Rug Pad Corner

I liked that they were made in the USA and part of the cost was given to charity. Ordered the rug pads for my wood floors. Received the confirmation but after a couple of days got another email saying they were having some issues and would get back to me. Was told they would be shipped in 2 to 3 days and after almost a week tried to contact but could only leave a message. Received an email that was kind of snarky, so I called them back and the gentleman then explained there was weather problems and they were behind in their orders. I was fine after it was explained to me and I did get my rug pads a few days later. I am very pleased with the pads and the thickness but they are not non slip and I have to constantly push the back in place. They did say the smaller rugs would shift but I thought the 8x10 would be large enough not to move around. I was wrong and wish that I had gotten the non slip ones . All in all I would but from them again.

Two weeks after placing my order and not hearing anything from them I called twice and left messages (they apparently have no one answering because all you can do is leave a message) and never hear a word back from them. I finally posted my disappointment on their FB page and then I received the snarkiest email reply ever from a CSR. Unbelievably, this CSR (Lucas) has followed up with a couple more defensive, childish emails. Even after they have my money and the pad has apparently shipped! What in the world are they thinking? Check out the Yelp reviews and you will see plenty of others with the same experience as mine. Very poor communication, very slow to ship and then excuses about why it took so long.

I ordered a rug pad 2 weeks ago and haven't received it. The website said it would be shipped within 2 days. I have called numerous times and emailed with no response. The phone number does not ever forward you to a live person. This had been very disappointing .

I have not received my order and it has been several weeks.

They did not send my rug pads in a timely manner after I repeatedly phoned and left messages I also e-mailed them and got a response from them saying they would be shipped within 3 days. I paid for express delivery and they were never sent. After a week, the man who finally answered the phone said he was waiting for me.
For what, I thought. I did everything I was supposed to do. So I cancelled my order.I have correspondence from them to me via e-mail to prove my point. I printed everything off. They did not do as they said in their e-mail to me. My movers were coming and I needed the pads.
So I called another company and got the pads within two days. But the movers had rescheduled me. The company did credit my Visa.

Sam told me I would receive the pad before the weekend, and we did. The pad is exactly as described. He gave me advice about checking the pad every month or so to make sure the wood floors are ok. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I will recommend them to everyone.

Sam the rug pad man lied to me and shipped my item 10 days late. I rated them highly for their quality customer service but then it turned out to be bullcrappie. So no, 1 star, maybe less.

I've had another rug pad like this one for years and love it! I needed another for a rug that I am tired of always straightening because it was always moving! It is a rather large rug and I thought that a felt only pad would keep this heavy rug stationary. But I was so wrong! So glad that I ordered another.

I ordered my rug pad and was told that it would ship within 5 - 7 business days. On day 7, I sent them an email asking about the shipment. A day later They sent me an email explaining that they were having supplier problems and should get their materials by December 21st. I haven’t heard a word from them since. Are they closed for the week since Christmas was Tuesday. I don’t know. As of now, I have no idea when or even if I’ll ever receive my rugpad. You would think that they would have been proactive and immediately sent out notice of supplier problems, not wait for a customer inquiry. And you’d think that they would keep you informed of the status of your order. So far, I’m not impressed with this company.

We ordered a rug pad and then got an email saying that the 2-3 business days for shipping that was stated when we checked out was inaccurate - it would be 5-10 business days. Then we got an email saying that the shipment they received was of poor quality so we would have to wait longer. While I obviously don't want a defective rug pad - I would not have ordered from Rug Pad Corner if I had known it would take so long. I have no idea when the pad will show up.

I have purchased two rug pads from RugPad Corner. The website is informative regarding the type of pad to purchase for your rug. The directions to determine the correct size required for the carpet are easy to follow. And, the price is very reasonable. Most important was the friendly, and helpful assistance from Customer Service. I was concerned that my pad would not arrive on time. He assured me of the date of delivery and indeed, it arrived right on time. I would highly recommend Rug Pad Corner.

