We had a blocked sewer line, that was only apparent on Sat morning. I phoned a few companies around 9am, the first 3 only had a recorded message the 4th was Rustic, who said there was a call out fee for Sat, but they could get someone there between 2&4pm & I agreed. I received a call around 3pm saying they were leaving the previous job & would be approx 30min - Jarrod arrived at approx 3.30. Jarrod was able to clear the line then put a camera up the line to try & detect the source of the problem which turned out to be fine tree roots. These tree roots were mainly removed with the waterblaster as it was removed from the drain. The total job was finished by 5pm. I could not speak high enough of Jarrod attitude. The job was not cheap but that somewhat expected when you need a plumber in a hurry.

The plumbers Lachlan and Mitch came yesterday and did the work we requested. They were on time, polite and respectful in our home. We have several small jobs still to be done and will certainly get them back. We finally have a good quality hot water system (it's a Rheem) will refer them. Good to reach a company that is responsive, I tried to get to a few local plumbers who didn't even bother returning my calls or requests for quotes.

A big thank you to Pierre for his friendly, helpful advice on our drainage problem. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Also to Mitchell who then came out to do the repair work. Mitchell was polite, friendly and a very neat worker who treated our property with respect. Well done to both you guys. We will certainly be using Rustic Plumbing again and will certainly refer them to our network of friends in need. Thanks again. Pauline & Ron

The boys were excellent and open to suggestions which took what was going to be a $4.5k bill to a much more reasonable $1.3k. I would highly recommend these guys!

I had a burst pipe yesterday..... Nightmare......
So googled and found Rustic Plumbing Solution. They sent Lachlan to my house to a have a look and he found the problem really quick and fixed it. Now I have water running again. Thanks to him.
If you have any plumbing problems I recommend Rustic Plumbing Solution.

I rang Rustic a week out from Christmas with a faulty tap for my balcony. I was amazed that I had a plumber arrive the next day at the time told to me from Rustic Plumbing to fix this disaster before Christmas. Thanks to you, I could host my family Christmas BBQ on a clean balcony.

Thanks to Lachlan, Fergus and Ryan who did a great job with the blocked sewer drain, water pump filter, two new toilets installed. They were on time, explained everything which needed doing, gave a very reasonable quote and left everything clean and tidy. Friendly service with a smile :)

Called Rustic Plumbing last Friday morning to seek assistance with a badly blocked sewer at our house. David arranged for Grace to attend same afternoon. Grace was punctual and very professional. Cleared the blockage and price was very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again in the future.

I originally rang Omega plumbing for a quote and was slugged the $79.00 service fee. We only needed the tap fixed which was leaking and they gave us a quote to completely remodel the bathroom including vanity and toilet and were shocked when my wife did not sign up on the spot to get the work done. I then rang rustic plumbing who explained there was no need to replace the vanity only the s bend, taps which were 18 years old and drain plug to fix the leak. They explained everything were professional and we are glad its now fixed. They did not charge a call out fee and the quote was much better then the previous company. will recommend rustic to everyone
