Started using Shippit in November 2019 after Temando ceased trading.

Things went ok until Friday 24 Jan when I contacted support regarding integrating or adding Toll as one of my shipping options.

After speaking with the support Team Member on the next working day the Shippit App/Website stopped functioning correctly.

To create a shipment, you click NEW ORDERS > enter details > CONFIRM > click READY TO SHIP > Manifest/Pay/Finish. From this moment onwards my orders started not progressing from CONFIRM to READY TO SHIP.

I have spent countless hours emailing support to resolve this. They have told me every single piece of nonsense you could think of from "enter you addresses differently", "this is a known error, it will be fixed into the future..." to that's normal "you will have to email us/lodge a ticket EVERY TIME you do a shipment. This applies to a lot of our customers" etc...

Given their support team operate in a different time zone to me, this is not practical. And for $19/month you would expect a working app/website.

Looking at their code, they have done something on their end that they will not admit to nor fix for some unknown reason.

This is not the sort of business you want to work with.

Their support is terrible and they will tell you lies.

Avoid use the TNT or Couriers Please websites, it will cost you most upfront but save in your own personal time.

Did not deliver package to my address dropped it in town to local courier, the local courier contacted me that they had my package, Shippit did not let me know they delivered it to the local courier, i emailed them my phone number to ring me but no phone call or email, Very poor Communication & Customer Service will not be using them or recommending.

My nightmare began with two boxes I needed to mail by Thursday the latest to Sydney area NSW (collection on Tuesday from Norther Rivers NSW). As it is today (9 days) still 1 carton does not deliver and the other one is somewhere but they don't know where... I spoke to representatives and it seems that they lost 1 carton. I had to email them so so so so many times and nobody took the time to give me a call or an update. The only thing they can say: we will escalate your enquiry (hahaha) Those guys are a big joke.
They are ripping off the companies they supposedly serve, as well as customers like us who expect to get what we pay for. They need to take responsibility. I feel like being an hostage and I really hate this. After reading some of the other stories I'm praying that my boxes will arrive one day all of them at once but my warning to all is avoid using Shippit. I doubt that I will get a credit at all.

Expected delivery date April 29/1st may received it yesterday
No tracking and they just use au post third party vampires or sellers scam not sue other than awful service or should say lack of service

Incorrect information provided multiple times, shipment took more than 2 weeks so I had to get a refund. They don't communicate with the courier company or retailer properly to find out what issue courier is having with delivery (3 missed deliveries and no cards left). Very ordinary service.

This was my first interaction with Shippit and service was dismally slow - parcel sat with the retailer for 10 calendar days (five business days) before it was picked up. As a reference: on the same day that I ordered the item from the local retailer, I placed an order with Amazon in the US. In the time it took for my local parcel to be collected from the retailer, my parcel from Amazon US was delivered. If the parcel had not been collected when it was, I was going to get on my bike and ride the 30 minutes to the store to get it myself.
It's worth noting that delivery was stated as" two business days after pick-up". There are no guarantees on how long an item will sit at the retailer until it's eventually collected.
I placed an order late last week at another store and I despaired when I saw that Shippit was involved in the delivery. I am left wondering if it will be left at the retailer for a week before it's picked up.
Summary: delivery times of over a week from a store in the same city is not acceptable

Update: When submitting this review, ProductReview gave me the option of putting it to mediation with Shippit. I did this. It sat for a week with no response from Shippit.

Have received 2 orders now that used shippit for delivery. The first order was left out by the letterbox on public display, anyone could have taken, with no attempt to deliver to door. We were home and just happens to walk out the front to find items sitting there. No one knocked or rang bell, or even bothered to bring items to front door where they would have been discrete and far more secure.
Second delivery left in the middle of drive way, damaged packaging, and almost ran over when I got home. Again, the front door wasn't even 2m away where they would have been out of public view and weather.
They may be fast, but certainly lazy drivers, thought with parcels and zero attempt to leave in a secure location, as per the authority to leave if no one home.

I have used them several times - but there is one courier from Couriers Please who refuses to pick up items. I pay Shippit to manage this, and they do nothing. They have been useless with this - I have had to contact Couriers Please several times myself. I am on the most expensive plan (Unleash). They are supposed to be managing this. They are ineffective.

Purchased a drone from Harvey Norman online (never doing that again either) and was informed it had been shipped EXPRESS POST on the 6th of April. For 2 weeks the tracking number remained invalid. Days spent back and forth between Harvey Norman and their non communication and Australia post who had no idea why the package had not been scanned. Finally it turned up out of the blue with the first and ONLY tracking scan being from my local post office to say it has arrived. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve been using Shippit for the past month to send orders to New Zealand from my house and the service is awesome. My driver comes everyday even if I only have 1 order. A lot cheaper then Auspost. And if you have a problem they’re always very responsive.

Only problem I have is sometimes the status of the order doesn’t change.