Pads were ordered on 1/8, shipping was advertised as free within 2-3 days. First I received an email apologizing for the delay in confirming as they were having technical issues, then an update two days ago that they've had delays due to weather on the East Coast slowing down their incoming materials supplies and they are starting to get materials in. Yes, we had some bad storms on the East Coast, but that storm was gone days before I placed my order. I didn't order anything that had to be custom made. I ordered a small pad and a round 6' pad that had to be cut down to fit a 5 1/2' rug.

I just purchased my 7th pad for this great establishment, mostly for Kharistan and Bokhara rugs from Macy's. On our last purchase, Macy's offered a ultra low price for a pad but none of the guarantees provided by RPC. Our rugs accent our Florida pine wood floors, which have been blanched. Gorgeous. The last thing I needed is a cheap pad from Macy's to stick to the wood. A few bucks extra but worth the peace of mind.

I have now purchased 5 different sized rug pads, each one is perfect, high quality and measured correctly. All arrived well wrapped and very quickly. Can't ask for more!

I ordered the ultimate pad in a 12' x 12' size on May 5th 2017. I never received an email conformation as I was told I would be notified with the order and status. I called them three times and emailed them three times. I never heard from them until, my wife called. It must have been the female voice but, they picked up her call. She explained the my dilemma. After asking what the status was of the pad? She was told it wouldn't be shipped until the end of the month because, they were in the process of moving. She cancelled my order and received a refund right away. For that I thank them however, as I waited over a week expecting my pad to show up or get and answer to my question, that was bad business. I since ordered a rig pad from Rug Pad USA. It has been delivered and installed. I no longer have to climb over my rug while I wait for the pad to show up. Thanks for responding with my credit so quickly.

I placed an order with rug pad corner on 1/19/18. I soon received a message that the order would not ship for 7-10 working days and that I would be notified when it shipped. 10 working days was 2/2/18. I emailed them that morning to inquire about my order. On 2/6/18 I still hadn’t received any response or communication so called right when they opened that morning. When I called, the message first said all their reps were busy so hold for the next rep, but then a minute later it clicked to another message that said I needed to leave a message and I would receive a call back “shortly.” I did that. About 5 hours later I called again and left another message. I didn’t receive a call back. The next morning, frustrated, I went online to search for reviews on this oddly uncommunicative company. The first 2 reviews on the BBB website were warnings to not purchase from this company and detailed experiences similar to mine but worse. I forgot to mention that my credit card was charged for the order on 1/19. After I saw those reviews, I emailed again and requested that my order be cancelled and I also called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the charge. Later that day, I finally received a response from the company who claimed that my first email went to spam (apparently they rarely check their spam), and that their phone system is down, and apparently there is a notification on their website to warn people about their phone system. However given that at least two other people reported these same communication issues over 8 months ago, I don’t buy it. It makes no sense that an online company would not monitor their email properly or deal with phone system issues. Plus they charged me for an order long before it shipped. The customer service rep was very defensive in his email to me and although they did apologize for the issue, it was a hollow apology in relation to all the lame excuses they communicated. I’m just glad my credit card credited me for the order because I don’t trust that Rug Pad Corner would have. Don’t order from them. Go to Rug Pad USA who answer their phones and ship within a couple of days.

We measured our new rug, ordered the highest quality pad and 5 short days it was delivered to our condo!

I purchased the Super Hold Natural Rubber Rug Pad and love it! It does not add too much extra thickness to the area rugs which I put on my kitchen floor, and holds exactly as advertised. I will use this company again.

I ordered my rug pad from Rug Pad Corner in April of 2016. I didn't want to rate my satisfaction until a considerable amount of time had passed because I wanted to be sure that my rug pad would hold up. I have been very happy and can report that I do not regret buying it because it is doing exactly what I wanted it to do. Before I bought it, I didn't think there was anything that could be done to keep my rug FLAT against the carpet. Well, folks, this pad has certainly erased the aggravation I used to have. It's great!
