was buying.
The goods were delivered to me the next day but 2 very helpful delivery men who checked where I wanted the furniture and unwrapped and placed into position for me.

This is the first time I have purchased from Roomes and I most definitely make them my first choice moving forward. From Ricky in the showroom with his knowledge and recommendations and surprisingly competitive quote to his colleague who measured the space to ensure the super king mattress would fit to the delivery team the service was impeccable. We were contacted to confirm delivery, given a morning or afternoon slot of our choice and then a curtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery.

We received our bed with a delay as first team simply refused to get to the second floor. Second delivery team did a job but only managed to assembly the bed under constant guidance from my wife :0
Under bed lighting was different from what we saw in the showroom and due to mounting (deep inside the bed) couldn't be seen at all. We could understand why it was so different and sent a message to the Roomes but didn't receive any answer. The same story was with the switchable sockets: we could not find these as asked the Rooms to advise but no answer has been received so far (second week after I sent it).
I think we could get a much better service for the money we paid!!