I ordered a present for my daughter's birthday. A supplier sent by Shippit(Couriersplease).
I confirmed a tracking number that was delivered and then I went out of front door. I was at home for all day. However a deliverer never knocked and ringed. Could not find a box or card.
I contacted but team replied that a deliverer delivered to correct address. I could not find yet. Wasted my money and time. Very disappointed.

Our company has been using ShipIT for over two years. Ive never needed to contact them until as I am trying to close our account because we have moved to StarShipIT which is going to save us a lot of money for a similar, if not better service. Ive reached out to them 6 times in the past 10 days to get assistance closing our account and they still have not contacted me. After the third email I had a response saying 'someone will contact you soon', then the same after writing them a message on Facebook, they responded 'Our apologies if none had gotten back to you. I've gone ahead and raised this over to our clients solution team to get in touch with you.'... that was 745am Friday morning and its now Monday evening and no one in clients solution team has contacted me. They seem to have a lack of interest in a customer who has paid their bills on time for two years but now wants to switch to another service. Pretty frustrating and would not recommend them. Instead look at StarShipIT, their service has been incredible so far.

I have ordered frozen food and took few days to deliver and when i came back from food shopping as i ran out of food they left a note to come and pick up from the depot. Its frozen food and few days already passed. Its ofcourse defrosted and off.
I told food company to contact delivery company to let them know im not going to pick up as it will be off.

And food comany resent items again.

I received food today and opened. Its is all off and sticnks and leaked.

This is the package that was failed to deliver more than a week ago. They redelivered again. I thought it was the new items that food comany has sent!

They wont be coming to pick up this.
Full of off food .

This delivery company is terrible. I dont even know howelse i can describe.

They have No common sense.

Is it a joke?????

I had an item to be delivered to my address, received notification on the 6th of May that it had arrived. I was home all day, front door open, no one knocked. Went outside after receiving the delivery notification and the item was not there.

Shippit have no contact numbers, I have submitted 2 forms online saying the item didn't arrive, no answer at all. I don't believe a courier even tried to deliver my item and it appears from their customer service, Shippit don't care.

Package hasn’t been received after two weeks. Parcel was originally listed for pick up on 1 Feb but so far no pickup has taken place and the nominated courier has referred me back to the shipper.

We have been using Shippit for around 12 months and have been really pleased with the result. Cheaper shipping prices, easy tracking and really easy to use live chat customer support.

My company started using Shippit in November 2019.

Things went wrong right from the start. Orders in the News Orders Screen got lost when sending to the Ready to Ship screen.

It took days even weeks to get this sorted this one out, with emails and chats going back and forwards. Even these emails and Chats were very difficult to follow, no online ticketing to keep track of what was going on and replies from an endless stream of people and not even a subject line that was consistence so that you knew what was going on. In the meantime, orders were sitting waiting to be shipped, customers who paid for Express Shipping were held up, but no compensation was offered! This problem occurred more than once. It also meant we were unable to process any other shipments until the problem was fixed.

After another costly exercise to us, it was found out that if you cancel an order from the Ready to Ship screen and it goes back into the New Orders screen their program can change the carrier to a more costly carrier without even telling you. Shippit said we need to check each one if cancel and order out of the Ready to Ship screen or delete the order from the New Order Screen and re-sync it from Shopify! All time consuming and costly to my company. But hey nothing wrong with Shippits programming!

Looking at the Track screen I find that it only has a limited number of orders on it and I have to wait for customers to contact me saying they haven’t received their delivery. Another fault in their software! This would suggest I would have to know every shipment reference and search for that reference individually to find out if they have arrived at their destination. This would be ok, if you only had a few shipments, I guess?

Overseas Deliveries with Shippit seem to represent a 1 in 100 loss of the parcel with little to no compensation unless you pay extra for insurance. Which is a big loss (includes sending item again and paying for new shipping) to a startup small business

Shippit will not admit that they have a problem with their software and their support team are always putting the blame back to something I must have done.

Now I find if I email Shippit for information it takes 3 days for them to get back to me with an automated email, saying I have moved up in the queue and that I am getting closed to the front of the queue and they will be in touch soon and it has been 3 days since I received that email and that is only for one of the many emails I have sent them in the past weeks.

I would not recommend this company, unless you want monitory losses, lost parcel, frustrations, bad service or want to be made feel like you have no idea what you are doing!

I have worked in office admin for over years and with shipping companies for many years and I have never had to deal with anything like this!

I ordered a package for my kids easter. They sent it to the wrong address and when we changed it, they still delivered to the wrong one. We are very upset and they say they can't do anything now. Where is our package and how was it signed off by someone else?

I’ve been home all day and just received text message saying they attempted delivery. My intercom hasn’t rang and Toll delivered something 40minutes early, so they can’t say it wasn’t working. When I rang to see why, as I am home. They were unhelpful and had me on hold most of the time.
NEVER will I buy through a company that uses these people as delivery!! TERRIBLE
