They are ripping off the companies they supposedly serve, as well as customers like us who expect to get what we pay for. They need to take responsibility. I feel like being an hostage and I really hate this. After reading some of the other stories I'm praying that my boxes will arrive one day all of them at once but my warning to all is avoid using Shippit. I doubt that I will get a credit at all.

No tracking and they just use au post third party vampires or sellers scam not sue other than awful service or should say lack of service

It's worth noting that delivery was stated as" two business days after pick-up". There are no guarantees on how long an item will sit at the retailer until it's eventually collected.
I placed an order late last week at another store and I despaired when I saw that Shippit was involved in the delivery. I am left wondering if it will be left at the retailer for a week before it's picked up.
Summary: delivery times of over a week from a store in the same city is not acceptable

Update: When submitting this review, ProductReview gave me the option of putting it to mediation with Shippit. I did this. It sat for a week with no response from Shippit.

Second delivery left in the middle of drive way, damaged packaging, and almost ran over when I got home. Again, the front door wasn't even 2m away where they would have been out of public view and weather.
They may be fast, but certainly lazy drivers, thought with parcels and zero attempt to leave in a secure location, as per the authority to leave if no one home.

Only problem I have is sometimes the status of the order doesn’t change.

I confirmed a tracking number that was delivered and then I went out of front door. I was at home for all day. However a deliverer never knocked and ringed. Could not find a box or card.
I contacted but team replied that a deliverer delivered to correct address. I could not find yet. Wasted my money and time. Very disappointed.

I told food company to contact delivery company to let them know im not going to pick up as it will be off.
And food comany resent items again.
I received food today and opened. Its is all off and sticnks and leaked.
This is the package that was failed to deliver more than a week ago. They redelivered again. I thought it was the new items that food comany has sent!
They wont be coming to pick up this.

Shippit have no contact numbers, I have submitted 2 forms online saying the item didn't arrive, no answer at all. I don't believe a courier even tried to deliver my item and it appears from their customer service, Shippit don't care.

Things went wrong right from the start. Orders in the News Orders Screen got lost when sending to the Ready to Ship screen.
It took days even weeks to get this sorted this one out, with emails and chats going back and forwards. Even these emails and Chats were very difficult to follow, no online ticketing to keep track of what was going on and replies from an endless stream of people and not even a subject line that was consistence so that you knew what was going on. In the meantime, orders were sitting waiting to be shipped, customers who paid for Express Shipping were held up, but no compensation was offered! This problem occurred more than once. It also meant we were unable to process any other shipments until the problem was fixed.
After another costly exercise to us, it was found out that if you cancel an order from the Ready to Ship screen and it goes back into the New Orders screen their program can change the carrier to a more costly carrier without even telling you. Shippit said we need to check each one if cancel and order out of the Ready to Ship screen or delete the order from the New Order Screen and re-sync it from Shopify! All time consuming and costly to my company. But hey nothing wrong with Shippits programming!
Looking at the Track screen I find that it only has a limited number of orders on it and I have to wait for customers to contact me saying they haven’t received their delivery. Another fault in their software! This would suggest I would have to know every shipment reference and search for that reference individually to find out if they have arrived at their destination. This would be ok, if you only had a few shipments, I guess?
Overseas Deliveries with Shippit seem to represent a 1 in 100 loss of the parcel with little to no compensation unless you pay extra for insurance. Which is a big loss (includes sending item again and paying for new shipping) to a startup small business
Shippit will not admit that they have a problem with their software and their support team are always putting the blame back to something I must have done.
Now I find if I email Shippit for information it takes 3 days for them to get back to me with an automated email, saying I have moved up in the queue and that I am getting closed to the front of the queue and they will be in touch soon and it has been 3 days since I received that email and that is only for one of the many emails I have sent them in the past weeks.
I would not recommend this company, unless you want monitory losses, lost parcel, frustrations, bad service or want to be made feel like you have no idea what you are doing!
I have worked in office admin for over years and with shipping companies for many years and I have never had to deal with anything like this!

Started using Shippit in November 2019 after Temando ceased trading.
Things went ok until Friday 24 Jan when I contacted support regarding integrating or adding Toll as one of my shipping options.
After speaking with the support Team Member on the next working day the Shippit App/Website stopped functioning correctly.
To create a shipment, you click NEW ORDERS > enter details > CONFIRM > click READY TO SHIP > Manifest/Pay/Finish. From this moment onwards my orders started not progressing from CONFIRM to READY TO SHIP.
I have spent countless hours emailing support to resolve this. They have told me every single piece of nonsense you could think of from "enter you addresses differently", "this is a known error, it will be fixed into the future..." to that's normal "you will have to email us/lodge a ticket EVERY TIME you do a shipment. This applies to a lot of our customers" etc...
Given their support team operate in a different time zone to me, this is not practical. And for $19/month you would expect a working app/website.
Looking at their code, they have done something on their end that they will not admit to nor fix for some unknown reason.
This is not the sort of business you want to work with.
Their support is terrible and they will tell you lies.
Avoid use the TNT or Couriers Please websites, it will cost you most upfront but save in your own personal time.
