My rug arrived in perfect condition approximately one week after I orderred it. I got a great deal (saved $200 compared to buying at a nearby department store) and shipping was free. I would definitely use ruglots again.

I am extremely upset because I ordered the two rugs on 3/13/2013, I have been billed for them, and I still haven't even received them. I was provided with a tracking number that states it was shipped on 3/07/13, when I hadn't even ordered it yet. I asked for assistance today to find my rugs and why they have not yet been delivered to me, and I was given no answer. Where are my rugs???!!!???

They sent the wrong item out of the two I ordered which was supposed to work together for me and my design. In order to return them their return policy was so difficult that it took them weeks to even figure out a way to get me a label to ship them back. It was supposed to be a 24 hour to 48 hour turnaround. They lied to me. Time and time again they said they take care of it 3 1/2 weeks went by still nothing. Meanwhile they had my money. It took over a month to return them because they insist that you request a return code via email from them and if you dont have the code on the items when shipped back they refuse them.

They also in the process asked if they gave me another discount if would I just keep the rugs and make it go away.

They are deceitful ...they are dishonest ...they are the worst business people and I will never buy from them again. Also when you call them for customer support you can barely understand anything that is being said.

I have purchased two rug pads and I am very happy with both. I have hardwood floors and my rugs stay in place very nicely. Both rugs were cut to meet the specific needs of my rug sizes and both fit perfectly.

I bought 4 matching rugs. They are absolutely beautiful and more than what I was hoping for with the excellent price. The colors on the website were accurate and they perfectly match the updates in my kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered a rug and a week later, when I didn't receive word about it having been shipped yet, I emailed the company about it. I got a strange email back that basically said I'd hear from someone in the next 24 hours. It was a ridiculous, canned response I think.
So I followed that up with a call. A very nice customer service rep figured out that because I live in Alaska, my order was being held up pending permission to charge me $55 to ship. Said an email was sent the day after placing the order asking me about that. I did not receive that email, but I did receive 2 others from Ruglots so I know they weren't going to a SPAM folder.
I would have liked to know about the shipping charge when placing the order online. It definitely would have impacted how/if I would complete the order.

I ordered two area rugs and pads from Ruglots.com in two months. Both arrived very quickly (much faster than expected) and appear to be good quality. Prices were fantastic. I had discovered both rugs at other retailers, but I like to shop around; I couldn't find better prices anywhere else. So far I am highly satisfied, and will be using their website again...as soon as I figure out what I want!

Price was the best of all of the competition due to 10% off first purchase. Processing and delivery fast as expected.

Color matches room articles perfect. What was not expected was that this rug has 2 weaves...a tight weave and a normal loose weave which makes the nylon rug have a rough feel to it rather than the typical nylon soft texture.

sent email two weeks ago complaining about rug that was shipped. I ordered a university of CT rug... the rug we received did not look like anything on your website. This was a XMAS gift that was late and the rug was not the one listed on your website. Never heard back from your company on how we can return rug and receive correct one. Will never order from your company again, we are stuck with a rug we did not order and it seems your company does not stand up for its mistakes and return emails/;phone calls.

I had to wait over 2 weeks for my order to process so I got the carpet after 3 weeks from the time I ordered it. The carpet is very nice though and I got much better price than anywhere else

Ordered my rug 10/13 - didn't hear anything after the order confirmation for 10 days so I wrote to inquire when they expected to ship my rug. Got a reply that they were looking into it and then on 10/24 got a shipping confirmation. Not sure how long it would have taken to ship if I didn't inquire - but the rug showed up in fine shape.

we were very happy with the quality of the rug runner and the two smaller rugs from Nourison. The delivery was very quick and we were very satisfied with the service and quality of the rugs.

We received two of the three rugs ordered. We kinda understand that, but we have been waiting many, many months since we first decided to purchase the rugs.

And, on top of that, the rugs came pretty wrinkled on the edges, which makes for quite some time before we can safely use them. (curled edges)

It seems that there may have been less curling if there was a better way to package the rugs. Use a larger roll, similar to a paper towel roll.

If I sold rugs, I would send one to myself and see what I thought of the delivery. (before using my suggestion)

2 reasons for the rating of Very dissatisfied:

1. I did not receive a confirmation that my order was made with a tracking number so that I can track my order. I had to e-mail twice to find out the status of my order. Unacceptable.

2. The picture on the website is not at all the same as what I received.
