The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is that I ordered 3 different years,and 3 different grades of silver eagles, but apparently one year was not in stock and they didnt notify me. It was only after I called over a week later did they tell me. But the person on the phone was extremely apologetic and offered to remove the shipping charge. They also sent me a coupon for a discount on my next order, but unfortunately the discount amount was $0.00.

This was my first order from SD Bullion for 100 of the 2017 American Silver Eagle coins. Paid by check and it was shipped within two business days of my check being deposited. I was able to monitor the shipment with tracking information provided and it arrived as scheduled. Packaging was good, no issues. Overall, a great first experience.

This company as compared to the other "BIG' companies is in my opinion the low price leader.They charge for shipping ( no free $99 and over ) but there is a way around that. They offer free shipping by choosing one item from their free shipping included menu. Include the one cent item on your order and the entire order ships for free. I am into Junk silver as it is quoted but everything used to 90% "JUNK". Oh well. Service is prompt!!

Approximately 12 unrecognizable dimes. These dimes are so worn that they appear to be just thin pieces of foil. Other than this complaint the order was as expected. I will say that on the previous order with SD I attempted to rectify the same complaint and was informed that OH WELL, that is the nature of junk silver. On the other hand APMEX sent me replacements for the same complaint. Maybe I will stay with APMEX in the future.

Love your company used you a bunch butch probably not for junk silver again. Had 4 quarters that were not even silver and what I consider to be a very high number of badly worn and no date coins. I did like the maple leaf monster box they shipped in. This is the only purchase from the doc I have not been totally satisfied with

I'm not happy with the service because I have been told different times when my previous order was recieved.. I also asked a week ago to speak with a supervisor and was told flat out a supervisor won't call me back!! That really shocked the hell out of me! I've never had any company EVER tell me that a supervisor will not return my call! WOW! Thanks again SINCERELY Eric M

I had to register with some stupid site just to leave this review. Why? Quick thoughts on my experiences with SDB: shipping is too slow, packaging should have been much better, prices are usually really good, but no free shipping option cancels that out.

I order a large amount of silver they claim they had, but shipping the claim will not happen for weeks. If they truly have my order and I receive it soon I will change my review, but as of now I believe they are selling products they do not have!

shipping seems very slow for the size of my orders (under 10 ounces per order). I have to pay premium rate because I pay with cc. (this amount is added to my credit card and SDB still recieves their money immediately. Also, no free shipping puts the price of my order shipped and delivered about the same as their competitors or the mint. It wouldn"t hurt to have free shipping once in a while. pricing is usually good.

I have not received my order. My check for amount of 3966.79 $ for 100gram gold bar was sent on 8/6/2018 and it was cashed by SD Bullion. No response no update. The phone calls does not get through and you hear music for more than half an hour and then nothing. I was able to contact them with email and their response was, that PAMP is out of stack. Basically they taking order without having the merchandise. There is no visibility as when or if I get my product. As of now it appears that I have lost nearly 4000$ and may need to contact police or Vermont Consumer agency to follow up. Very disappointed and is a scary situation. Just to be honest and emphasizing that this review is not fake, my order number is 2014944. All other sellers when they are out of product, they indicate "notify me" for the item and do not take order. These guys took my order, took my money, without giving me update or any notification. I want my money back and cancel the order. Sure, SD Bullion is the lowest price no matter if you get your product or not. I lost the opportunity of taking advantage of Gold low price of 1178 $ an ounce because of this situation so I lost a lot in my investment. Very disappointed....

I asked that my shipment be delayed until September 28 and I was assured that a note would be so placed in my order number. Also when I sent my check in I had a note attached to it requesting the same thing. SD Bullion disregarded both. Zero stars if I could give it.

I ordered online. Would be nice to suggest the size of air-tight cases that fit OR dont fit a particular round. Had to call twice and the girls were just as lost. Or even have a 'no air-tight cases available for this product' somewhere to speed things up. Other than that it was easy to order

Just starting buying bullion in 2018 as a total newbie and I stumbled my way through the premium online bullion sellers. Apmex, Provident and several others along the way. Obviously I found sdbullion to offer me competitive pricing or stock unavailable elsewhere. They completed the order and it arrived on multiple different occasions and as my knowledge has increased in the years since I still trust sdbullion as a no nonsense company that delivers what it promises. Filling out this customer review has been the most time consuming process for me yet, but worth the effort if it helps new bullion buyers unsure which companies are trustworthy and competitive on different products. It was unnerving at first giving a company large amounts of money but I quickly learned this company was a professional one. They deliver as promised.

My silver bullion 1 OZT rounds arrived FAST, so fast in fact, I didn't even get a confirmation of shipping e-mail or need to call/e-mail as a follow up. They just showed up in like 2 days from my ordering. Perfectly taped/boxed in 2 boxes, new in the tubes. Love them! Will be back to buy more, once I raise more extra cash to convert. My 3rd order with SD Bullion and VERY happy with their prices, products, fast shipping. 5-Stars!

SD bullion is one of a handful of highly reliable and trustworthy sellers of precious metals on the internet. I have ordered from them several times and their shipping time, packing quality, and policies are similar to other top-shelf internet dealers. They differ in one respect only: they don't offer free shipping. This means they can often have the lowest price around...you just have to do the math to see whether it's worth it ofter shipping. For larger orders it frequently is. I can recommend them.

I ordered 100 ASE random years, BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED! What i recieved was 100 ASE of the same year (2009), I can deal with that, however every single coin is milk white. Not one is Brilliant uncirculated.

Items were, as promised from SDBullion. Shipping was a hastle...being home at the precise moment when UPS got to my door. Called them (UPS) twice and got two different stories. Eventually got my delivery. When I told SD Bullion about the UPS hassle, they stepped in and helped me out. Thank you, SDBullion. So satisfied with SDBullion...I ordered more items.

They are far cheaper than my local shops and have a larger selection. I normally buy whatever they have the cheapest for silver. I will say I bought my majority of silver from SD with few exceptions. Wish there were other faster ways to send money that would not cost extra like sending a check by mail or need to go to the bank. All in all they work great for me. Very happy.

Typically, my orders are shipped very quickly. This particular time I ordered and the silver spot price started to slowly drop the next day, and slowly dropped days after. Coincidentally, my order was in "processing" status for a week til the spot price flatlined. Then, my order was filled and shipped. Coincidence?? I hope so, as I've been pretty happy with SD Bullion. If this happens again I'll go with my secondary supplier....
